Bentley love's going here. He enjoys all his new and old friends. He enjoys playing with all the dogs his size.

So grateful for Waggy Tails training and boarding! Beth is the BEST ! Beth crate trained my 7 week old King Charles Cavalier, then continued to train her to be house trained, social with other animals and people! Thank you to Beth for taking Lady to restaurants, road trips , the Vet and even soccer games! I highly recommend Waggy Tails for training your puppy So you will have a great experience with your dog

This sweet girl wasn't friends with the owner so she's been asked to leave.

This used to be a really great place until the entire staff turned over in early 2022. After our dog was bit causing 12 stitches to her ear during play (it happens), the staff treated us with indifference and irritation when we asked questions to ensure safety. For example, we were expressly told that while the aggressor dog that bit our dog would be allowed to continue to come to Waggy Tails, he would not be allowed to socialize with others. When we saw a picture of the aggressor dog playing with others on the same day our dog was at day care, we naturally asked the staff why the aggressor dog was allowed to play with other dogs. After a bit of stammering, we were told that "(aggressors dog name) is only playing with specific dogs and won't be around your dog." As we know the aggressor dog's owner is a "very close friend" of the owner of Waggy Tails, it didn't take a detective to see what was happening. We received a text message (not a call) while our dog was in day care that she would no longer be welcome at their facility because they felt we would never be satisfied with them. Our dog was attacked on March 7, 2022 and we asked about the aggressor dog playing with others (in direct contradiction to what we were told) on June 9, 2022. We received the text message on July 6, 2022 and it was both cold and vague. After several calls and text messages, we never received a straight answer as to why our dog was now banished because we asked questions - valid ones - about the continued safety of our pet. We've asked multiple times to speak with the owner but have always been told by the manager that "he prefers I deal with these things." As a business owner myself, I can't fathom running a business this way. It's clear to us that the owner prioritizes friendship over safety. They loved our dog and her temperament to the point they often used her to help new ones socialize. However, that didn't matter when we asked questions about ensuring a safe environment for all dogs to play. Again, we understand and accept that little nips and cuts happen when pups play. Our dog's ear was ripped (yes, ripped) apart causing 12 stitches and never healed properly. I share this to underscore why we felt the need to ask questions when we saw the aggressor dog playing with others at the facility. So, if you're a friend of the owner, you'll probably have a great experience. If not, your mileage may vary. To be clear, the ONLY reason I'm writing this review is to warn others that they should ask some hard questions before leaving your fur baby here - especially knowing that allow dog with a documented history of aggressive violence to play with other dogs. We are glad to be taking our business elsewhere.

Don't take on customers and raise your prices only to provide not only mediocre services, or sometimes not even what you paid for!! I recently had 4 bad experiences in consecutive visits 3 on the grooming side and 1 on the vet side. On the vet side I was told my dog had Lyme disease and needed medication to take care of it. The vet never called in the script until I had to call several times. The spa side has been horrible. Not only have they raised prices, but the quality and service don't even justify half of what they are charging. 2 times nails haven't been clipped and on the last visit, I pay extra for the furminator/deshedding procedure and it was not completed or satisfactory. When I called to get a refund as I am tired of no consequences, they basically blew me off when I spoke to the manger. I was given a bunch of bs excuses (lies) and nothing to remedy the situation. I have asked for the owner or the head person in charge to call me to discuss and nothing. I have posted several times on their social media pages only to have them delete the comments. I will not go away until a satisfactory resolve is obtained. You FAFO with this last screw up. My goal is to post regularly until they do the right thing. I would find better places with proper management and ethics to spend your money.

With as many pet owners in the area we have been fortunate to get our dog into the boarding as needed. I would suggest booking in advance to secure your spot especially during school holiday time.

Thus, you have to be careful when grooming them because you could damage their undercoat and fur if you use mechanical trimmers. We picked PPPS because of the positive yelp reviews. We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

The team at Pawsh is very caring and takes the time to communicate any concerns with the dog's behavior, social activity, confidence, and training progress. This daycare works on training your dog while they're there. We have tried other places that are fine, but most places do not spend as much time on each dog the way that Pawsh does. Additionally, our dog always came home as clean as before he got there, which was not our experience elsewhere. The staff is always excited to see our dog, even though I know he can be a handful. They also do many, many scheduled events. Some are recurring like pool days in the summer, breed-specific weekend days, some are one-offs like a luau, national day, etc. They get very creative just to have the day stand out to the dogs. Follow the Facebook group and/or Instagram to see what's going on. There is seemingly something new thing going on every single day. Ever since we started going, Pawsh has been developing their ideas, and it is so fun to see what my dog does each day. They give out "Pawgress Reports" which are a brief, cute descriptions of the day's activities specific to your dog, including the other dogs that they spend time with the most. The reports are perfect to hang on the fridge. The membership options are reasonable. We began with the unlimited subscription for a few months, and as our pup grew, he got tired half-way through the week, so we have reduced the days gradually until we found something that works for him. We have done baths and nail trims on occasion, and they seem to be excellent with those as well. Now, we are leaving the area and unfortunately have to find a new daycare. I can't imagine finding one that lives up to the standard that Pawsh set for our little guy. Thank you Pawsh team!
