    I don't know what was wrong with my tire, but I've had to keep putting air in. Gustavo Reyes was wonderful! He told me the tire was in stock and my insurance would replace my tire at no charge to me. Excellent!!!!! Gustavo kept me informed about what was happening. He was very professional and informed. Ten stars.

    Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend has been a nightmare of an experience to purchase a vehicle from. I highly do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from them for just over $13k a couple of months ago. When I bought the vehicle, the coolant was empty, but I topped it off with all the other fluids and didn't think much of it. On my drive to my 2 year anniversary vacation 500+ miles from home, the head gasket on the vehicle blew. We have only owned the vehicle a few months, and haven't even had our first oil change. Both mechanics that I had the car inspected by told me that this was 100% a preexisting condition. Sterling McCall Toyota sold me a car with an engine teetering on blowing, and they sold it "just in time." The dealership has been terrible to try and work with for a resolution. I live almost 2 hours away, making it very difficult to go in person. Their used car Sales Manager, Ryan, and their general sales manager, Patrick, have been next to IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone. Every time I call, they are "out of office," "out at lunch (at 5pm?)" or "not working today." Out of the 14 (yes, FOURTEEN) times that I have called the dealership, I have only been able to get through to Ryan or Patrick twice. Each time has been a "I'll call you back on this day with more information" and then never calling me back. For a dealership to sell a car that is essentially a 5,000 lb paperweight and then follow it up with the worst customer service is atrocious. To Ryan and Patrick: please contact me and work with me towards a resolution. I have been without this vehicle for over 3 weeks and it is very hard on my family. I do not want to get my lawyer involved, but I will, if needed. I will also gladly take this review down if you resolve this.

    2013 Honda CR V

    I went to a lot of places in search of a used car and was really feeling down about my experience. I went to multiple dealerships and had cars checked at mechanics and they all had serious issues and were really expensive. Then I came here and was mind blown. Service was excellent. Fahim and Jonathan took great care of me. I bought a 2013 CRV in great condition. Mechanic I brought it to said he was impressed and it was a great price. Next time I need a car I will certainly be coming here. I love this car and I'm grateful I found it. It was spotless when I got it. It's a 12 year old car and they made sure it was perfectly clean. Mechanic said I can get another 10 years out of it.

    This was a bad experience, went in for an oil change and alignment. I've been going here for 5+ years and today was s**t service. Every time I go for an oil change I bring a $15.00 quart of Lucas oil stabilizer. 7 quarts oil 1 quart stabilizer. Tried to get me to buy tires when I just bought tires from them two years ago, when they did the walk around video, guy says brakes are good, just need tires. Repair suggestions said I need new brakes. Just put both set of brakes 6 months ago. I get in my truck hit the freeway, steering wheel still vibrating and Lucas oil stabilizer sitting on the front seat! Cashier got an attitude because I asked her what parts charge is there in an oil change. Smdh! Called back to speak to Tariq Jilani "he's busy. Asked for the manager, "he's busy ! 6 hours later no call back. WTF!? Eddie Rivera ha!? Ok Eddie you have until end of day today to call me, next phone call I make is to a good friend over at KPRC channel 2, then the BBB for charging for work not being performed. Let's see if you think I'm joking tomorrow morning.

I immediately and repeatedly contacted the dealership over the course of several months because I knew something was wrong with the car. Instead of properly addressing the issue, my concerns were brushed off. I recently took the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz for service and inspection and was informed that: * All 4 rims are bent * One wheel is severely bent * Both rear brake caliper springs are missing Mercedes confirmed these issues are contributing to the dangerous vibration I have been experiencing while driving. These are not minor cosmetic issues -- these are serious safety-related problems involving the wheels and brake components of the vehicle. It is extremely concerning that a vehicle in this condition was sold in the first place. What made this experience even worse was the treatment I received from an employee named Brandon. When I attempted to express my concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle, he was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional instead of taking the situation seriously. As a customer raising legitimate safety concerns, I expected much better treatment and accountability. I have documentation showing I reported these issues months ago, along with Mercedes-Benz inspection findings, photos, and videos supporting everything stated above. Very disappointing experience overall

That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
