This is such a cute addition to downtown New Bedford. I was excited when they first opened and I still love going here. It's super cute, clean and colorful in here. They always have fun new specials and tons of food and beverages to chose from. You're sure to find something you love! The seating here is cozy too. My friend loves to grab a coffee and catch up, and then she'll stay to do work or coursework. They have really nice hours for a coffee shop too which is always a big bonus in my book!

They make one of the best chocolate chip cookies here!. Their coffee is medium-dark roast, they don't make any light roast (my fav) but it has been wonderful every time!. Black Americano is solid 5 stars. They roast their own coffee beans. The coffee ship is beautiful! It is by the water, they have limited seats, indoors and outdoors. Weekends are so busy; for a good reason. They bake all their pastries in house. The staff can be overwhelmed and snippy. But overall it is a solid coffee ship that is worth checking if you're in the area.

The best! This place always has such cool flavors and specials to try and they're consistent with service, quality, and taste! The pastries are amazing as well - my favorites are the almond croissant and the pistachio croissant. Such a cute little place and so light even on a rainy day :) Highly recommend!

Made a little Sunday roadtrip to New Bedford to check out Ground Floor Coffee. First and foremost, the staff at this coffee shop were top notch in terms of being friendly, welcoming and helpful. A good initial sign! The coffee shop is bright and right on the wharf in downtown New Bedford. The main coffee shop area has some booth seating available and then a back room has more benches available for additional seating options, as well. I went for a cup of hot coffee which was piping hot and flavorful while my wife opted for the vanilla caramel iced latte; she raved about it and noted it to be excellent! We split a piece of apple coffee cake and all of the pastries looked to be quite good. In addition to the baked goods, breakfast sandwiches could also be ordered and we'd look to try one if back at Ground Floor in the future. Place was busy with customers coming in and out; always nice to see for a local business.

Love this little coffee spot right on the water. On a nice day you can sit on their outdoor patio and watch the boats. I got a crème brûlée cold brew and an egg & cheese sandwich, both really good (you can add any flavoring to their cold brew!). They have lots of spring specials and Wi-Fi if you need to get some work done. The staff was a little rowdy and loud but I think they were just having fun together on a Saturday. Overall a great spot!

Went here on Monday July 15th 2024 to eat something before we headed to Martha's Vineyard via the seastreak boat that is nearby. It's a cute little cafe with booths, and tables both high and low to sit at. i got a chocolate chip muffin, and an iced coffee with mocha, my mom got an egg sandwich, and my dad got a bacon egg sandwich. food was overall good and very filling. We were also helped right away, and paid via credit card. Some issues with the sandwich was that my mom ordered the egg sandwich without bacon, and it had bacon on there, that was sort of crispy. We ate everything, because we wanted to eat, but pay attention if the customer don't want something. I enjoyed my muffin, and coffee. Would come again if we are ever in the area.

Stopped by while in New Bedford and was pleasantly surprised. I found the ice coffee very good. The food was good as it is made in their adjacent kitchen. I found the baristas very friendly and helpful. The inside was bright and very clean.

The coffee was pretty good. Service was pretty good. But the cookies were stale. I got there early and it tasted old.

I asked for an opinion on what item to get and I felt like a burden. I also ordered a waffle and the response was kind of negative. It was 3, and they close at 4. I politely asked if they were done making waffles for the day and she sighed and was like no. I almost asked to cancel my order at this point, as nothing was being made as of yet. I waited quite a bit for my stuff and any interaction with the staff was kind of negative and harsh. (I swear I'm super nice and friendly!) the waffle and coffee were both underwhelming. I almost changed my review from the previous 5 stars to 3 stars, but am going to hope this was just one poor experience. Not sure if I'll come back again yet or not. I was really bummed because all of my previous interactions here had been great.

I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant sandwich, a blueberry muffin, and a coffee drink called an "Arpuccino" (I think that's how you spell it). All good. The only problem I have with this place is that they do not have any gift cards/certificates. They only do e-cards. I wanted to give one as a Christmas gift to someone and I wanted a physical card to give. They really should think about carrying physical gift cards, especially if you're giving one to an older person who is not as tech-savvy as others. They're missing out on some possible sales.

Syrup sat at the very bottom; not mixed well and they ran out of marshmallow fluff. Waiting area is super small and busy due to servers running in and out so they recommend people to wait outside. I have always loved this place and everything I've had here, but this was next level. I had a thanksgiving sandwich and sangria. The sangria was so delicious. One of the best I've had in a while. The Thanksgiving sandwich was served with potato wedge like rounds and wow! So good! I love Thanksgiving sandwiches and this one was hands down the best I've ever had. It took a lot to only eat half and save room for dessert. I'm so glad i did because their fried nata was next level. I didn't know how it would be, and it was sooooo good. They really care about their food and that is seen in their cooking and also their service. I'm amazed by both every time! This spot is super cute too. It's historical and they did such a good job keeping that feel. It's meant to feel like you're at your tias house and i just love that mentality. While this was a staple in my weekend breakfast routine, I'm thinking lunch and dinner might have to be included in the mix moving forward!
