We didn't see any employees pumping gas while we were there. They have snack and beverage vending machines available as well. Overall, we got what we needed, gas! The pump we used had a crappy lever on it. It kept clicking off like the tank was full, but we only had about a quarter tank when we stopped in. We ended up putting $80 of gas in the tank, but had to hold the pump lever the entire fill-up. A bit annoying.

I had forgotten that I was paying with a return credit slip and mentioned that it was a complicated return policy, as I got out the return ticket he mentioned that it was meant to be difficult so as to deter customers from returning items. I than said to him that that wasn't good for customer relations to which he uttered "you can always shop somewhere else!" I couldn't believe what I had just heard... I'm a retired produce manager who worked for over 38 years serving the public and have received 20 Outstanding Service Awards! Had I ever spoken to customers like Terry did I would have been reprimanded and or fired! I have shopped Bi Marts in both Florence, Oregon and Lincoln City, Oregon for 8 years and have never been treated or spoken to with such disgrace by any clerk! The cashier, an older woman named Sue, was immediately rude and dismissive. When I tried to hand her the ticket, she told me I had to go back to self-checkout and wait, claiming it was "not possible" to give me the money from her register. That's simply not true--I've turned in can deposit tickets at this exact Safeway through regular checkout multiple times before. Instead of helping or explaining calmly, she talked down to me and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. Policies don't excuse disrespect, and misinformation definitely doesn't help customers. This interaction wasted my time and guaranteed I won't be seeking help from that employee again.. I don't understand why people hire Rude individuals.

There's jewelry, wall art, garden items, and so on. A ring caught my eye because it was iolite and that's my favorite gemstone, but unfortunately (or maybe luckily) it was too small for my finger so I skipped it. If I'd been able to get it back to Chicago, I may have purchased one of the beautiful wooden wall hangings they had for sale. They have some nice artwork and souvenirs here, and if you're looking for a souvenir from the coast that doesn't scream tacky souvenir, this may be a place you'll find it.

Went in and found a painting my wife and I loved that had no price tag. It had a gash in it that…read morewas patched with tape but we were still willing to purchase it. A man took it into the back and priced it for $40!!! We immediately offered to put it back where we found it. I later picked up a battery operated skill saw that had nothing covering the blade but a piece of tape (a common theme here). It was completely operational and anyone could have picked it up and ran it. My immediate thought was of someone's kid playing with it and cutting their hand open so I promptly took out the battery and set it back on the shelf. Overall this location is overpriced for what you're getting, and the lack of common sense the employees/management have is very frustrating. Goodwill runs solely on donations so there is absolutely no reason for things to be priced how they are other than blatant corporate greed.

The employees are nice and respond quickly to the bell when you need a dressing room. The prices are alright, better than in Eugene. I was able to get two sweatshirts and a paint bottle for less than $10 thanks to the color tag sale. The bathrooms are clean and not coded and the parking lot is big with ample spots. It's easy to get in and out of even on the busy street. I stop by here every time I visit Florence and I don't see that changing any time soon.
