After waiting all day for a check they told me tires were the issue. I already had tires on order elsewhere so said I'd stop back if it persisted. Got the tires swapped and it still had the noise so I came back the next day. Waited all day for them to take a look and they didn't get to it. The desk guy suggested that I take it elsewhere as he (personally) thought it may be transmission related. Took it to another local shop and it indeed was the axle. Just disappointed that they really didn't take the time to look at it after having it sit for two days. Gladly would have paid for their time. Maybe they just don't want work beyond tires and oil changes? Who knows.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and requested a full diagnostic scan since I had to get a jump-start twice earlier that week. After the scan, I was told my battery was bad and given a quote for a new one. Thankfully, I took it back to the auto parts store where I originally bought the battery (which is still under warranty), and they confirmed it was perfectly fine. So, either the scan was inaccurate or misleading. I also asked for an alignment, but shortly after declining their offer to replace my brake pads, I got a call saying they couldn't do the alignment because I needed a new front left tire. I've purchased several tires in recent years, all with roadside warranties, but was told the warranty wouldn't cover whatever was supposedly wrong with the tire. That felt more like a sales tactic than honest service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it took nearly 20 minutes just for them to locate my keys. And the next day, I realized my oil change meter still showed 16%, which is exactly what it read when I brought it in. There was also no new service sticker. I had to go back again to get it corrected. To make matters worse, once home I noticed one of the lugs on my tire was missing, which is not only unacceptable but dangerous. I left feeling like I couldn't trust the service I received. This entire experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and made me question the integrity of the recommendations and work done. I will not be returning.

I went online to book an appointment as I had travel plans this morning. I called to confirm my appointment and that I'd have enough time to get service and get on there road. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. He was also the same gentleman there when the store opened at 7am! I don't recall his name but so glad Firestone finally has quality associates on their team.
