I wish I could give this place a negative review. Let me start out by saying I really wanted a Tahoe they had on their lot so I kept trying to buy here. I went through MULTIPLE salesman. None of them cared to help, until one, about two weeks in. I finally got down there, most of the paperwork was done (I drove 2 hours.) I was very clear I didn't want anything added, just the used Tahoe, no extras. When I got to finance, the lady was cussing so much and making a huge deal about her computer being slow and wanting to get out to go home because I was late coming in. When went to sign, I noticed she had added almost $4000 in extras to the final bill. When I asked her to take them off, she threw a fit! It took almost 30 minutes for her to redo the paperwork, all while she was cussing and slinging things around on her desk. Fast forward to 5 days after I had the Tahoe. I was driving home when every light came on, it slammed out of gear and wouldn't go past 30mph. A family member had to pick me up and get the car home. I was crying and super upset. When I called the salesman, he told me I'd had the car 6 days. We'd finally got them to admit I was on my 5th day. The used sales manager called back, his name is Fazard. The rudest, and unwilling to help, emotionless human being on this planet. Finally after a lot of going back and forth and him refusing to take the car back, I took it to a mechanic I trusted in my local town. He found that there was wiring issues and that the dealership knew of this and tried to cover it up. They were the only mechanics listed on carfax also, so they sold me this car knowing it would mess up soon, and I would foot the bill. Luckily, I am a paralegal and was able to get my boss, an attorney involved. Fazard finally agreed to take the vehicle back since it was major. But...he wanted me to drive this vehicle that wouldn't go over 30mph 2 hours or tow it for $600 at my expense. Again, talked to my attorney. After back and forth of this rude guy, he finally admits they have a man in the area who tows for them. I'm not sure they can keep up with their lies anymore at this point. So, my car is towed from my home and taken back. Because they've already appraised my vehicle and started a deal for me, I had to stay with them as my credit couldn't take another hit. So I picked out another vehicle. At this point I do not have a vehicle. I'm a single mom with a son, and I missed work and he missed school because we didn't have a way to get there. I explained this to Fazard and asked about their delivery option on the website. He stated he wouldn't be delivering to me because of my issues with the last purchase and that *I* wouldn't bring the Tahoe back. The Tahoe that wouldn't go over 30mph due to electrical issues. He was extremely hateful and told me I had 5 days to pickup a new car or I would need to get my old one. I explained to him I would pay the delivery fee if he could get it to me, he refused and ignored me from then on. Fazard has my Honda Pilot, has not sent a check to my bank, I owe a payment on a car I don't have. I DO NOT HAVE A CAR, and the dealership is refusing to help me because of an issue they were not upfront about. I've called the General Manager but have not heard back. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. The service department is the worse that I have seen. GM had a recall on my car on July 1st, I took my car in for an oil change and it needed a new "front arm" it's been over 40 days and my car is still in service. I don't have a car and I am paying the car. I don't have a vehicle to go to work. When they called me that the parts were here and my car was number 2 to be fix, it so happened it was a mistake. The manager said that he was not going to give me a rental even do I don't want a loner, I don't need a loner I want my car. I had never had this problem with my previous car a Toyota... this would have been handled differently there. Know I'm here waiting because the only way to help me with my car problem is with a tread in... the 411 is that I'm still waiting and there is no response if that is even an option... I will keep you all posted. Here is the result no car... walked out with nothing... not my own car because it's still in service and not even a new car... I am still in the same position. I brought my car in for strange noise and it came back as a fuel injector leak so they fixed it. After test drive they said VVT sensors were disabled and wanted to charge to replace VVT sensor and a MAP sensor. I declined since I could get those parts and do it myself. I get the car back and it is running extremely terrible, the acceleration is slow, RPMs getting stuck, and car stalled out on me. I did not give them my car in that state. I ended up changing the parts they suggested and nothing helped. I gave up so I took it to another mechanic shop because I can't trust sterling mcall to fix my car if they completely messed it up and would probably charge me for something they caused. It comes back that the techs here left the camshaft position sensor unplugged and they did not put the intake back on correctly. They caused a vacuum leak to my car and sensors left unplugged which caused my car running terrible. I get it fixed and come back to sterling mcall for any kind of help or reimbursement for the issues they caused and they refuse help since I didn't bring it to them to fix it. Why would I bring my vehicle back to a place who gave me my car in terrible condition and couldn't simply remember to plug in a sensor and place an