This place... we have been going to for 3 years. But this week's cut was the last straw. Dropped off at 9:30 am to get a call around 1pm saying "she's too matted we have to cut it all off" (a very common response from this place). So I said sure I understand, "do your best". 30 minutes later got the call to pick her up. Horrible work ! Took my dog for a trim and bath for $70. I dropped him off at 11am and I picked him up at 2 PM because they were taking forever when I got there I heard my dog crying and braking. She had him by the tale holding him up mid air without support and trying to shave his behind. My dog had a horrible haircut ! Uneven hair just horrible. Took her 10min to do a horrible job I think She didn't even showered my dog, he was still dirty she just sprayed perfume on him and when she gave me my dog, she didn't even blow dry his hair when cutting it and my car and couch was full of dogs hair how PATHETIC. Took my dog in on 10/19/2025 my appointment was at 10:00 am I got there at 10:05 Amie the owner we talked for a good 30 minutes a gentleman came in at least 20 minutes after me with a big dog ,the lady in the back worked on that dog right away..while my baby was sitting in the cage i didn't say anything .I paid 80 dollars for full service when I got my dog she saved him love mind you i wasn't tripping cause he was matted bad BUT I do think she should have called me to tell me .Anyway when I got to my car my baby was stinky bad I really believe she rushed through it cause I went to her before and she did amazing and he was just as matted .I will not return I'll find a different groomer .She I'm sure didn't even bath him for 80 dollars.Never again read more

They took me last minute . I adopted a neighborhood cat and after vaccinations and check up we decided a flea bath was in order . My cat was not happy to get into a carrier but the groomer was very patient and kind . Cat is back cleaned up and looking and smelling good and seems to be just fine now . Ok so I went to take my Maltese to get a bath, I made an appointment ahead of time over the phone and everything was fine. The day I came in I had to wrap up a phone call, so I sat in the car a couple extra minutes. I saw a customer pull in, and he was trying to get help from the owner, but he didn't speak English, SHE WAS SO RUDE TO HIM, and he never got mad he just smiled and held his composure while she grew frustrated with him before throwing her hands up and going back inside. I felt bad for him, so when I took my baby in I was prepared for an attitude. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT, she saw me, and immediately told me it was appointment only. Once I told her I did have an appointment, she quickly told her employee to "deal with this lady" and walked away. The story isn't all bad though, the lady that did end up bathing my dog was super polite, and very knowledgeable about the breed. If I do go back, I'll request the lady that did my dog last time. Took my 2 year old Maine Coon queen who hates bath time. This was her first time at the groomers- EVER! She had poop stuck to her behind and needed extra attention. Kay was amazing with her! When I walked in to pick my cat up I saw that Kay was beside her with the kennel open. She was petting my cat and my cat didn't seem to care I had returned. I was also impressed with how long Kay was able to hold my cat in her arms- without my cat trying to jump away! This lady is truly talented and made my cat feel so welcome. i wanted to try a new place out, but i made a mistake. i called at 8am and spoke with a lady named Anna. She told me she could take my dog at 9am. cool! i be there at exactly 9am (SHE DIDNT TELL ME SHE WASNT GOING TO WORK ON MY DOG UNTIL 1pm)... what BAFFLES me is the communication especially over the phone. i call them around 12pm and ask if cody is almost ready. a different lady claims that "cody" is severely matted. i was thinking in my head like cody doesn't have mats and EVEN IF he did, they would just cut it short anyways because i wanted his haircut EXTRA short. i was gonna ask her "how much longer" but then she just hung up (spoke in a rude tone btw). i called again at 12:30 asking about my cody. she gave me another bitchy attitude as if i was rushing her when i was literally just curious about how my dog is cuz i have work at 1:30pm. i went in-person at 1pm to see cody because STILL NO CALL. and obviously, the matted "cody" that she was talking about wasn't my dog LOL. anyways, she told me she didn't want to work on my dog because my mom is peculiar about the way she likes cody to be cut so she wanted me to wait for Anna. i asked her will cody be ready soon because i have work at 1:30. she told me yes, so i decided to leave him there and go home to get ready. i get there at 1:15pm AND GUESS WHAT. cody was ready at exactly 1:33pm. LOL WTF. this business is ran by 2 ladies. and one of them apparently has to go to the doctors office from 9am-1pm. CRAZY TO ME THAT CODY WAS IN A SMALL GATE FOR 4 HOURS just waiting for his cut. the second lady even said i was a walk-in and it was to be expected. LIKE BITCH WHAT THE FVCK ! i did not expect cody to take 4.5 hours. ESPECIALLY SINCE I CALLED AT 8am and said if there was availability in the morning. ON TOP OF THAT, cody's hair cut was not short enough. and his face looked poorly done. he still looked dirty. anna took cody back the next day to do touch ups but still didn't seem happy about hearing from me again. the second lady didn't believe she could do a good job with cody's haircut so she left cody in a small gate until anna got back. totally unprofessional and the communication is shit. I scheduled a grooming appointment for 10:30am and dropped by dog off at that time. I asked how long it might take and the lady said "a couple of hours since he is new to us". I called back at 2:15pm and they said my dog was STILL in the cage waiting to be groomed, and that they had not gotten started with anything yet. She said she was taking care of the other dogs first so that it would be quieter when she got to my dog (??) and because he did not want to leave the cage. I was upset that my dog sat in a cage for 4 hours and so I just said I would be right over to pick up my dog. I wish someone would have called me with an update at least 2 hours in, so that I could have made an informed decision as to whether to come get him. Had I waited until they got to my dog he would have been at the groomers for 6-7 hours! We have not had problems like this at other groomers. read more

I appreciated this groomer since they were willing to take my dog last minute and seemed very friendly. However, they started bathing my dog as I was leaving and I noticed they were a bit rough. I decided not to be "overprotective" and let it go but when I came to pick him up later found out they had cut him twice on his paw. I appreciated the transparency of her telling me but this was not until I requested them to shave his nails down further since they were too sharp.
