WOW just WOW!!! Great customer service and great guys Brian and Zach are! I started using Gross Septic last year to empty my septic tank for the first time. I have sewer backing up into my master shower. Brian offered to come by after his day was finished to see if my leach field could be the problem when a plumber couldn't figure it. He immediately eliminated the field being the issue. Pulled a couple pavers from the patio and accessed the main opening to the house inserted a camera and found a huge grease clog just up about a foot from the tank. He even went further in trying to see if he could at least break it up enough to relieve the backup. They went way above and beyond something you just don't see many companies doing these days. He even recommended a plumbing company who can complete the job and get the clog cleared. Can't thank Brian and Zach enough for the relief I am feeling right now! How many business owners call you back on Sunday morning when your septic fails on Saturday night? They fit us into their schedule on Monday morning due to the urgency. We have had Gross pump our septic three times, and each time the work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. This last case was an emergency. It turned out we had a grease plug in the house outlet pipe that they were able to clear, and diagnosed a design/construction issue with the piping that caused the plug. They recommended an excavator that also does plumbing work to fix it. They also tagged the risers (see photo below) with a metal marker so that they can easily be found in the future. Great people to deal with - I will continue to be a customer as long as I own a house in Tucson with a septic. read more

Called to have my septic tank serviced, due to a bad smell in the house.After talking with Brian, he told me that he was pretty sure that the culprit was my washer, rather than the septic tank, but since he was there and the tank hadn't been pumped in at least 9 years, I had him do it anyway. Brian (I think that was his name) pulled into the driveway with the shiniest, cleanest septic truck I've ever seen. (He said he washes it about twice a week.) He was courteous, explained thoroughly what he was doing to diagnose the problem, drained the tank, and recommended a plumber to take care of the problems that he wasn't equipped to handle. It's a family-owned business, having been in business for several generations, and they seem very proud of that.