intake on right. No accountability from these guys. Drove 3 hours to look at a car that had 6k more miles than listed online. They sales person even texted us with the wrong miles. When we test drove it, we noticed it had more miles than we were told and what was listed. The sales person acted like it wasn't a big deal. I can understand if it was 600 miles but 6,000 more miles is not ok. I didn't feel the salesman cared because someone else was waiting to look at the same vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado on 12/2/2023 and got a good truck at a decent price my problem is with the service after the sale. When I went to pick it up the Silverado didn't pass inspection because the tire sensors were missing. I was told to go to discount tire and have them replaced and have the truck inspected and the dealership would be reimbursed me for my expenses. ( pretty simple stuff in my opinion) I went to Discount Tire in Palestine Texas then had to go back to Harris county 1.5 hours from my house one way so it would be inspected in a county that did the emission test then I turned my expenses into my Sales Agent, Marjorie Mroz, and later was sent a check from the dealership for about $2. I called Marjorie several times asking what had happened and was told she gave the paperwork on to her manager and expected him to take care of it. In early March 2024 I called her again and told her nothing happened and was told her manager quit and she had a new manager and that she no longer had my email with the scanned receipts of my expenses. I sent her the scanned receipt of the charges for the Tire sensors again and she told me she would give the charges to her new manager who would take care of this. Today is May 1st and I have still not received anything for my expenses. Lesson earned I should never have picked up the truck even though I had traveled 4 hours round trip to pick it up. read more

My husband recently purchased a truck here he saw online to which he was lied to and scammed for the price they extremely overcharged him from the set price that was online . He told the salesman no several times he did not want any warranty packages and he was forced to picked one when you're not required too, again LIED to and told he HAD to pick or else he could not purchase the vehicle , very poor customer service . Carlos A. in the finance department is also very unprofessional, rude and pathological liar . He is extremely arrogant and does not know how to treat PAYING clients with respect. I am surprised he is still here employed at this dealership with that type of attitude. I would NOT recommend coming here for anything !!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So many things went wrong while my vehicle was in service with Ken that I cannot list them all. The first red flag happened when I had to come into the dealership to speak with my advisor Ken and he lied and said he was speaking to my father about my car. My father passed away two months ago so that was an obvious lie. Even after picking up my vehicle, I still do not know what was done to my vehicle or the warranty on the repair except what I can read on my Repair Order. 1. I dropped my vehicle off with a half a tank and when I picked it up, my gas tank was below the empty mark (luckily there is a gas station next door) 2. My license plate and bracket were damaged and hanging when I picked up. The Service Drive Manager acted like I was bothering him when I asked for it to be fixed because the Parts Dept. was closed. 3. I was told I would only have to pay my $100.00 deductible but when I arrived my total was $200.00 for charges, I was never made aware of during the repair process. 4. I had to call to get updates on my vehicle and let the service advisor know my extended warranty was trying to get in touch with him for an entire month. 5. I had to get myself in a rental with Enterprise because my Advisor did not add it to my claim 6. My advisor tried to charge me $1,300 to diagnose my vehicle even though I informed him I had extended warranty that covers tear down if there are codes present on the computer. 7. They removed my email from my profile to avoid a bad survey which I know is grounds for termination with Group1Automotive 8. I can keep going, but these are the most prevalent concerns that made this experience a 1 star. I will be reaching out to corporate because I felt my vehicle was treated like the bottom of the barrel and I was even told "You go ahead and score bad" when I told the Service Drive Manager, I would give them a bad survey which in turn he deleted my email and proceeded to call the Service Manager Kyle. I have always used Group1 Automotive, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I had called and talked to Dami on the phone, and he was there waiting for us, even an hour and a half later when we finally got there with traffic. When the car was dropped off the AC worked fine. When I picked it up the Freon was gone and they told me they would "fix" it for an extra $300. The car sat on the lot for a week before it was touched and then it took another week to fix. They told me I could not have a loaner. Customer service felt like a high-pressure sales attempt to oversell me on a bunch of items I specifically explained I did not want addressed. My husband and I went in to view and test drive a Chevy Traverse. Our current vehicle we purchased new out-of-state and will be paid off in just 4 months. I am a researcher so I wanted to start early checking out our next purchase. We