Discovered this gem on my way through to Murfreesboro. I could sit here for hours and never tire of the place. The cold brew's good, the pastries are tasty, and the people are friendly. How can you miss?! Don't skip this spot...better yet, go outta your way and grab a coffee, sit on the front porch, and just soak it all in.

Great hidden gem in the small community of Eagleville. The inside has a rustic western theme. There are several tables for seating and if the weather is good they have some outside sweating as well. The service was good and everyone was very nice, but the line to order can get long resulting into a bit of a wait. You have a choice from many specialty coffees and they are full of flavor. Way better than Starbucks! Coffee is bold and smooth, and not over the top sweet. I had the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich and I was not disappointed. Plenty of egg and sausage in every bite and very filling.

Have been really excited to try this place with the lack of other coffee shops in the area so we came for breakfast and coffee. The coffee was great, I got the Clint Eastwood latte, however the food was another story. I ordered avocado toast, which to my surprise was not really true avocado, you could tell it was that mushy store bought guacamole, the rest of the toppings were good however (a fried egg and tomato), next to time I will have to try something different. I did also get a fresh sticky bun and loved that. The atmosphere is great, decor is exactly what you would think it would be! They also have a drive thru and which is nice considering the limited parking.

Great decor! Sticky buns are to die for. Owner is a charming, attractive lady who has a unique vision. If you live in Rutherford County, this is a must! Owned by country music star Craig Campbell and his beautiful wife.

The 'Clint Eastwood" latte in a duster. It offers a confident sneer beneath a hairy eyeball and a little more luck than that last guy.

Two visits. Two good experiences. Eagleville is a few-frills, Mom-and-Pop, small-town, rural Tennessee community. The shop is on Main Street (a.k.a. Hwy 41A) where many customers come to sit and chat in the small, rustic, and often crowded space. Expect a line at peak hours and a wait. Street parking is tight and can be frustrating, especially if there's much traffic. The Cowboy's marketing sparkle and products attract folk from all over. A person who knows how to dance will feel at home striding and twirling through the crowd and back-to-back tables and chairs. The staff take it in stride and so should customers. If you're expecting an in-and-out dash for coffee and a bite, you may be happier miles away at your favorite Fourbucks million-dollar drive-through vending machine. Newbies really need to just come inside, stand in line, and enjoy the community experience. Get to know your country singers and wild-west heroes, because the most delightful coffee drinks have famous namesakes in the 'Outlaw Lattes.' Foodies will find happy places in the comfort of Bacon Grilled Cheese, Tomato Bisque, BLT, or the BLAT (BLT with an avocado smash.) The cinnamon rolls are also mighty fine. Mighty fine. If ordering online, the web menu seems to assume you're already familiar with the offerings. There's less detail online than on the wallboard and paper copies inside the restaurant.

They're remodeling everything, including the restaurant, which now looks beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Every item on the menu was appealing, and what we ordered was absolutely delicious. I love trying dishes you don't usually find elsewhere, so my daughter and I took a chance--and we're so glad we did. We started with the Duck River Dumpling (you can see the full description in the menu photos I took from their website). I highly recommend them--they're truly scrumptious! The house-made strawberry pepper jelly was so good, I actually asked if I could buy some to take home. I was co-hosting a baby shower for my daughter in a few days, and I thought it would be perfect served over cream cheese. It ended up being a huge hit--I made sure to give all the credit to the chef and encouraged our guests to visit the restaurant themselves. I even heard other customers loved it so much that the chef might start making extra to sell on-site. We also ordered the Pepper Jelly Crunch hamburger, which was just as tasty. Despite sharing both the appetizer and entrée, we left more than satisfied--definitely not hungry! We can't wait to go back. We live about 30 miles away, but we'll make a point to stop in whenever we're in the area. I should also mention they're building a five-star hotel, and there's a fantastic exhibition space showcasing the local Duck River area. Once everything's complete, I can see people traveling from all over to visit the state park. In the meantime, locals and nearby visitors should absolutely make time to dine here whenever possible. If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to spot for meeting friends--the bar area is really nice, too. Oh, and one more thing: my daughter loves flavored teas but didn't see any on the menu. She asked our waitress if she could possibly get one, and she kindly offered to whip one up herself. It was Peach flavored, and it was so good that my daughter asked for a refill! One more thing. We asked if the fries were made in-house. They were not, but they were different and some of the best we've ever eaten.

The up charge to substitute sweet potato fries from regular seemed a little high but the reg fries were hot and fresh. The beer selection was pretty big and cold. We will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

We called the restaurant multiple times to confirm they had the capacity for a group of 20, once on the day of our meal. Once we arrived, there were only two staff members in the restaurant, one in the kitchen and one server. After we placed our orders, the kitchen realized they were out of chicken and we had to place our orders again, this time with a limited menu. Once we ordered, it took quite a while to receive our meals and there were several items missing/incorrect. They were also out of ketchup even though most of the meals came with fries. I ordered the catfish poboy with mac and cheese. The catfish was delicious, but the rest of the sandwich fell apart for me. Literally. The sandwich was on white wonder bread that couldn't hold up to the catfish, sauce, pickles, lettuce, and cheese. Between the miscommunications, awkward interior, and food quality, it's hard to rate this restaurant more than 1 star. The candied yams were decent. My sweet tea never got low because our waitress wouldn't let it. We met the owner and the GM, who were both very nice. The owner asked us how we liked the food and we gave it a 10/10. He also thanked us for coming in. The atmosphere is so inviting. We can't wait to go back and try the breakfast.

