Noble Motorsports is one of the few customization and off-road shops in the Valley area, and not being from here, I didn't know what to expect. Glad that I was presently surprised, because they have always been great. Great turnaround time, great prices, (especially compared to L.A) written estimates for all their work, and they will even install parts that you bring in to the shop. No they can't warranty them, but most shops won't touch it, and for how expensive Jeep parts are, financing is a must, so glad that Noble gives you that option. Connor and DJ always have great customer service, (they got jokes too) and if things change or the techs recommend something, they keep you informed. Went to Noble Motorsports in Merced on 11-15-21. I had pictures on my phone of the wheels I wanted for my 2006 Dodge Charger. Connor helped me with this order. He told me yes they could get the wheels I wanted. I went on the other side of counter he showed me a different wheel and I said that wheel was ugly no I don't want them. I showed him the pictures again. He said we can get them. We looked at a wheel like the ones I had on my phone. I told him I wanted the one that looked like my picture. I assumed he selected the ones I wanted. We went on to select the tires I wanted. Work order was written up for wheels and tires. Appointment was made for installation. I dropped off car on 11-23-21 to get my new wheels and tires. Later the day I went to pick up car and noticed immediately that the wrong wheels were put on my car. The ones I told him were ugly were the wheels he has installed. I went inside and told him those were not the wheels I picked out I told him those were the ones that I told him was ugly. He denied that I ever showed him the wheels I wanted on my phone. They said they could show me on the camera. I said okay show me and Connor refused to show me what was in the video. He refused to take wheels back and order correct ones. They would not give me back my car keys until I signed paperwork and credit card receipt which I told them I was going to cancel after I signed and had my car keys. Connor told me I should have looked on the internet after we ordered wheels to make sure they were the right ones. He also said I should have looked into box to make sure they were the right ones. I have never had someone order the wrong part and not honor their mistake. Paperwork has a 30 day return policy. Does say special orders are non refundable. They never said this was a special order. They don't stock anything at this shop I asked them to order the wheels that I showed him- he said we order them all the time that was a wheel for a classic muscle car. I said my charger with a hemi wasn't old but it was a muscle car. He didn't care if I stopped payment or turned them in to Better Business Bureau, post all over internet or Yelp. He didn't care if I was unhappy. He thought they looked nice. I asked for manager he said he wouldn't be back until Monday. I called Modesto shop-Daylon was shocked they let me go away upset. He was unable to get a hold of manager/owner Dave T. I called Monday to Daylon he still is not able to get a hold of manager. He is asst manager but was unable to make changes. He will still try to get a hold of owner. He also told me to go back to Merced shop and talk with them. read more

Spent 2 grand on electric steps, motor went south in a month. Been over a month since I brought it back for warranty. Can't get the motor and one of their associates got fired because he didn't order the motor. That's from the owner and at least half dozen calls. Randy the manager absolutely no help. Not happy with the service I received. Ordered a folding tonneau cover for my truck. Was told my rail strap down system could be moved down to keep it but it wasn't when I called they made excuses and said it couldn't be after all. Then had drain holes drilled in my bed without ever being told they would do that. Really not happy with what was done. Don't waste your time here. read more

Look bottom line Noble is above great they are the best! I was trying to have a hitch installed on my Equinox and wanted to have it done locally. well I went through U-Haul since supposedly they were the best and professional. They failed me I was rescheduled three times and had to pay the full amount up front! With Noble I had to put 150 down and had my hitch in the shop in four days. Friday I had it installed and now I cant wait to start fishing with my boat! Great job guys hands down! read more

I went in to get a alignment they didn't know what was wrong with my car so they told me to replace the steering rack and to go back and get it aligned I spent over $500 buying a new steering rack with installment and I took it back for them to align it they were trying to make me wait a week for a appointment so I called from another number and asked him if they had time for a alignment and they said they did what's funny is I made my girlfriend call . They have terrible communication, I would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy. They ordered me the wrong thing and said it's non Refundable even though they told me when I paid it would be able to be refunded. Then they forgot to give me my tire covers back. I will be filing a claim, never have I ever seen such unprofessionalism, blamed there mistake on me, saying I should have made sure THEY did their job properly. Not to mention their boss refused to give me a refund for their mistake, told me to get lost, AND said "you will never be welcomed back", over rightfully being upset about their unprofessional mistake. I had four bilstein 5100's installed on my FJ cruiser to level it out. This is the first upgrade that I had them do besides a tow hitch. They seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I had thought about leveling my truck so I called Noble Motorsports. They told me they don't have the kits in stock so they would have to order one and required a $100 deposit. The parts came in the next day as they had told me, and my appointment was set. I ended up deciding that I didn't wan to level the truck after all because I tow a lot, called them to cancel and they refunded my deposit. Not many businesses would do that, real honest guys.
