The eh: there were some really bad stains in my upholstery, wasn't expecting any miracle work. It does look a lot better. However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.
