They have gone above and beyond with special accommodations when I have had emergencies and needed to get her in quickly. I have taken her to many different places around the Nashville area and outskirts and this is by far my favorite. It is well worth the drive for me from Nashville to Smyrna. At other kennels my dog would at times not want to get out of the car after a stay or would not want to go inside. She is always happy to get out and doesn't even want to wait for me to check in and she is pulling to go back to the kennels with her, as I call them, "friends", meaning the staff that love her as their own. It has taken me a long time to write a review because I wanted to keep it as my own little secret, but I also want to support them as they have supported me. Thank you, CCK!!

No one EVER told us how much it cost during the visit. After the treatment, we walk up to the front desk. They also never explain to us what the charges are. Vivian having been a Vet tech is a huge plus, but honestly their caring nature and kitty-smarts really put us all at ease.
