This plaza is a very lovely one with upscale stores and plenty of shopping. Parking is abundant and there is a valet should you choose to use that. There is a directory if you're walking about. Driving in a car is a little frustrating if you don't know where a business is located. You'll see Macy's, Arhaus, Saks Fifth, Sephora to name a few. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well.

A casual, luxe-style outdoor retail & dining mall. Throughout the mall has lush gardens, fountains & various seating areas. The retail stores vary from Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren & J.Crew (the only location in AZ), MAC, Lulumelon, Sephora, White House/Black Market, Williams-Sonoma & more. The restaurant presence is diverse - Breakfast Club, The Capital Grille, True Food Kitchen, Obon Sushi & Ramen, Blanco Tacos + Tequila & Zin Burger to name a few. You would think a Starbucks would be present amongst the courtyards, yet it's located inside Macy's. Free parking is available on the north/west sides & in the 4-level garage. The south/east sides offer premium parking with the 1st two hours free. Valet parking is $6 & located on the south side. Electric car charging stations are available as well.

We absolutely love this area and visit it every time we come back to the PHX area. The Lululemon is really nice, we used the Lifetime fitness during our 6 week stay in the area, enjoy the brunch at the Breakfast Club, and love all the dinner options too. The area is really well kept and is clean. It is a really relaxing vibe and we love to come here for the atmosphere. Even if you don't do any shopping, it is a fun place to walk around! The parking is a little strange, but they do have a lot large parking lot in the back if the front lot fills up.

This a great place to shop and enjoy some really good food! Saks Fifth Ave is one of the mall anchor stores and Macy's is the other. Of course, Saks is high end, but whenever I go I always hit the sales racks! You'll find some great deals! While I was here I had some lobster bisque at The Capital Grille and then as I was walking to my car I decided to stop and have a burger at The Zinburger! Great place for a waygu burger and wine! They indoor outdoor seating which is really nice when the weather is nice!

Small but well-built open area fashion park. Few premium outlets belong here too and it is a great place to shop, eat, and have family fun. Easy free parking as well and I would recommend this place to anyone. It is far from our place so we rarely go here but if it was near then I would go here often.

I hardly shop at malls these days. I was here only to charge my car at the Tesla Supercharger station in the parking lot. This was a nice outdoor mall to walk around, enjoy the beautiful weather, and to pass some time while I wait for my car to finish charging. Even though I wasn't doing any shopping, I did notice some nice decent restaurants here. I might want to return and try some of them.

I am so very disappointed in how this company treats its end users, you the individuals valeting your car. I was involved in a clear valet damage incident, and instead of Reef taking ownership, they ignored the damage done to my $130,000 vehicle. There are strategically placed cameras and damage on only oneside of the vehicle, where they curb-bed the rims and parked. Yet the response is they were not able to determine. Shame. Corporations be cautious when vetting out your partners as they can directly influence the experience your patrons have. I hope that my situation will be resolved with Reef and that they do the right thing, not because of this post, but because they want to be good corporate stewards.

Great place to hangout. Also they have different stores and food options. When parking 1-2 hrs is free. Also don't forget to validate your coin.

Its a great outdoor mall, which is so much nicer than the indoor malls from the 70s and 80s. They could stand to have more afordable stores.

Fast forward to current day 2026, it's giving Goodwill vibes, marking up items so high it's actually cheaper to go into Nordstrom its self and buy the item brand new with no issues. I've heard management has changed and that has been the cause for the price gauging. Honestly I blame influencers for showing off their finds and management for then taking advantage of people also looking for the same deals. But I'm over influencers and brands caring more about influencers than the people who have kept them in business for years, instead we pay more for an item than it's being sold for in the original store. It's a shame greed takes over and people lack integrity. I hope one day things can be adjusted and it makes sense to shop here again. Maybe with another change in management? One that knows what they are doing?

This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. That includes me! Though I often see Lululemon items showing up at universities nowadays (though the price is too steep for the college students themselves but maybe not their families and alumni).

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. Would love to take more mat pilates classes in the future
