This location is pretty clean and well stocked every time I come in. The products available change and are based on what they get. The variety is part of the fun of shopping here. Prices are lower on some items than the other stores available. Spices and condiments have always been cheaper here than elsewhere that I've seen. Friendly and helpful clerks every time. There's not a cart corral in the parking lot so one has to push the carts back to the entrance. read more

Well, this is clearly a 5 star Grocery Outlet. It is one of the nicest, cleanest, well laid out I have every seen. But the recently made a decision that drops their score. They removed the public restroom. I am sure it was probably getting dirty and the staff did not want to clean it anymore. BUT- when you drive in from out of the area a bathroom is a must. Your clientele skews older, and they need a restroom. It's a cost of doing business and making your guests happy. read more

I loved this store, more or less--until today. As of today, I will not shop here anymore. (a) You want to buy alcohol? You HAVE TO have your ID scanned. This is not cool, and no other stores in the area require this--how is this data going to be used? Where is it going? Sure, I may be a little paranoid, but if I have the option of preserving my identity and other personal info (and shopping somewhere else), I will. (b) nasty sarcastic cashiers: Okay, maybe you've had a bad day. Maybe you have no respect for customers, whatever. But to make sarcastic remarks about my payment method to my face? Super unprofessional, super uncool. And by the way, if you couldn't guess from the store name "outlet," the merchendise is crap. The deals here are hit or miss. I bought meat from the place though, wasn't very happy about it. I feel they have good pricing on other things. I come here for a few things here and there, but the service needs to be better too. read more

This particular store does not honor the advertised prices for their location. They have no deliveries of many dairy products lately and their shelves are slowly emptying of most everything else as well. It looks as though they are liquidating their supply and selling off their inventory. Grocery Outlet stores are franchises, so independent, just like the fast food franchises in the Harbor that do not honor the coupons sent out in our mailboxes. I will not be shopping here anymore and will only shop at Walmart or Safeway where at least the prices advertised are spot on and I can be assured of the cost of my groceries for the week. read more

Reposting this from my Google review. AMAZING DEALS. Wouldn't go anywhere else in town. However, maybe a certain employee would benefit from some workplace conduct/customer service training. She is blonde and had heavy blue eyeshadow (which looked really nice btw, good job). She checked us out today, 06/11/2022 at around 6:20pm. She made a sex joke directed at my boyfriend that caught both my boyfriend and I off guard. It made us both uncomfortable. She was very blatantly flirting with my boyfriend while I was there, that even my boyfriend noticed (which he hardly ever notices). That's fine and all, although a bit rude, but I can handle it. Sex jokes are crossing the line, though. It wasn't even funny and we both have a raunchy sense of humor. read more

They are pretty reasonable on some things, just wish when a person finds something one time and go back to get more that there is more, they change what they have all time time, but that is ok. What I don't like is how they have signs before entering and once inside about wearing masks when there yet they do not enforce it and every time I am there I see more then one person walking around without face coverings. I actually love Grocery Outlet. It's fun to look through the bargains and find stuff. But the fun ends at checkout. 3 or 4 loaded carts at every checkout lane. No Express Lane. You're looking at 30 minutes to check-out. That's not acceptable. Raise the price of everything by 2 cents and hire some damned help. I quit coming in because of this. read more

The employees are always helpful and nice (though sometimes blocking the aisles), the cheese selection is often surprisingly good, and the wine section is quite good, as well. I love saving on my shopping and thumbing my nose at those who say, "Shop at home", when 'home's' prices are upwards of 3 times as much, sometimes more. Black truffle brie? Oh, YES! read more
