To condense my pet's traumatic experience - The business was apparently experiencing a staff shortage, knowingly attempted to trim both of my dog's nails in an unsafe manner, and did not inform me of any injury. After driving the 2 miles back to my home, my elderly dog was bleeding profusely and the source of the blood was challenging to find. An emergency vet visit revealed his front canine tooth was shattered and there was a large laceration on his tongue. Per my vet, this injury occurs with impact. Only after 3 conversations did the groomer reveal she had both my dogs on an elevated table alone at once and my senior dog "may have" hit his face or head because the groomer was 'worked up'. I could explain in depth the attitude of the groomer, the lack of professionalism from the business, and the troubling way this was mismanaged but the details aren't necessary. I hesitate to post the pictures of his injuries because they're gruesome. In the end I was put in touch with their insurance company as requested for reimbursement for my dog's extensive vet bills and I believe that his vet services will be reimbursed. That being said, this in no way accounts for an unavoidable injury for Todd. I thought I was going to lose him given the volume of blood and his age. I would not bring any animal to a business that operates with such blatant disregard for the safety of the pets in their care.

So I save some money on grooming because it is about 3 months before she needs another shave down. This last time they had a new person that I made an appointment with for a face trim, nails and my dog's back end. I repeated it twice what I wanted done. She clipped her nails in a back room and then I had to ask her to trim her face. She claimed she didn't know what I wanted. When I brought my dog home I noticed she didnt do her back end either. I then called to say what wasnt done again. Same response. Not professional. Don't make excuses. Apologize for the error and make amends. Since they couldn't be professional and own up to the error I will now find someone that actually does professional grooming

I brought my dog, Chanel, to this facility for a grooming appointment, and unfortunately, she was…read moreinjured during the process -- the groomer cut her paw pad. I understand that accidents can happen, but what was most upsetting was how poorly the situation was handled. After taking her to the vet , I reached out to the facility expecting concern, accountability, and a sincere apology. Instead, I was met with a dismissive response from the owners. I had asked them to cover the cost of the vet visit, which I believe should have been offered immediately given the circumstances. Even more disappointing, I never received an apology until I pointed out that no one had offered one and that I was extremely disappointed with how things were being handled. Only then did they offer a brief apology -- but by that point, it felt insincere and forced. There was no follow-up to check on Chanel's condition, no ownership of the incident, and no effort to make the situation right beyond the bare minimum. After 3 vet visits, Chanel is thankfully healing, but this experience left me feeling upset and disregarded as a client. I'm sharing this so other pet parents can make informed decisions. Our pets deserve to be treated with genuine care, and we as clients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion -- especially when something goes wrong. I thought I was a valued and appreciated Customer. This experience completely showed me I was not.

It makes booking boarding times a breeze and is an easy way to communicate with them if need be. Casey has been at the front desk when I dropped off and picked up my dog. He always confirms her feeding instructions when I'm dropping off and let's me know how how her stay was when picking up. My dog is always happy, healthy and in good spirits when I pick her up!
