I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. They had fresh tropical fruits, cold drinks, kayaks, and other outdoor recreation items that aren't available at my local Super Walmart in Seattle. Some of the larger items would be a little difficult to haul home, but it was great to see such a wide variety of products geared toward the lake lifestyle. Most Walmart stores carry many of the same everyday items, but this location offers some unique products that make it stand out. If you're visiting Lake Chelan and need supplies, sporting goods, snacks, or just want to browse, this Walmart is definitely worth a stop. You'll likely find exactly what you need--and maybe a few things you didn't know you wanted.

But this Walmart is so nice! The view is stunning, the store is organized and clean, and the associates were all so kind. We had an issue with payment due to Apple Pay not being available at this store and Walmart Pay having technical difficulties, which we did not discover until it was time to checkout. Customer service was kind enough to hold on to our items while we ran to our cabin and back to get another form of payment. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Wish this was our local Walmart!

The girls are very kind and knowledgeable. It sucks that they don't have a pharmacist right now. But they do have a couple of people that do come and work there during the week. Thank goodness for that. Otherwise this Riteaid probably would not be open. Riteaid has been my pharmacy go to for over 30 years. With the lack of resources in the area, i.e. pharmacist. I'm sure it's real hard on these girls to make sure prescriptions are ready to go when you arrive. I just want to say thank you to everyone that has done such a great job at helping everyone that comes to their counter. I know it can be hard. Hang in there all of you. I came one warm September Saturday in 2021 looking to see what was available as a cool treat. They offered a variety of different ice cream, sundae, and milkshake flavors. After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

I just need to know if the meds are ready before driving 20 mins just to turn around because it's not ready. I finally called the customer service number and had to file a complaint. Maybe the upper management will do something. Not holding my breath though. Update: I did get a call from the manager. Just be told "we've been having issues with our phone system". Okay... shouldn't you be prioritizing that? I mean it's been literal months of not being able to get ahold of anyone. So at some point you should figure that out.

I get there and it's not done, I come to pickup at 4:30pm and I'm told it won't be done until tomorrow. All this time I'm waiting, in pain mind you, and not one I'm sorry for the wait.

I went to pick up…read morea RX for an elderly neighbor and they did not have his RX ready even though he had a text from them saying it was ready. They said that it was an error in the system that often happens and they were very rude and unhelpful. They said they did not have time that evening before close to fill it. So I drove 30 miles to another pharmacy that had later hours. I am tired of having to interact with surly staff. I am moving my RX's to another pharmacy further away just to avoid having to deal with grumpy people. It would help a great deal if the system for requesting refills was intuitive and user friendly, but it is painful to use and hard to know if they filled your RX.
