I was referred to Holly by my sister and a friend. Took my puppy Hazel for a puppy cut and Holly was quick, affordable and did an awesome job. Took her for her first full grooming and Holly did an EXCELLENT job!! again was fast, great work & reasonable pricing. Holy Crap!!! I never seen my dog so ugly. I'm so disappointed with the haircut, the lady just shaved off my dogs all hair, he looks really bad and nothing you can do but wait... I wanted to give this woman a chance after seeing some of her reviews but this is unacceptable. Groomer services: dropped off dog at 2:15 and received a text from groomer at 2:45Pm saying the service was complete. I paid for 1. Full bath 2. Nail cut and grinding 3. Blueberry facial 4. Paw pads 5. Deshedding 6. Teeth brushing 7. Drying 8. Ears Groomer claims she was able to finish all services in 30 mins but told me it should take about an hour. Picked up dog which smells like cigarettes smoke, entire home of groomer smells like cigarettes smoke. Dogs nails chipped and not cut properly. When I asked the groomer about why his nails looked so bad she said that my dog tried to bite her. I have had my dog for 2 years and I know what grinding and nail cutting should look like. Those are roughly cut When I texted the groomer to ask about smell and services, she claimed that my dog tried to attack her daughter. She won't answer to how she finished 1 hour worth of services in 30 mins. She claims I am harassing her when asking for an explanation. Only reason is that two groomers finished him very quickly. She said she would refund me 20 dollars but I now need to take my dog to a new groomer. My dog was not serviced as per standard. This is very disappointing. She's claiming that I'm lying when she has a smoke house with the dogs smelling worse than when they go in. UPDATED REVIEW: Now I feel like my safety is at stake here. Groomer has my address and is looking up where I live. This is getting out of hands. Now she is insulting me. Please don't go to this lady. She refunded me $20 out of 51 out of her own will. Holly is very knowledgeable of breed specific grooming and was great at handling my little ones. Scheduling an appointment was easy and she grooms them promptly. They were both done in 3 hours ! Just tried Holly today for the first time. I felt so bad sending my dog as the winter got the best of him with his hair being all long and matted. Holly did an amazing job. Holly does an amazing job grooming my Toby. He's almost 13 years old and gets really stressed out when he's at a groomer with a ton of other barking dogs. I started taking Toby to Holly so that he could have a low stress and personalized grooming experience and he's been doing great. i found Holly (online) and wanted to give my older dog an opportunity to be groomed in a quieter "home" facility rather than a pet store. Her online reviews were good & she had plenty of photos of dog customers on her website. Paid a deposit via PayPal & confirmed appt. Greeted at the door where I filled out customer form & she took my dog inside. I was not offered to go in or see her facility setup. I showed Holly a specific picture of my dogs breed for grooming reference, talked extensively about how I wanted a small "trim" w/scissors. wanted his hair to gradually layer down into his coat "skirt". Holly seemed to understand what I wanted & Went back inside. I left. About an hour & a half later she sent me a text stating my dog was ready to be picked up, but I had to pay via PayPal the remaining cost Before I pick him up. completed the payment, I went to pickup my dog & she brought him out to me on the sidewalk. my poor dog's hair was butchered- so uneven (parts were shorter and longer all over the place) TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! When I complained about the end result, Holly blamed me for not directing her better & stated my dog had a skin condition (which is false) ‍ She did refund my $$, but at the end of the day she wrecked my dogs "Cavalier King Charles" distinct look. read more

Me and Toby love Holly! I personally think she is a dog whisperer because Toby is very finicky and he usually doesn't let people groom him, let alone cut his nails, THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH HOLLY! He doesn't act scared to go with her and he isn't super anxious when I pick him up. She does amazing work and she is pretty quick and Toby always smells amazing for DAYS! I sometimes just grab him so I can smell him lol. She typically always answers the phone for appointments and if she can't, she always returns calls for messages left and she is pretty flexible with her availability. Give her a shot! My goodness you'd think there'd be reciprocity from businesses when your entire family takes their pets to a specific place to get the pets groomed! Not this place! Such a nasty disposition for someone running a business too. I wasn't going to bother with a review since I noticed some who had already written them and let's face it running a business isn't easy but since this concerns pets who can't tell us about their experiences I thought I should. Interestingly enough this person has all the business she needs since dealing with customers utilizing integrity isn't her strong suit. I find it difficult to believe that me canceling my appointment and rescheduling would cost her $100.00 but evidently it did. She's under the impression that she's inexpensive and perhaps that's true but I'd rather pay and know my pet is being cared for ethically. read more
