We set an appointment time and he was there as scheduled. I have high end, somewhat expensive, built in grill. I called another grill company and they gave me an estimate approaching $2000 to clean and attempt to repair the grill. The reason I say attempt is because their techs (2 of them) came out an said "it could be this or it could be that"! They were unsure. Additionally the other company said if I didn't order ALL the parts they recommended and they determined I needed something else they would charge me another service call fee!! Aden came out, immediately figured out what the problem was. Aden told me most of parts on the grill the other company recommended be replaced were fine!!! We hired The Grill doctor to clean and assess our high end grill. The tech cleaned the grill, but failed to tell us that the side burners (included in the grill frame) were not included. We had to schedule another service for this to be cleaned. Parts were ordered to replace what was needed (communication was poor). 2 weeks after replacing the parts, they broke....again no response for 1 month then an email response saying it would be a $145 fee for the tech to assess.

I found this company's contact information in my late husband's phone and assumed that because my husband had used him in the past, I could trust him with my property. I hired this company to clean my grill for $475. After they left, I went to use the grill and immediately noticed deep scratches all over the stainless steel hood that were not there before. My daughter's boyfriend was outside while they were working and heard the workers arguing because one of them had apparently scratched the grill. According to him, one worker said something along the lines of, "What am I supposed to do about it now?" When I contacted the owner, I wasn't looking for a fight. I simply wanted an explanation and a reasonable solution. During our conversations, the owner told me that if anything had happened, it would likely have been caused by his son Justin, who he said had only been working with him since February. However, instead of taking responsibility for investigating the situation, I was met with denial and accusations that the scratches were already there. What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent photos of my grill before the work was performed, and those deep scratches are not visible in those photos. Yet I was essentially told that the grill was already in that condition and that I was mistaken. The damage itself is disappointing, but what really bothers me is the lack of accountability afterward. Accidents happen. What matters is how a company handles them. I first reported this issue on Saturday, and it is now Wednesday. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, no inspection has taken place and no meaningful effort has been made to address my concerns. I also found the owner's attitude to be dismissive and disrespectful. Rather than scheduling a specific time to come inspect the grill, I was expected to simply be available whenever he decided he might stop by. As a paying customer, I don't think that's a reasonable way to handle a complaint involving damage to someone's property. As a widow trying to navigate things that my husband used to handle, I placed my trust in a company I believed had earned it. Instead, I was left with a scratched grill, accusations that the damage was somehow already there, and a complete lack of accountability. I paid in full, trusted this company to take care of my property, and was left disappointed by both the workmanship and the way the situation was handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
