Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Biltmore Fashion Park. My wife and I occasionally make it to a meal or to shop or even play at the Biltmore (or yes, a stroll). I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Went up from San Tan Valley for a well publicized "Yappy Hour" apparently held monthly in the mall courtyard. What fun even though it was 90 minute drive for me. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive. read more

l visit Biltmore Fashion apark often. There are several clothing and unique stores, ice cream shop and restaurants to tickle your fancy. The anchor stores are Macy's, Saks, and Lifetime Fitness. Nice park to get your steps in. The normally have events in the grassy area, like movie night when the weather gets cooler. There is accessible parking as well as entrance. read more

This plaza is a very lovely one with upscale stores and plenty of shopping. Parking is abundant and there is a valet should you choose to use that. There is a directory if you're walking about. Driving in a car is a little frustrating if you don't know where a business is located. You'll see Macy's, Arhaus, Saks Fifth, Sephora to name a few. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. read more

Saks just died and it was the main anchor... but most annoyingly, the whole area around Lifetime/Breakfast Club always reeks overwhelmingly of raw sewage- I dunno what septic catastrophe is going on there but no one's bothered to address it in over a year read more

A casual, luxe-style outdoor retail & dining mall. Throughout the mall has lush gardens, fountains & various seating areas. The retail stores vary from Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren & J.Crew (the only location in AZ), MAC, Lulumelon, Sephora, White House/Black Market, Williams-Sonoma & more. The restaurant presence is diverse - Breakfast Club, The Capital Grille, True Food Kitchen, Obon Sushi & Ramen, Blanco Tacos + Tequila & Zin Burger to name a few. You would think a Starbucks would be present amongst the courtyards, yet it's located inside Macy's. Free parking is available on the north/west sides & in the 4-level garage. The south/east sides offer premium parking with the 1st two hours free. Valet parking is $6 & located on the south side. Electric car charging stations are available as well. read more

Very racist place. This Sunday I went to a Hanukkah event and I had my pepper ball gun on my side which I'm clearly allowed to have. The officer approached me the police officer and he was professional he said you can carry what you carry enjoy yourself whatever. The manager of the property approached and he told me I wasn't allowed to have it I said well can I at least pull my shirt down over it so it's not seen and he says we're already see it. He told me I had to put it in my car. Keep in mind I'm a person of color and it seems like people of color can't carry what they carry. Couple days later on Wednesday I went two and Hanukkah event at this park and that same manager came up to me and asked me was I carrying my pepper ball gun and I told him yes. But this time it was covered. When I told him what he said last time he tried to deny what he said. I wind up putting it in my car again. Don't waste your time going to this place because they like the discriminate against people of color. read more

We absolutely love this area and visit it every time we come back to the PHX area. The Lululemon is really nice, we used the Lifetime fitness during our 6 week stay in the area, enjoy the brunch at the Breakfast Club, and love all the dinner options too. The area is really well kept and is clean. It is a really relaxing vibe and we love to come here for the atmosphere. Even if you don't do any shopping, it is a fun place to walk around! The parking is a little strange, but they do have a lot large parking lot in the back if the front lot fills up. read more

Security is terrible. We went to lunch there 6 of us and we walked next door to look at the new restaurants that opened at the Esplanade and because we walked on the walk way there connecting the two establishments we got a boot on our car and it cost us $200. We had proof of the lunch and the nice manager Adam of Seasons 52 was trying to help us. Security said they would refund us but they said the Security manager would need to call us and he will not call us back. Such a shame that this happens there. The signage says parking for Biltmore Fashion Park customers but were customers. It does not say "you cannot leave the property on the walkway tunnel that connects the Esplanade to the Biltmore. They need to change their signage. I will keep you posted to see if the Security Manager ever calls us back!! Sad the businesses have to deal with their customers getting harassed like this!! read more

While at a convention in town, I visited this mall with a group of friends from Europe. I was so surprised that they recognized many of the stores. Telling me they have those same stores at the mall in England. This place is kept immaculately clean inside and out. There is a store for everyone in here. And you won't go away hungry. So many wonderful places yo eat. If I lived here I would definitely make this my favorite hangout . read more

This a great place to shop and enjoy some really good food! Saks Fifth Ave is one of the mall anchor stores and Macy's is the other. Of course, Saks is high end, but whenever I go I always hit the sales racks! You'll find some great deals! While I was here I had some lobster bisque at The Capital Grille and then as I was walking to my car I decided to stop and have a burger at The Zinburger! Great place for a waygu burger and wine! I hardly shop at malls these days. I was here only to charge my car at the Tesla Supercharger station in the parking lot. This was a nice outdoor mall to walk around, enjoy the beautiful weather, and to pass some time while I wait for my car to finish charging. Even though I wasn't doing any shopping, I did notice some nice decent restaurants here. I might want to return and try some of them. read more

I am so very disappointed in how this company treats its end users, you the individuals valeting your car. I was involved in a clear valet damage incident, and instead of Reef taking ownership, they ignored the damage done to my $130,000 vehicle. There are strategically placed cameras and damage on only oneside of the vehicle, where they curb-bed the rims and parked. Yet the response is they were not able to determine. Shame. Corporations be cautious when vetting out your partners as they can directly influence the experience your patrons have. I hope that my situation will be resolved with Reef and that they do the right thing, not because of this post, but because they want to be good corporate stewards. read more