We made our Valentine's Day reservation more than a week in advance and arrived early, yet still waited nearly an hour past our reservation time to be seated. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and unprepared for the evening. What was never disclosed ahead of time was that Valentine's Day featured a very limited menu at nearly $100 per person, with multiple upcharges. While we waited, customers were already complaining that the restaurant was running out of food. By the time we were finally seated, there were only one or two options left on an already limited menu. At that point, we were simply trying to make the best of a bad situation. Our server was visibly overwhelmed, and I genuinely felt for him. The couple seated next to us was so frustrated that they left no tip at all, so I tipped extra on their behalf. Guests were actively walking out and warning others in line how bad things were. One couple even decided to leave and eat at a nearby fast-food restaurant instead. This was a massive missed opportunity. The food was mediocre at best, wildly overpriced, and the overall experience was poorly managed from start to finish. We will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant, especially for a special occasion.

When we checked in, the hostess asked for our name and the number in our party and wrote it down on a notepad. I had to clarify that we already had a 7:00 PM reservation for two. She didn't appear to be referencing the tablet system, and it may not have been functioning. Throughout the evening, she was walking around with her notepad, going table to table asking for names. It all felt very unorganized, and honestly, I felt badly for her being put in that position. We were told they were running 20-25 minutes behind and could wait near the bar. We grabbed a high-top near the jazz quartet and settled in. As we waited, we noticed several couples come in, wait, and eventually leave. A couple next to us who had arrived about 15 minutes before we did repeatedly checked with the hostess about their table. At 7:45, they were finally seated. By that point, we had been waiting nearly an hour past our reservation time. During the wait, my wife went to the restroom and came back concerned. The ladies' room was not clean and was out of paper towels. She also noticed that about half the dining room tables were empty, with a significant amount of bussed food sitting out in the open. I checked the men's restroom myself and found the trash overflowing and paper towels all over the floor. It did not inspire confidence--especially regarding what the kitchen might look like. As I stood in line to let the hostess know we would be leaving, the couple who had just been seated walked back out and told us several items on the preset $89-per-person Valentine's menu were already unavailable--including the shrimp. Running out of key items that early in the evening on a fixed holiday menu is simply unacceptable. Had we stayed, our bill likely would have been around $300 with dinner and wine. Instead, after waiting nearly an hour and seeing the condition of the restaurant, we chose to leave. Several other couples did the same. We ended up at Tito's Mexican Restaurant, which wasn't our first choice for Valentine's dinner--but at least we were seated, served, and able to enjoy our evening. What makes this especially disappointing is that we gave Ludlow & Prime a try last Valentine's Day as well. We went earlier (around 5 PM) and were told they were already out of our preferred dessert. Fool me once. We decided to give them another chance this year--and unfortunately, it was worse. The restaurant wants to position itself as a high-end dining experience, but the service, preparation, and execution simply don't match the price point. There are far better options in Franklin at this level. We won't be back, and we cannot recommend it to others.

My Sorority Sisters and I had tickets for the Judas Priest, Alice Cooper, and Corrosion of Conformity show last Sunday evening. The amphitheater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Sadly, I can't speak to the acoustics because ~ three minutes into their soundcheck, Corrosion of Conformity were forced to depart the stage (and the entire venue (which can accommodate 7,500 folks) was evacuated) due to lightning. The lightning/thunderstorms/showers lasted well into 2.5 subsequent hours and finally, the show was completely postponed. Boo!!!! The arena's protocol (beyond plastic purses of a certain size) is, if lightning is present, patrons are supposed to "shelter in their vehicle." We Uber'ed to FirstBank, as many others did, meaning, we did not have a vehicle to shelter in. We checked with an employee who asked for our "white wristbands" which we were never given, as another employee also asked for, and they pointed us to an on grounds chapel with covered patios where folks rode out the storm "elbow to elbow." Someone said the white wristbands were supposed to designate us as Uber riders. Another protocol point regarding weather is, if you, for example, get in line to return inside the arena, within thirty minutes of the last lightning bolt/appearance you are "on your own" in terms of endangering yourself. We spent over three hours here, including "sheltering" at the chapel, standing back in line, re-sheltering, then learning the show was officially cancelled and weaving/winding around slick, dark, sidewalks in pouring rain to the Uber pickup area that has zero shelter from the elements. We were three totally soaked rats, since we left our ponchos in the car due to no prediction of rain during this time. Positives were all the restrooms were clean (despite the female restroom in the chapel running out of toilet paper), and the fact they did play Judas Priest music on the chapel's patio for us to listen to, and most staff were friendly and helpful. Cons are lack of shelter, lack of clear signage/guidance about Uber pick-up points, and not providing proper wristbands. Also, there is either one single entry road/exit road, or one single entry and one single exit road. Regardless, the traffic, although improved as noted by others over the couple of years, was still onerous, especially in the dark rain at 9:15 PM onwards. Thank you security, local Sheriffs, and arena staff for doing good jobs in keeping thousands of people informed and aware as best they could! I am hoping this exact lineup is really rescheduled on a date we can all attend in the near future! Because of the weather we didn't sample any food/beverages. Others reported beers were about $16.00 each and the clothing merchandise for sale was generally in the $50.00 range.
