I had called ahead of time as I stopped in a different local tire place in Groton and they were closed. After waiting in line, I was told I needed an appointment and that they wouldn't be able to get a tire that day if I needed one. This was exactly the answer I should have gotten from everywhere, but didn't. They gave me a rough estimate and scheduled the work for 2 days later. When I dropped off the car, they said they'd check things out and call with the exact price before starting any work. And they did just that. The work was done by mid-afternoon, and since I couldn't pick up the car until after they closed, they took my credit card over the phone and locked the keys and receipt in the car, after checking to make sure I had another key with me. Great, prompt service, and I was treated well. They answered all of my questions, expanding on details when I wanted clarification. I'll definitely use them for service in the future.