provided our licenses and the salesman went to the back to speak with a manager. He then returns to inform us that because the car is a 50K vehicle buyers prefer to keep the mileage low so they couldn't do the test drive. He did not even offer to let us take a look and when I asked if there was a base model available, he still said they couldn't. This is the first time I have ever encountered this at a dealership. We had just test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee at the dealership just up the street and proceeded to drive a fully-loaded Kia Sorrento, all around the same price range immediately after. The customer service at this place is horrible. Also, I went there on a suggestion as I heard they have corporate discounts through my employer, despite her telling me how much her truck note was on a used vehicle and the trouble she has with the service department. This is a review of the used car department. Please beware, they are dirty and dishonest. I called about a used car for my son. Went to the dealership and looked at the car and agreed on a price. I even signed off on the price and they agreed. I left to go get my son and bring him back to pick up the car. When I arrived back they said we no longer had a deal and they wanted $1000 more for the car. After another day of haggling we ended up at $500 above our original deal. Normally I would have walked away but my son really wanted the car. I figured that worst case they will lose more than $500 in sales from my negative review here and elsewhere. If you go to buy a used car here you should also be aware that any price you see online is not the price you will see at the dealership. Sterling McCrap adds a $1000 "package" to every used car that they don't tell you about. They charge you $100 for locking lug nuts that cost $20. They charge you $400 for a $150 window tint job. They charge $400 for a paint protectant that you will never notice. And $100 to put nitrogen in your tires. The used car manager Frankie told me that this "package" was purely a profit center for them and that they made $600 profit on the "package." So be prepared that every used car you see online will be priced $1000 higher at the dealership. So to summarize - Sterling McCrap Chevrolet Used Car department is misleading, dishonest and unprofessional. Other than that it was a great experience. read more

I make my appointments when I come to the location, so I could be seen immediately and out in a good time. This time has drawn the line. Don't buy from here. Especially from Marjorie Mroz. She will sell you a lemon and then lie about it. I've owned the truck I bought a little over a month ago and have already sunk $532.48 into the truck to get it drive-able sent recipes to Marjorie Mroz. Paid for a 2 year warranty and the sales manager and the second in command at the dealership ship exact words were are cars are sold as is no exception. Well there is when the contract specifically states I have a 2 year warranty which you refuse to honor and I paid 1700 for. They said this truck passed inspection but had no license plate lights and 3 inches of water in the tail light but it passed inspection. Big chip in the window but it passed inspections. I'm gonna have to get an attorney to get this right. Even my loan provider has said that what they are doing negates the contract but will Sterling McCall fix it nope. They even ignore the loan provider. Get an attorney and complain directly to group one automotive their parent company otherwise this location will just sweep it under the rug. Multiple phone calls and emails and no answer back. When the dealership ducks the bank that's asking for answers something is fishy. I asked for a copy of my contract at signing and they couldn't provide it had to get it from the bank. So avoid this place at all cost. Then Maurice Carraway gets his snake hide involved and made the situation even worse. He assured me we will make it right today on 01/24/2023. I had already sent the documents over to a Marjorie Mroz at 10 am. I called Maurice at 2 something left a voicemail he never called back until 620. I sent him the receipts directly and he claimed oh it's to late now I'll have to get it tomorrow. I've already lost out on a bunch of days of work because the truck wasn't drivable he expects me to take another day off to pick up a check at 12 when he should of consulted with his sales manager but thinking ahead apparently isn't his strong suit. This has to be the largest group of rude, inconsiderate, and downright unprofessional car lot i have ever been to. We ordered a vehicle online, had everything set up and was ready to go for the next day, even spoke with the salesman that stated we needed to bring nothing with us other than our vehicle for trade, drivers license, and title/keys to the vehicle and be ready to sign our paperwork. we agreed to meet at 12:30, now mind you, we were driving for 2 hours to meet this salesmen at sterling mccall chevrolet in north houston, and he knew this. I decided to make sure i had a few extra items he did not mention over the phone just in case. we get there, and not only is the vehicle not ready, nor our paperwork, but it took about 20 mins for our salesman to locate us. once he finally got our paperwork together with our trade and small down payment, we signed the paperwork, then all of a sudden the lender that we were pre-approved for with paperwork we just signed stated that they could no longer do that. after hours and hours of the sales rep back and fourth with his "financial assistant" they try to tell us that we need a significantly larger down payment than originally agreed upon, we of course denied that and then they disappear for ever, we finally see our sales rep again, and he just keeps telling us that "they are trying to work on it". i am very upset and angry at this point and dont understand what they are working on being as all the details had been done online and the deal was set already, they just wanted to change it up for themselves i guess. well FINALLY around 7pm the finance guy comes out and states he got it and we just needed to sign and he would have us on our way.... sounded great, ive been in this place for close to 7 hours now and was just wanting to leave. he rushes us through paperwork (as if he is doing us a favor) gives us a "customer care kit" for the vehicle and sends us on our way. upon looking at this paperwork, there is $1800 charged for this RESITALL product that we know nothing about and this extended warranty we didnt know we were purchasing. and no where on the paperwork or online can we find any information as to what exactly this warranty covers, or what exactly resistall really is or why it is so much. absolutely the worst customer service, continuous lies from the salesman, and the shady finance guy that tacks on lots of "extras" with no consent of the buyers. The deal we walked away with, was nothing like the one we got online and nothing is the same, not even the finance company. what is the point of having the option online if it wont even be honored at the time of signing? Why sneak in an extra $2000 extended warranty (we all know the extended warranty is a scam to begin with) and this resistall for another $1800... for what.... the box contains 6 very small bottles of window cleaner, floor cleaner, car wash, and leather cleaner (our truck has cloth seats) we didnt want that especially not for $1800. Almost $4000 on our contract for absolutely nothing. Thanks sterling McCall Chevrolet, never could have found a better way to spend $4000. BTW: THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Today I went to have my 2012 Chevy Sonic checked due to engine light coming on . I scheduled an appointment last week for this morning at 10:30 so I expected to at least find out the problem today. I speak with what they call a service advisor, someone who basically writes up the car for service and is SUPPOSE to know how long it would take for a car to be seen since she has worked there for more than one day. I ask the lady how long and she just says all day. I asked again because that was a vague answer and not what you tell people who have busy schedules too. She then told me she would have a diagnostic done by 2:30 or around then. Keep in mind the diagnostic check is going to be close to $200 just to have them check the engine like and you only check by just checking the codes. 2:30 comes, no call. 3:30pm, still, no call. I call up there to speak with Connie Kendrick and her phone goes to VM. Call the service department and I get the classic run around and eventually since literally no one helped in the slightest sense of the word. They did not know what to do or where Connie was to find out the status of my vehicle. At this time it is about 4:45pm and the service department closes at 6. I finally get up to the dealership and after waiting 20 minutes to speak with Connie, she tells me that the reason why my car was not seen is due to all the cars(150) they have brought in for the day. I was in awe. She could not take responsibility for not doing her job and just call back around 2:30 to let me know hey they have not seen your car yet it might take longer or something. Instead she tries to defend herself and say we have been busy. My first question to her was if you knew it would take longer than around 2:30 to give me answer hen WHY LIE and say that time? So I told them to cancel the entire diagnostic check and to no surprise Connie Kendrick did not apologize for the inconvenience or the lack her not doing her job and calling me back. Instead she was eager to show how quickly she fight back and get me out of there despite her ignorant behind not trying to show some kind of care about the people who keep the company running: the customer. When Connie called someone in the service shop to cancel the order it was found out then that had LITERALLY just pulled my car around to checked the problem at that time. THEY HAD DONE NOTHING THIS ENTIRE TIME. SO LESSON LEARNED, MUNDAY CHEVROLET HAS TRASHY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS HORRIBLE WITH KEEPING UP WITH YOUR CAR AND VALUING YOUR TIME. DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! This is gonna be long but well worth the read if contemplating buying vehicle from this dealership! Purchased new 2023 Traverse Premier from this dealership 3 days ago. Talked to salesman over the phone and agreed to out the door price of $50921.17. Got to the dealership to test drive with same salesman and sat down to do paperwork. Contract they sat in front of us was $52981. Showed him proof of our agreement for 50921.17. He leaves and comes back with $51981. I tell him that's still $1000 over and he says that's the lowest it will go. Take it or leave it. Then we notice they are charging us for add ons on the car that the dealership did like (tint, Bow Tie, wheel locks etc) I tell them Bow Tie (where they paint logo black, costing $1200!) Was not even done to vehicle. He said well we can set up appointment to paint it black. I said no if you