I was visiting family over the holidays in December and when I left for my trip back home my tire light was on. Considering I had a very far drive and I wasn't sure what was wrong with my tires, I stopped in Town Fair Tire. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had called ahead of time as I stopped in a different local tire place in Groton and they were closed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After waiting in line, I was told I needed an appointment and that they wouldn't be able to get a tire that day if I needed one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was happy that I didn't need one and they checked all my tires and added air. If I could do 0 stars I would. Originally I took my car in for a flat, which they said it was a leaking valve stem which was replaced. Fast forward to one week later, the tire is flat again after not being driven since we drove it home from the shop (was on vacation). Brought it back in to diagnose the flat again. This time, they say that there was a metal shard in the tire causing the flat and that 2 of the 5 studs were cross threaded. They were quick to blame Subaru's 'Soft Metal'. They then dismissed the flat tire issue and told me to not drive on it and get a tow for the issue they caused. I then had to bring it to another shop to get the studs replaced out of my own pocket. They draw you in with free flat repairs but the techs are lazy, corner cutting losers who don't care if they ruin your car to get your car out in time. ALSO, they estimated the second time at the shop to be around 20min to get it diagnosed, and we ended up sitting around for over an hour before they got us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EDIT: The cost to fix their screw up came out to be $250 read more

Jiffy Lube of tires, hacks! I had a swollen lug on the front right wheel they told me had it fixed and after I brought it back they told me they had trouble getting a lug nut off and they must've tried chiseling it off or something scratched the rim up and handed me the cover bolt with a lame excuse that they got it off and back on but don't put the cover nut on because it might IDK. I take a look, it's not even the wheel I had fixed. They told before it was just the wheel and one lug I had replaced. I've gone to town fair tire for many years. Usually Nashua until the one in Littleton opened a few years ago. They've been extremely extremely helpful. Reading some of these 1 star reviews is quite surprising. They've taken care of me pretty quickly and worked me in the best they could. I've dropped off several tires to have valve stems or a plug put in and the turnaround was always less than two hours. It's sorry to hear that people have had bad experiences. I'm not sure why they rate the store 1 when they're calling the central headquarters. Certainly not fair to the team in Littleton. read more

I arrived and my car was in exactly the same place where I left it at 7:45am in the morning. It was not touched all day. I asked about my car and they said it was next in line. Hard to believe since I left my car at 7:45am! They mentioned that I can wait in their waiting room, but I have been waiting for my car all day. Went in for an alignment with a 12:30 appt. Still sitting here at 2:30. I was told it would take 90 minutes. Made an appointment to drop car off for two tires. Got there 10 minutes early and was told the service should take about an hour to an hour and and half. Two hours later my car has not been touched and they could give no estimate for completion of service. So I went here to get an alignment, and Tpms replaced on my front two tires and they sold me two for around $70 something. $32 a piece plus tax. Then while I'm waiting one of the techs came to me and said we are going to refund you because we were able to get your current tpms working. No need to replace them, these ones are fine. So they could have never refunded me and just said nothing and I would have never known. So I respect their honesty. read more

Had a customer service nightmare with these guys trying to get a new tire put on. The main call center is full of not-so-helpful folks, some not so professional. Had to call many times just to get many different answers. The shop itself never, never, never picks up the phone when called directly. They wouldn't even pick up for the central customer service office which is too funny. And they don't call back when a message is left requesting a call back. The tire was installed finally and has been fine, so that's the only reason the rating is a little lower like a 2 star. read more

Despite their computers being down when I arrived, they managed to get it done on time. I had a tire that was needing air every day or so. I called Town Fair Tire in Littleton to see if they would fix it. They informed me they would fix the tire and it would not cost anything. I dropped the car off without issue. Around 1pm I received a call from them informing me they would not be able to fix the tire because it plug in the tire. The reason for the one star review is the plug was in the driver side front tire and I had asked them to fix the passenger side front tire. The free service is a gimmick to get customers in the door so they can sell them new tires...even if they don't need them. I'll never step foot in this store again. Buyer beware. read more

This location is always busy. They want me to leave my car for the whole day so they can check what is going on with my tire. They don't provide shuttle service. I dont have any chance to rotate the tires even till the end of the year. They are fully booked! :( read more

I was here about 2 weeks ago with a flat tire. I had made a reservation online and arrived a few minutes late. My car was brought in immediately and turns out that I just needed a valve replaced. Steve and Bruno assisted me and were immensely professional. It was a quick and easy job. Due to Covid, they had every precaution in place. The seating area was closed and they requested that people wait in their cars. They do have one seat available for when your car is in the bay. I was grateful that they were open and could assist me. I called to make an appointment to get a tire fixed at 11:00 am . I was told no appointments they are a walk in facility. I get there at noon. I'm told it'll be 3-4 hours. Great, now I need a ride. I leave the car, go home, wait for the call. At 3:00 I get a call it's ready. I arrive at 4:00 to pick it up. Hadn't even been looked at. At this point I'm more than upset. They tell me it'll take 25 more minutes to fix my flat. Roughly 15 minutes later I'm told they can't fix it. I need a new tire, unfortunately they don't have it in stock. Are you serious. I purchased 4 tires and received great service at Town Fair Tire in Littleton. The next morning after one of the tires had lost air they immediately scheduled me to come in, replaced the valve in 15 minutes and did not charge for the part or service.
