(Suggest you read at least a half dozen and check out the photos) Last year, we cleaned our gas grill... it was a mess and took all weekend. Ended up looking good but not great (for instance, inside of hood and outside/inside of hood's side support plates still looked dirty), but we felt pretty proud of ourselves. The whole Grill Masters team exceeded my high expectations. We have a Hestan grill built in to our outdoor kitchen area, and I thought I was doing a decent job of cleaning the grates and general maintenance, but I figured it was time to do a deeper clean. During my initial call, John took the time to understand which grill model I have and explain the recommended level of maintenance and cleaning. This gave me confidence that I was booking the right service. This level of service continued with the 2 workers who came to perform the cleaning. Reached out to John of grill masters to have my bbq cleaned. He was very responsive and I was able to set up an appointment the following week. Unfortunately had to reschedule a couple of times not due to him but because of the rain. When the weather finally cleared up he and one of his associates came out to look at my bbq. He pointed out a couple of burners were warped and probably needed to be replaced. He showed me online to replace them would be 140 a piece. John said it might be more cost effective to replace the whole grill. He showed me a couple of options and because of the price difference being very marginal I opted for a new grill. He was able to order, install and put it in the same day. I'm happy with the price and work and can't wait to try it out. read more

John and his "cousin" are both super nice, friendly and a wealth of information. While the BBQ did look much better after they were done (and the reason I gave them a "10" on the invoice), a closer look revealed the following: 1) The bottom cabinet had not been look at, let alone cleaned. 2) Same with back. A tight fit, but workable, as I was able to clean it. 2) The built up "mess" on the tray that I was told was as clean as it could get, did come MUCH cleaner when I spent some time and elbow grease on the area. 3) Perhaps it was in error, but the greasy waste that was dumped in front of the house was not just an eyesore, but in violation of the HOA, which now I have to clean up. 4) If you say a job will take 3-5 hours and you are done in just over 90 minutes, you get the issues listed above... All in all they did an okay job, but for the price (even with the discount for canceling last minute on a previous day) and the follow up required by me, would not call them out again. read more

I have never heard of such service until I started searching for a Father's Day gift for my husband at the last minute. I wanted a gift certificate to be able to give my husband on Father's Day and John immediately had them made! I bought a new house that had a built in barbecue outside. When I opened the hood, I saw a mountain of dirt, dust, grease and gross black filthy build up. It was extremely nasty and it seemed like the previous owners had never cleaned the machine. I looked up a few companies and Grill Masters, though quite far away, were the only ones that agreed to come out and clean it. When they came by, they noticed that the grill was actually broken and chipped and mentioned that it would be unsafe to continue to use as it could cause an explosion (!). They offered to install a new grill and gave a reasonable quote so I decided to have them install it for me. Our Grill is 3 years old, I used to ask my house clean ladies to clean it, they used "easy off " to clean it. After a while, grill looks beaten up, and the grill lid inside becomes black . My neighbor refers me " Grill Masters" , owner John is very knowledgeable about how to take Grill. "Easy off" residue on the grill is toxic, can't be used to clean grills. And when burn out the food residue, the grill lid needs to be open. They've done a great job of clean our grill. It looks like a brand new one now. Grill masters did a really good job. My grill had not been professionally cleaned in nearly 3 years. It was a birthday present to myself to get it looking nice again. They were able to fit me in to their busy schedule. They covered everything around the grill so not to mess up the area. They checked to make sure it was in proper working order and gave recommendations on how to keep it looking nice along with contacting my manufacturer for possible a lifetime warranty on my grates rusting a bit. While it doesn't look brand new, (there were a few spots that i guess wouldn't come off?) it's way better than before. Completely worth it. Full service, very polite, and clean. John and Chris came out to clean our Lynx grill that we have had for about 2 years, but was in dire need for some TLC. John called before they arrived and they we able to come earlier than expected. He inspected our grill and noticed one of our pieces within the grill was defected and has a lifetime warranty so he is going to reach out to Lynx and take care of it. Now that is customer service! We have never used a mobile grill cleaning company and I am so glad we did for this new grill. Everything is like brand new. They were friendly and courteous and arrived wearing masks. John and Chris just came out and did an amazing job. My grill is on the older side and there are a few things that are not functioning optimally. I had scheduled them to come out for a cleaning, and before getting started, they pointed out some parts that were going bad. They weren't offering to sell me those parts at jacked up prices - they were referring me directly to the BBQ store, or Amazon for those parts and pointing out that adding up those costs with the deep cleaning may end up approaching the cost of a new grill. In essence, they were helping me to see the big picture, and appeared to be ready to walk away without getting any business from me today if I decided on just replacing the grill. In the end, we decided that I may get a little more time out of this grill, and rather than do the originally scheduled deep cleaning (which they feared could hasten the demise of my grill), they offered to do a more superficial cleaning and offered to charge me less! How often have you had someone come out and essentially *down*sell you on services when they think the original agreement isn't in your best interest?? This feels like a very honest company, in my opinion. Not only that, when they were done, John told me it didn't take as much time/work as I originally thought, so he charged me even less than the reduced price we agreed on! What? When was the last time you agreed on a price and after performing the service, someone *reduced* the price because it wasn't as difficult as they thought?? Now, some background, I have been out my house for the past 15 months, the grill has not been used in that time. They looked at, and not once, but twice, John is suggesting I wait to get it cleaned.
