    I hate writing reviews like this, but I feel like other homeowners should know what happened…read more I am a recent widow, and after my husband passed away, I've been handling things around the house that he normally took care of. I found this company's contact information in my late husband's phone and assumed that because my husband had used him in the past, I could trust him with my property. I hired this company to clean my grill for $475. After they left, I went to use the grill and immediately noticed deep scratches all over the stainless steel hood that were not there before. My daughter's boyfriend was outside while they were working and heard the workers arguing because one of them had apparently scratched the grill. According to him, one worker said something along the lines of, "What am I supposed to do about it now?" When I contacted the owner, I wasn't looking for a fight. I simply wanted an explanation and a reasonable solution. During our conversations, the owner told me that if anything had happened, it would likely have been caused by his son Justin, who he said had only been working with him since February. However, instead of taking responsibility for investigating the situation, I was met with denial and accusations that the scratches were already there. What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent photos of my grill before the work was performed, and those deep scratches are not visible in those photos. Yet I was essentially told that the grill was already in that condition and that I was mistaken. The damage itself is disappointing, but what really bothers me is the lack of accountability afterward. Accidents happen. What matters is how a company handles them. I first reported this issue on Saturday, and it is now Wednesday. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, no inspection has taken place and no meaningful effort has been made to address my concerns. I also found the owner's attitude to be dismissive and disrespectful. Rather than scheduling a specific time to come inspect the grill, I was expected to simply be available whenever he decided he might stop by. As a paying customer, I don't think that's a reasonable way to handle a complaint involving damage to someone's property. As a widow trying to navigate things that my husband used to handle, I placed my trust in a company I believed had earned it. Instead, I was left with a scratched grill, accusations that the damage was somehow already there, and a complete lack of accountability. I paid in full, trusted this company to take care of my property, and was left disappointed by both the workmanship and the way the situation was handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
