I'm a fan of Grocery Outlet! This Pasadena location is similar to the others in that the prices are great, it's clean and organized and it's easy to find things - including tons of great deals. I did notice prices are slightly more than the Inglewood location. However, they say on their site, prices vary based on locations. Download their app for extra savings! I got: -P.F. Chang's Orange Chicken sauce .99! As a former employee in college, i loved this! - Sonic toys for stockings $1.99 -fancy rice, it was about half off the korean market price Not too much I bought but it was fun looking through it all! Remember to bring your own bags to save 15 cents a pop! Great shop, I'll absolutely be back! Daily emails was a bit much though so I unsubscribed! I'll def be back!

I love Grocery Outlets. They were a life saver during COVID when the standard distribution systems were compromised. This one had good prices on pop and and kitchen supplies. Found out today they're all part of a system, but independently owned, so don't judge them all based on pricing at just one.

I heard via Nextdoor that this place had recently opened up, so I stopped by to check it out. I was impressed with how clean and organized it was. This location is not as big as your typical grocery store but they have a nice selection of household and grocery items and the isles are very spacious. The prices here are cheaper than standard grocery stores mainly because they are independently owned and some of the products that they sell are near their expiration date. In addition to your standard fare they carry gluten free items and health conscious items. They have a wide variety of wines, mostly independent brands, priced around $4.99 and a small selection of spirits. You can also get roses for $5.99

You spend $25 you get $3 off, which I spent more than $25!

I wish we had the option of no stars! What a bad experience this place was. I had plugged in my email for a coupon for $3 off if you spend at least $25 on groceries, excluding alcohol. I made sure to spend at least the $25 on groceries, and by my calculations, I had spent $28. The shelves were low on inventory and the aisle freezers barely had product. The prices were not that outstanding and a glimpse of the booze area showed Jack Daniels to be substantially higher than Vons or Trader Joe's. I saw Miracle Whip that had a 50 cent coupon attached to it, the entire shelf had these bottles, so I grabbed one. Upon check out, the Miracle Whip coupon would not go through. A guy, whom I guess was the manger, came over and said that they didn't take the manufacturers coupon. I told the guy that the coupon was attached to the bottle and the shelf was full of them! He repeated that they didn't take the coupon, so, I pulled the Miracle Whip out and told the cashier to remove it. Before the cashier would ring up my wine, he asked for my ID.....really????? I am 66 years old and do not look anywhere near being 21! I pull out my ID and show it to him. He rings up the wine and I hand him the $3 off coupon, which would not go through. The manger guy said the coupon did not include alcohol. I told him 3 times that I had to spend $25 on groceries, which I did, but he he didn't even look at the total of the grocery amount. By this time, there was a line and I was fed up. I pulled my cart out of the check out, took all the groceries out of my bags and said forget it, I have had enough, and left the store. This is no way to run any type of store. I drove over 10 minutes to check out this place and I can only say, this store is not going to make it.

Here you can find a wide variety of hand-crafted goods. And there is quite a myriad of objects on display. And there's a very large collection of pottery, including bowls, dishes and coffee mugs. This place is an excellent place to shop for those who are intrigued by foreign cultures. And the prices are extremely reasonable. And besides for being reasonable, you can find nice pieces in the under ten dollar range, well into the one hundred and fifty or more. There really is something for any budget. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I needed help...but was not asked every five minutes (something that I see as a major plus). Most of the toys are for kids just a bit older, so her choices were somewhat limited. They do have a decent number of dinosaur toys, figurines, and accessories, as you might expect from the name "The Dinosaur Farm." However, they offer a wide range of toys, everything from lava lamps to play dough. There's a decent amount of plush animals and educational toys as well. Heck, learning of its existence, I love it even now as an adult. Everything is very dinosaur themed and very geared towards both children and the community. They have events that support the community too such as book readings and much more. Make sure to join their email list before checking out. I love that they also have cute dinosaur themed gift wrapping paper too. I think a neat touch that they have is all the dinosaur art that they have on the walls as well as the cute dinosaur trinkets and toys that they have all around. I love the variety of little plastic dinosaur figurines that they have. Probably the most diversity of species that I have seen and in the most sizes too. Some which I have never even heard of, so much more than the stereotypical T-rex and Triceratops that you can find anywhere else. Also, fear not, there are toys and other goods for the other children in your family/party who may not be as dinosaur inclined if that is your worry. I got a really neat Dinosaur Farm t-shirt there (they come in blue and green) and a little figure for my desk. It def more of a toy store geared towards children than a super educational museum store towards geeky adults, but that's fine with me too! As a dino enjoyer, I support all ventures into the prehistoric practice!

This location is a bit smaller than some of the other Miniso stores I've visited, but they still had a good variety of products, and it was fun browsing through everything and checking out how the store was laid out. I even came across some blind boxes I hadn't seen at other locations, which was a nice surprise. Of course I had to grab one especially since I finally got to use my 20% off birthday reward for the first time! I'll admit, I was a little bummed because I had just missed out on their previous birthday freebie (a blind box up to $25!), but I still appreciated having a discount to use. Checkout is where things felt a little off. After giving my phone number for rewards, I asked if I could use my birthday coupon. The cashier asked, "Which one?" which confused me since I thought there was only one available promo at the moment. She then asked to see the barcode, and while I pulled it up pretty quickly, she started helping another customer and asked me to step aside. I didn't mind doing that at all, but it did leave me standing there ready to go for a minute. Once she saw I was set, she helped me at another register and finished the transaction without any issues. Overall, I wouldn't say the service was bad just a little awkward in that moment. I'd definitely still come back, especially if I'm in the Pasadena area again. It's a great spot to browse, find cute items, and pick up something fun when you've got time to spare.