take that charge off then we are pretty much at price we originally agreed to. He said no thats the lowest price take it or leave it. Got manager involved. Show him bow tie wasn't even done to vehicle. He says ok if we give you original asking price do we have a deal? So I ask him if wheels locks were actually installed on vehicle since Bow Tie was not yet we were still being charged. He said oh it definitely is installed on the vehicle. "All the vehicles had it installed. You will have a key for it but dont lose it the key is very expensive and no tire shops will have the key." Then I ask about SM Consumer Connect charge of $499. He says vehicle has it installed. It's a software installed where you can use the app to track the vehicle in case its stolen etc. Ok!! Agree to $50921.17 Go back to finance rush through paperwork bc I've now been there for 4.5 hrs and have my kids with me. Put down $10,000 and get gap and extended warranty. Get check out and we're finally ready to go. The next day I go to look for key for wheel locks. NOT THERE. Call salesman and he says send me picture of wheels. Oh wheel locks were never installed. They are stock lugs on wheels. "We can order them for you and you can come get them installed for no extra charge." That makes me go through paperwork where I find out I was charged $51981 for vehicle not he 50921.17 thay we agreed and I signed for before going to finance. Then we come across a page where it says SM Consumer Connect accessory is due to us. It says make advanced appointment with service department to have work performed on our vehicle. I came twice looking to buy a vehicle both times. The first time I was ready to buy an impala but the car was not detailed and had water in the truck which brought concerns. The guy told us he would call us in 2 days when it was ready. We called the day of and it wasn't ready. We continued to call several days after to see what was going on, after speaking with him for two weeks he told us he had sold the car to someone else. I have was approved for the vehicle & all & was let down, affecting my credit score. I figured it was just not meant to be. The second time I came looking at a Tahoe, hoping to trade in the one we had. The lady refused to let me test drive the car because I did not bring my insurance, I had been here before and it was not a requirement. There was no point in the person who came with me to show there insurance because I was the one interested in test driving. The lady was very rude and racist. I purchased my vehicle Nov 5th and a month later my check engine light has come on. Took it back to sterling McCall to get it checked thinking it was something small. Come to find out its so much bigger than i expected. I call back to the dealership hoping to get some help, i received little to no help and on top of that i was belittled and spoken to like i was a child. By far the absolute worse service and it upsets me they told me nothing can be done by them but they gave the best advice they said " this is what happens when you purchase a car, you have to take responsibility for it." On Jan 8th, 2018, I made a post about Munday Chevrolet's Service Dept.. Eventually later that week the Service Director left a message for me on Yelp to call him.. His message stated he wanted to talk and fix the issue. I left messages and my phone number three times on his voice mail because he was unavailable.. NEVER AGAIN Let me start off saying my car salesman Fernando was amazing. Please be sure to ask for him. Fernando made the whole process easy. He walked the lot with me ,and actually listened to my need's instead of trying to force a car on me. I did tell him I had an appointment at another dealership and I may be back. Safe to say, I never left lot. Called today and the manager STEVE REDDIC (GM) told me I can always get out of the deal. (Because I'm making them stand on what was promised in my contract to be done). MR STEVE, THANK YOU FOR TELLING ME MY BUSINESS DOESNT MATTER! Now, how did we get here???? I noticed 3 things that needed to be corrected before signing the papers in finance. The first and smallest of complaints was a crack in the window. They said the people don't work the weekend and it'll be fixed Monday. The second issue was the passenger side mirror was completely shattered. I was told the part(s) were already ordered on Friday the 24th the day I purchased the car. I decided to the leave the car because I couldn't see out of the passenger side mirror and was waiting for the crack to be fixed. I was told I should be able to take the car home Tuesday of the following week. I think Monday rolled around and I received a call saying Tuesday the parts will be in. Then received another call on Tuesday saying Thursday. Friday (3rd of March) around 1:30pm I decided to call after not hearing from them. At first , I was gonna pick the car up because rental cars & Ubers are high AF (ended up with a rental anyway). I then called back and requested a loaner car and was told no. They didn't have any cars available. BUT was told I can get one on MONDAY. After going back and forth with the used car manager I realized I shouldn't have purchased the car at all. Not because the car was bad, but because after a week and a day they wasn't willing to accommodate me although I was told my car would be ready on Tuesday 4 days after buying my car. The manager tried to offer me a free oil change and TBH I live a hour away and don't see myself driving across town for an oil change. I think I'm more pissed at the