TERRIBLE customer service and SCARY night nurse! Zero communications from management--I had to chase them down with several emails in order to just get the names of the nurses that were assigned to me. I guess they think that people are ok with random strangers showing up at their home. The day nurse was really nice, but the night nurse was AWFUL. She had fallen asleep on my couch and when I woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain I was in, she was so upset that I had woken her up. I felt I had to tiptoe around my own home just so I wouldn't disturb her. She complained that she didn't have anything to do and when I said she could leave early since she didn't want to be there, she insisted she stay anyway, just so she could get paid to sit around, complain, and be a bully. The executives were efficient, responsive, and cheerful, and my home helper was wonderful.
