She sounds rude, unprofessional, gives off "I'm right, you're wrong" vibes even though they admitted many times it was a miscommunication / misinformation given on their end. We dropped in to get a tour and immediately we received a personal tour of the entire facility. We were very impressed! They stayed a week and were very happy and bouncy when I picked them up. K9CC was very accommodating and follow all directions for food and meds. Everything had been clearly labeled by K9CC and I had also requested my babies have a bath before picking them up.