fact I got a rental car when my car was suppose to be ready in the beginning of the week. So, make sure whatever car you find has ZERO ISSUES OR ELSE YOU MAY END UP LIKE ME. A week and a few days now and still without a car. For those saying take the car. It'll be easy to, but who the hell driving a 20k+ car with a shattered mirror. If it was to completely fall off while driving they'd blame me. So, that's why my car is still at sterling McCall Chevrolet. And after putting up a big fuss. I received a phone call like 2 hours later saying the parts are in. Oh, but get this. The mirror need to be painted to match and the car..... and you guessed it. The GUYS DONT WORK WEEKENDS.... so ain't not telling when they gonna get around to it. Monday 3/6/2023 the painter never shown for work. I received no call letting me know any of this. I actually called them to check the status. I didn't go pick up the loaner that was suppose to be provided because I LIVE A HOUR AWAY. The is a car experience from Hell. I'll got back to Hyundai before I let Chevy run game. I have bought two vehicles and the sales reps always advertise that they have an incentive program when you refer someone. I referred my sister over four months ago and Mr. Castro took care of her. She bought a car and he had me fill out a W-9 for a $100.00 check and i never received it. I called to inquire about it and Mr. Castro and his manager said that they will look into it and call me back. They never called back nor did I ever receive that check. This is bad business. You have a referral program but don't honor it. If they offer you the referral program don't bother. It is a gimmick. read more

I swear I didn't go here to make a grown man cry or get him fired. But ... I just left Munday Chevrolet. I've never been so ill-treated. D. and his team kept messing with me. I kept asking them to talk about the price of the car, but they would side step by showing a loan with an absurd car payment. Of course the price of the car didn't go down any. So I thanked them for their time and left. Then D. called me on the phone and said they worked out a deal. So I turned around and sat down in good faith to listen to them present a lease agreement. I rolled my eyes and said I don't lease. I said I want to talk about the price of the car. It's last year's model on this year's lot. You need to come down on the price. So D. left and came back with a lower monthly payment - and loan papers! He didn't tell me how he got the payment low, and I noticed that the car was priced the same. So he called the loan officer in to explain how a car loan works. I'm 47 years old. I know how a car loan works. I was done. Completely done. We didn't agree on a price, but now they are putting loan papers in front of me. So I sat there and signed a few things. Nothing binding, just waivers for the gas and that I had insurance. Then when D. went to get more forms I stood up and slowly walk towards the door. D. asked if I needed to use the rest room. I turned around and said calmly: "I'm not happy with how this worked out. At no part did you, or your manager (who stayed in the back room watching the world series the whole time on the three big flat screens they had) talk about the price of the car with me. There has been no two way communication since I sat down. So I'm leaving. His eyes teared up and he said, "Please don't leave without speaking to my manager!" I said that I had spent enough time here. If his manager needed to call me they had my number. I shook his hand and left. I got a text about an hour later from D. saying how inconsiderate I was and that he was fired. The next day I got a call from the Chevrolet dealership from someone. She wanted to know if there was a way we could work out a deal. She didn't seem interested in learning about what happened so they could maybe improve their customer service processes. I know this because I specifically asked her if hearing what happened was going to change anything. Like could she use my bad experience to improve training for new salespeople? Or use this as a case study for new and current employees to somehow improve their customer experience. She said probably not. So, I let her know my side of the story, how no one to talk about the car price and tried to shoehorn me into a loan I didn't like, and how I didn't like being contact by ex-employees. She told me that she had no control over D. and his texting. I reminded her that I was the one treated unfairly, and that I understood that she didn't have control over it. All I wanted to hear was how sorry she was that happened. I told her not to be that disrespectful to the next caller. I ended the conversation with this simple statement: I'm going down the street to by a car that is $10,000 cheaper with navigation and leather. The money I save will pay for gas for the next 6 years. So no thank you for your Chevrolet Volt. And that is exactly what I did. Thank you Keating Honda in Conroe, TX! You guys were the best! read more

BAD very BAD service, the check engine light of my 2014 GMC Sierra was on, so they checked it in the sistem, and then they told me that the problem was the pressure sensor of the gasoline tank, the cost for change that sensor:$450 dollars, I was like... naaa I don't think that is the problem, so I said don't worries I'll check it out later by myself, two days later I fill the gas tank and the light disappeared. I think the problem was that I forgot to tighten the gas cap. Why they do that? That's not honest. By the way, sorry for my grammar.
