We moved into our forever abode and inherited a fancy grill that was definitely used heavily, and the last cleaning was not known! I could've been tempted to use a generalist cleaner who would prob leave marks on my grill using incorrect products and application. So I went down the correct path and hired a specialist for the job. Jeff and Zack only do one job a day so they can concentrate on the process and not feel pressured to get to the next job. So there is a lead time in case you're trying to get a quick cleaning done before the weekend. I was scheduled about 2 weeks out so plan accordingly! It was worth the wait! They spent about 3 hours using their specialized equipment , protected my patio concrete, and was honest about what they could get out and what were permanent pittings. I had scheduled Julian to clean both my grills but due to weather we had to reschedule a couple times because all of the rain and he offered a 10% discount because of it (which I felt he didn't need to because we can't control the weather lol). We finally got a day when it wasn't raining anymore and he was prompt, on time and communicative. My grill was a mess due to grilling a lot and by the time Julian was done it was like night and day. Everything was very clean and I was very impressed of the job that I didn't even want his 10% discount because of the work he did. He really put in the work and I will be a returning customer. I found the OC Grill Cleaner using Google search as I knew my 6 y.o Weber Spirit grill needed some attention. I texted some information including a photo and received a response with a very fair price a short time later. We set an appointment for later on in the week and Jeff and Zack showed up right on time. I'll admit, I had no idea how disgusting my barbecue was until they took off the grates and showed me all the caked-on grease and gunk. No wonder why it started a fire last time! These two guys worked their butts off to make my barbecue look and perform like new. I would have gladly paid more because watching them work made me appreciate their service that much more! OMG!!! I hadn't cleaned my BBQ in over 7 yrs. I thought that I was locking in the flavors! But Jeff accepted the challenge and I don't even recognize it. Who knew it was metallic color?!! Ha! I felt bad because he worked on it for quite a while, but he refused to leave until it met his own high standards (way higher than my expectations). And he wouldn't accept more than he quoted, which was more than fair to begin with. Jeff takes pride in his craft and it definitely shows.
