This man's skill and integrity are impeccable. He did some brakes for me. He was on time and very respectful. And his prices are great!

The salesman was aware of the issues we experienced from the beginning but failed to follow up to ensure they were resolved. Given the importance of referrals and repeat business, one would expect a proactive approach to customer satisfaction, especially after discussing these issues with him in person. Additionally, the finance representative was overly aggressive in attempting to sell the warranty. Furthermore, during our initial walkthrough, it was evident that a proper pre-delivery inspection had not been performed prior to our arrival. Upon lowering the rear door of the toy hauler, we discovered a broken wheel and another missing wheel on the deck gate, alongside a torn screen. Rather than addressing these issues immediately, we were advised that this was a warranty issue and to take the vehicle home and return it three weeks later due to service backups. I objected, emphasizing that because the unit was brand new, these pre-existing defects should not be treated as a standard warranty claim. Although this occurred on December 15th, the dealership retained possession of the RV until March--returning it just one week before a major month-long trip we had scheduled. To make matters worse, two wheels were still missing from the deck railing upon its return, and they remain unreplaced to this day. Moreover, the switch to start the generator from inside is inoperative, however it can be turned off with that switch. The unit was brought back to the dealership on April 15th and to date nothing has been done. Attempts to resolve this by contacting Grand Design headquarters directly results in conflicting information. While the dealership did finally order the necessary TPMS sensors two weeks ago, which they still have not received, the problem with the generator is still not fixed. Our overall experience has been entirely unacceptable. Due to the extensive delays, we have been forced to pay for an empty storage lot for months. Because of this severe lack of service and accountability, we will no longer do business with Blue Compass, nor will we work with this particular salesperson at any future dealerships. Needless to say, we will never purchase anything else from Blue Compass! 'BUYERS BEWARE"

Three week in called to check on approval and if it will be done by month end. Made numerous calls to the service department and nobody answered any of the calls. Four times we did talk to the scheduling lady(very polite) and explained the issue we were having. She called the service department and nobody answered. She said she would send a message to the department and the manger and someone will call back. Never happened no call back or text. My wife found the number for the lady who walk us around the day we bought the rv. She said they have not looked at it and it would be at least 3 more weeks . Or we could come and get it and take to a different Blue Compass to get it fixed. That will not be happening. Please do not tell me we should not been treated this ect ect. Please remain silent like your service department.

They simply wanted a second opinion--my husband has experience in this area and we both understand the importance of getting a major purchase like this independently inspected. Initially, we asked a sales representative about inspections. He quickly pitched us their own inspection... for an additional $2000. No details, no transparency--just an upsell. When we declined, he told us we could bring in our own inspector, which seemed fair. We left the dealership planning to do just that--and to move forward with the purchase after the inspection. Then, just a couple of hours later, the same sales rep called my son and abruptly reversed course. He told him, in no uncertain terms, that absolutely no outside inspection would be allowed. He claimed it was against dealership policy and there would be no exceptions. That was a huge red flag. Why deny a reasonable, independent inspection on a used RV--especially one being sold as-is? It left us feeling like there was something to hide. Buying an RV is a significant investment, and this lack of transparency and sudden change in policy completely eroded our trust. Unbeknownst to the dealership, my Husband and I are also interested in buying a new RV but will now look elsewhere. Needless to say, they did not move forward with the purchase. If you're considering buying here, I'd urge you to think twice and ask plenty of questions--especially before signing anything. A reputable dealership should have nothing to hide.