We came here kind of believing/hoping there would be something like a "food court". That was not the case. There are several restaurants, and each looked pretty tasty-- but because we were with a child who is picky about what she eats, we opted for California Pizza Kitchen, since she's familiar with their food. The mall itself is pretty high-end but is nice for a little browsing and window shopping, as it allows you to be out in the sun (it's open-air). Parking was free, which we appreciated, and we chatted with several other customers who were all friendly. Not a bad place to spend an hour while waiting for a flight out of town. read more

Nice outdoor area with plenty of shade i the middle and great restaurant and retail store options with a Macy's, Soma, White House Black Market, My Sister's Closet, and more. I spent only $100 and got 3 new blouses off the sale rack at WHBM and 7 pairs of underwear at Soma for under $20! I wish they had more non chain restaurants at this venue. Parking was easy and free. Was only shopping and the customer service was good at the 3 stores I went into. read more

they have a really good selection of high quality clothing. The clothing that they have at this location is definitely something I appreciate. I do a lot of shopping in California and California is known for top quality stuff. I was having a hard time finding top quality stuff while I was in arizona. But luckily I found this spot because they had some really cool stuff. Even some of the shoes that they had at this location I could not even find in California which is something that never ever happens. California definitely is the hub when it comes to high fashion so the fact that this location had something California did not really impressed to me they have a really good food court as well that has some really good places to eat. What began as a venue for local small business providing superb service and products has turned into another corporate America shopping mall. After their latest disregard for small business owners at Woods and Whites AZ where they've stolen money and shuttered the business I'll no longer spend a dime at this "park" or support its shops in any way. read more

There are a lot of malls in the valley, but this one is a little underrated. I hadn't been because Scottsdale Fashion Square was closer to me, but I'm happy I tried it! I think it's easier to park closer to where you want to be. This place is somewhat smaller but they still have a lot of nice things. Highlights include Seasons 52, True Food Kitchen, Sephora, validated parking, and a good amount of shade. The general vibe here is high end, but I've swung by after a hike to eat at Zinburger and didn't get any dirty looks. If you're going to a shopping center to eat and walk around, this is a great choice. read more

Its a great outdoor mall, which is so much nicer than the indoor malls from the 70s and 80s. They could stand to have more afordable stores.

This is one of my most favorite malls, and it's not quite even because of the shops in it, though that is a definite plus too. I just love the decor, the vibe and location of this mall - it is truly my favorite in Arizona (though Kierland Commons is a close second). I love to window shop or take a stroll, and dinner is a definite plus, my favorite being True Food Kitchen. I love the life sized chess board they have on display - how cute! read more

This is an outdoors upscale mall, which can be a bit unpleasant in the sweltering summer months. Macy's, Saks Fifth Ave, and a very large Ralph Lauren store (includes a home section too) are the anchors. There are some very nice smaller stores and many places to eat here. A covered parking garage is on the north side and there is valet parking on the south. An underpass walkway will take you to the other side of Camelback to the Esplanade, the AMC dine-in theater, and a Starbucks, although there is also a Starbucks inside Macy's in the west entrance. read more

Another mall with character. This mall is upscale and caters to the locals who live in the area, business people who are taking a break, and tourists who are staying in the area. Apart from Saks and Macy's the stores are all small. Most of the stores are national brand stores with a couple of unique local stores. If you are an Apple aficionado then this is the place to go. There are a large number of restaurants here and almost every taste can be accommodated. If you are desperate for Starbucks it is across the street near to an upscale dine-in movie theater (or you can get Starbucks at the Starbucks inside Macy's). You can walk across the street using a very pleasant underpass. This is an outdoor mall which seems a little strange for one of the hottest cities in America. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful shopping center in the middle of the city. My daughter had a meeting downtown for work and I had a few hours to kill so I stopped to check it out. Great outside areas with fountains, a very cool life size chess game next to Royal Coffee Bar. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. If you're looking for high end shops this location has Ralph Lauren, Macy's and plenty other stores including MAC, Sephora, Apple Store. read more

This is my favorite outdoor mall ever, there are always beautiful flowers and benches to sit on. There are so many shops like White House Black Market, Apple Store, Saks, Macy's, and so much more. The atmosphere is relaxed and dog friendly ( there are water dishes outside a lot of the stores ). So many places to eat here! My fav is True Food Kitchen:) Seasons 52 is always good and Capital Grill is so yummy. A Starbucks is located inside Macy's and there is another coffee bar, Royal Coffee Bar in front of Saks. There is plenty of parking and there is free validation from every store and restaurant. And there is a beautiful colorful walking tunnel that goes underneath Camelback Road, where you're on the other side with AMC Dine-in Theater and lots of other restaurants. So many choices, you never run out of fun places to eat here!:) read more

I have been a fan of the Biltmore Fashion Park for many years now. The last few years there has been many changes. The shops are more high end and there is a variety of dining spots to choose from. The upscale mall located in the heart of the lovely Camelback Corridor. They got rid of the traditional Haagen Daz Ice Cream and have added Mojo Yogurt a trendy yogurt spot built in a Urban Fashion Decor. What I do like about the dining experience is the restaurants to choose from are not the everyday restaurants we drive past (excluding CPK and Cheesecake Factory). There are always tons of events going on at the park. The store Lululemon Athletica does Yoga at the Park and Cross Fit Training Weekly. Williams-Sonoma teaches there culinary techniques along with other weekly events. I highly recommend checking the events on the Biltmore Mall website. There are also some excellent sales and coupons listed. I will warn you park in the Macy's garage or the under pass leading from the Esplanade because I still have yet to understand the new parking situation. read more
