The real sting is, the owner and the person who made the deal with us never returned our call to hear our complaints or even say sorry that we were late and didn't meet the terms of the contract... so now we are forced to go via our credit card companies and maybe small claims court... not sure if any one reading this wants to deal with that on your special day, so keep that in mind before you use them as a caterer..

Once I was missing avocado, next I was missing the sauce, and this time my tuna was completely raw, not seared with hard jasmine rice and very tiny avocado slices. It was so generous that my mashed potatoes eventually surrendered and became mashed potato soup. I'd still order it again because the flavor was worth it but maybe ask for the sauce on the side.
