When I bought the package, the first available appointment was two months out. On the day of that appointment, I took the entire day off work because it was scheduled to last six hours. That morning, Ideal Image called and canceled because their nurse did not come in. I was asked to be patient, which I did, even though I had already waited two months and lost a day of work. When I rescheduled, the next available appointment was another six weeks out. I again waited, came in, and was thanked for being patient. About a month later, my son was severely injured, which understandably delayed my ability to schedule the next appointment. When I contacted Ideal Image to continue my treatments, I was told my CoolSculpting pass had expired and that nothing could be done--even though delays on their end had already cost me months. I explained the situation and asked for flexibility, especially since I had been asked multiple times to be patient with them. Over the next four months, I called repeatedly (at least five times) asking to speak with a manager. Each time I was told a manager would call me back. No one ever did. After six months of trying to resolve this, I'm giving up. The lack of communication and unwillingness to work with a long-standing customer is unacceptable. Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience. So does Coolsculpting work? Not from my one time experience at Ideal Image.

I have been going to Elase for about 10 years and have always had the membership plan. I actually loved going here before it was sold. It is very expensive compared to most other med spas, however I have always had great service until they sold to it to a new owner. I have felt like they try to up sale every single thing they can and it's actually very uncomfortable. My last appointment was on December 13th at the new Herriman location at that appointment they tried to pressure me into doing more Botox units than I have ever done and in places I don't normally do, and I did it and left feeling annoyed and decided to cancel my membership and find a new place as there are a million med spas to choose from. It has now been 2 months since my appointment and my Botox has completely worn off. I have ALWAYS been able to go at least 4 months between appointments and it has NEVER worn off this fast. I feel like either I was given expired product or not as much as I paid for. Definitely make sure they show you the exact units they are injecting and if you don't want to pay over $12 a unit there's a lot of really great med spas that offer Botox for $9-$10 a unit and don't pressure you into to doing more or ask you to tip.

Well I waited til all the paperwork was done and then I made my daughter's appointment. I asked up front what my total cost would be cause this place requires you pay up front and they charge a fee if you miss payment or it's late. So at her appointment I paid for everything up front and we were done, I paid for everything! Then the doctor office sends me a bill for $398 and said my insurance wouldn't cover the whole thing. So I asked for what code was not covered and even asked the manager call me so I can take the info to my insurance and see what went wrong. Well the manager never called me and when I would call she wasn't in office. Well today I get another bill and the amount is now $405.68 when I called to pay today I informed the gal how shady this is and I will leave a review outlining how horrible and shady the billing is and it isn't right! You work hard to pay for things then they slap you with a fat bill and no one wants to explain it and instead of taking my card so I can pay she put me on hold for 10 min. I hung up and called back and then they took my card. They make you sign a contract prior to having anything done and they charge you when it isn't paid. I took my son here for the same procedure four years ago and the price tripled. You should always be honest in your dealings. I went up to the front counter and asked how long the wait was, and they said that they had 3 emergencies walk in and that they needed to be helped first, but that I should be seated in a room within 5 minutes but that the doctor probably wouldn't be able to see me for another 30 minutes! I asked if I could be seen sooner, and they asked if I needed to pick my kids up from school or something, and I said no, but that I am on my lunch break from work and was hoping to be out by 2:30PM at the latest. They said they'll just cut my time short with the doctor then, by giving me 20 minutes instead of the usual 30-35. I stood there, and they said they'd let him know to see me next. I was taken to the back room and continued to wait. At 2:30PM, the doctor finally walks in and said "so you're here for jaw surgery?" and it caught me off guard (I was there for TMJ related jaw pain), and I said no, and he said "well they gave you the wrong paperwork, you'll have to fill out the correct TMJ paperwork before I can see you". The girl brought in the correct paperwork, and I asked if I'll be able to see him as soon as I'm done, she said I should be able to. I finished and gave the paperwork to them. Another 30 mins goes by, and I was ready to walk out, as I kept hearing new patients go into the rooms next to me and he saw them right away. At 3:00PM, I got up, opened the door, and started walking out to leave. The doctor sees me in the hall and he said "I'll be with you soon". I said "I've already been here for almost 2 hours!". He stopped what he was doing and came in my room. He very quickly looked over the paperwork and said that there really wasn't much he could do and that he only does jaw surgery (I was referred to this doctor because he's listed as specializing in TMJD). I was out and in my car by 3:11PM. Complete waste of time and money. There was another review similar to this on Google Reviews, I just wish I would have followed that person's advice and not gone, as I had the same experience.
