I called the business today to request that the exhaust be cleaned and checked. The gentleman I spoke to said they don't service exhaust hoods. He said he'd already told me that. He did not! I also explained that the back of the bbq hood wasn't cleaned. He stated that I opted for a "less thorough cleaning package." I did not ask for a partial cleaning. He never gave me options and started off the phone call in a defensive and nasty attitude. He also told me he has no record of what was done here. That will have to wait until the tech comes back to work. This company is not transparent with pricing options. They get nasty and defensive when you ask questions. There are many BBQ repair, install, and replace companies in S FL. Try any business but them.

In return, the Association I am a Board member on agreed to pay an invoice immediately and get the check to them, in full, soonest possible. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed... Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Planning, Poor Communication, and Weak Customer Support…read moreMy experience with Paradise Grills has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. While the salespeople were friendly, the execution, planning, and customer service after the sale were unacceptable. They informed me that an electrician would need to install the lights, which I understood. What I did not understand and what was never disclosed was the extent of the wiring required. I assumed this would be similar to installing a ceiling fan in a home, where the wiring is already in place and the electrician simply connects the fixture. Instead, there was no wiring, no conduit, port holes and no preparation at all inside the pergola. This turned into a much larger electrical project that cost me an additional $1,500. What makes this especially frustrating is that they clearly knew the scope of work required and had documentation outlining the electrical requirements. However, that documentation was not provided to me until the day of installation, when the installers were already at my house. Had this been disclosed upfront, I absolutely would have reconsidered the purchase or planned accordingly. Another ongoing issue is the lack of clear and reliable dimensions. They cannot provide precise measurements for where underground utilities need to be placed, which makes installation planning unnecessarily difficult and feels like guesswork. There were also several avoidable design and coordination problems: * The outdoor fan they installed hangs directly in the line of sight of the TV, partially blocking the view * The puck lights they supplied are daylight white, while the fan light is warm white yellow tint completely mismatched and they refused to correct it * The TV cover they supplied did not fit properly * The installers disagreed that it was an issue, and during rain that same day, the TV was left exposed and got wet * I had to purchase my own temporary cover while waiting for a replacement Additionally, the bar chairs that were supposed to be included were not delivered, and no one communicated this in advance. We were only told at the time of delivery, which reflects poor coordination and lack of accountability. Overall, this has been a very stressful and unnecessarily complicated experience. The product may look nice, but the planning, communication, and customer support behind it have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Paradise Grills.

My husband and I purchased a brand new Paradise Grills tiki bar and have been extremely…read moredisappointed with both the durability of the countertop and how this issue has been handled. Within approximately one week, the countertop developed a significant crack after being exposed to direct sunlight in our California backyard. When we contacted Paradise Grills, the damage was classified as 'impact damage' and therefore not covered under warranty. We strongly disagree with this assessment, as the countertop was never struck, hit, or subjected to any impact. The crack extends across an entire side of the countertop and passes through a seam, where a small piece chipped away as the crack developed. Paradise Grills cited this chipped area as evidence of impact; however, there is no corresponding damage at the seam or indication that anything struck the countertop. Based on the circumstances, classifying this as impact damage is not consistent with what occurred. Paradise grills provided a repair kit, but it addresses only a small area while the crack extends across the entire side. Patching a substantial portion of the countertop that was only one week old is not an acceptable solution for a new product. Most concerning is that this product is specifically intended for outdoor use, yet our experience indicates it is not well suited for California conditions where prolonged, direct sun exposure is common. An outdoor kitchen sold in California should reasonably be expected to withstand California sun without developing significant damage within its first week. We have had several people ask where we purchased our grill and tiki bar, and we have chosen not to recommend Paradise Grills. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this product for a full sun California backyard. We are very disappointed with both its durability and the handling of our concern.

Our grill was in much need of some TCL and The Grilltor knew the assignment The technician was very nice, meticulously cleaned every inch of the grill, and cleaned up before he left. During the service they noted some bad parts and showed pictures of the issues and offered to repair. Our grill came out amazing and so happy to have found The Grilltor - highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable which was good to hear.
