I had a very dirty, greasy, and frankly disgusting Weber Summit gas BBQ that needed cleaning (bad). I made an appointment with Grill Masters to clean it. On cleaning day Chris showed up right on time and proceeded to work on the grill. He worked very hard for a few hours and restored the unit to pristinely clean and shiny condition. I never get my grills cleaned. A neighbor recommended Grill Master. They did a great job. Grill looks brand new. It is 7 years old and you could never tell now. The guys were neat and clean and left the job in perfect condition. They really know there stuff. Wow! My 20 year old Fire Magic grill looks brand new. John really knows what he's doing. I had never had the BBQ professionally cleaned before. After 6 1/2 years of regularly using our backyard built in BBQ, I decided to finally summon professional BBQ cleaning service. After searching various yelp reviews and calling different service providers, I decided on Grill Masters based on the number of consistent 5* Yelp reviews and gave them a call. The owner, John, was very friendly when I called last month to set up cleaning service. I was somewhat surprised that they were booking appointments about 30 days out given work orders. This made me feel as though Grill Masters were a hot commodity. As I had waited over 6 years, I wasn't bothered by waiting another month. Fast forward, John and his crewman arrived this morning on-time and gave me a call about 25 minutes from arrival. They showed up wearing protective masks and thoroughly talked me through what they would be doing. After 2.5-3 hours of hard work on the grill, they let me know the job was done. I was throughly impressed! The grill looked nearly new. Keep in mind, I use this grill multiple times a week for over 6 years. The grill looked great and they fixed a few knobs that were not turning properly. He also gave me a tutorial on a few grill functions that I never bothered to learn. After his guys came out to clean the grill, I was a little disappointed in the job. It looked much better, but it didn't seem like their best work. I called John to discuss it. He wasn't defensive at all and was apologetic that I wasn't 100% satisfied. I sent him some photos to confirm, and he worked us into his schedule (which is very busy) the NEXT DAY. I had called Grill Masters to clean my 36" Lnyx BBQ Ryan spent most of the afternoon scrubbing and cleaning my grill, I didn't know some of the parts were still under warranty like my burners and some of my starters. John the owner came back and told me he would install the burners and starters he had in stock at no charge until I got the new parts from lynx I would give back the new parts.
