My first visit to Grove Advanced Imaging on Haven was for my mammogram and the second was for an ultrasound. Both times they delivered excellent service and very professional. The wait time was minimal and both techs were awesome at their job. They made you feel comfortable and relaxed. It is a newer building so the inside is very nice and comfortable. Have you ever been to a medical office where it seems like everybody who works there hates their job? This place is fits that model. I read the reviews in Yelp and there is a consistent theme of rude staff. It amazes me that no corrective action is taken by leadership. The front desk person doesn't even make eye contact when she speaks and has the worst attitude. If you have other options, do yourself a favor and go to another facility. The staff here will be thrilled if you go somewhere else and they don't have to bother with you. One star is being generous. read more

Worst place ever! I brought my mom here today for a CT scan 6/18/21. First, I type this with my heart racing. I cannot believe how unprofessional and sloppy these techs are. First, they had the wrong chart, I noticed it. Second, watching the techs sloppy iv job while blood drips down my moms arm and she's in pain from the second arm poke. Then tech #2 comes in because I guess he notices that tech #1 is royally sucking at his job and tells him something, probably that he sucks at his job, tech #2 escorts me out.. why?! God help me please! I walk out, but checking up on her twice while going back and forth 3 or 4 times .. I see the two techs finally leave my mom in the CT room and I can hear them talking in frustration. One says why is she here? I can hear them say they are having difficulties as well. Finally it's over I run back to her and she looks uncomfortable as heck! I turn to the techs at the window, NO EYE CONTACT he just looks pissed and frustrated. In the passing hallway I see the front desk personnel and I tell her that there was difficulties with the techs and she should check on it because it was a terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am and arrived at 10:30 am and given the address. The staff did not know the current location of their current facility, making it very hard to locate. I had help finding their current location from a 3rd party. When I arrived the staff confirmed my 11am appointment time. I informed the staff that it was very important and they looked at my chart and told me it was not important. At 11 am the doctor refused to honor the appointment time and I was told to reschedule with the same doctor. Due to the rude staff and unprofessional doctor I give this location a 0 stars, however the building was clean, so maybe that merits 1 Star? read more

I have been here for x-rays and now a CT scan.... my experience have been wonderful ! the staff is kind you can ask them any questions and they will answer you politely I was kind of worried about my CT scan I had never had one before I asked receptionist some questions she answered me and said the technician would get me through this my technicians name was Fady and he was wonderful as he was injecting me with iodine he was explaining to me my reactions and what was I was to expect he found my vein very quickly and started the procedure I ask him any questions since it was my first time and he answered them very politely and always checked up on me saying are you okay? is everything alright? are you feeling okay he was concerned I was nervous when I walked in but then the technician help me through it thanks Fady and my appointment was right on time read more

Had an appt today and Briann was very sweet and clear on procedure and steps that would be taken. Dr. Esmaili was great at the technique, very friendly and gentle during the procedure. I did feel a little nervous but after Briann explained everything I was able to relax. The girls at the front desk are always very friendly and smiling. I've been going to Grove for my mammograms and ultrasounds for a few years now and the experience is always pleasant. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. They have no compassion for patients. I had an appt. For an MRI, now keep in mind I am very claustrophobic. So they were supposed to sedate me for the MRI. When I show up an hour early,they tell me the Dr. On duty today doesn't sedate people. Like WTF? So I ask her why didn't you call and tell me this? Oh they should have was her response. You incompetent ass bitch you should have called me. So I left,no MRI.My husband took today off work so he could drive me,now to a show up and not be able, to get it..I'm pissed. The customer service at grove diagnostic imaging is absolutely reprehensible. There is no regard for people in the waiting room who are in pain. The staff is slow and complacent in servicing patients waiting for x-rays. Neither the haven or the grove office will provide a reasonable wait time More than 2 hours wait time for simple xrays. **RUDE** I went here for an ultrasound ONLY per my Dr order and the receptionist (Hispanic girl) was extremely rude!!! For working for a womens center/ultrasound center you would think they would be trained on good customer service and br a little more considerate not knowing what some of the people are in for. I left work on a very bad stormy rainy day as well as my husband to attend this appt just to be told I need a ultrasound and mammogram. On top of them wanting me to do both test they said they couldn't see me and I would have to reschedule (to do both test). They wouldnt just do what my Dr ordered. Was told to drink a bunch of water before my scan and hold it - they don't care. I'm still sitting here with a bladder full of water while they call in every other person before me. The previous reviewer who gave it five stars must have been there on an exceptional day. I will not address the technicians- they seem very competent and are pleasant. Everything else about the Grove location the last time I visited - on Friday, February 26, was not at all what a healthcare facility should be like. The wait for an xray was almost two hours. The waiting room that afternoon was packed and uncomfortable. There were people waiting in an inner hall and outside as well. The chair cushions are so old they are concave. There is virtually no room if you need to use a walker or need to stretch out a leg. After I finally had the exray, I used the only restroom available. There were towels and papers all over the floor. There WAS NO SOAP OF HAND CLEANER. That is unconscionable in this kind of facility. My next stop was the counter to pick up my disk. From the counter I could easily see into the large room where the computers and clerk (one) worked. The lighting was very poor with one light from an overhead panel in the center of the ceiling- not shining down on any desk. The clerk said her light had been broken a while and no one comes to fix it. In addition, many of the ceiling panels were not in place. Formerly white shelving was dingy and shabby with age. I have been to this facility many times over the years because of my health plan. It used to be satisfactory but the last few years, with different management, it has grossly deteriorated. The apparent lack of care about the clients comfort and basic sanitation has infuriated me. In addition to my review here, I have a letter giving this information to the "mother" company, RadNet, my primary care physician, and the manager of the Grove facility. read more

There is no appointment system any more and it is a mess. I have been waiting here for hours with no luck. They need more people to help out! The clerk told me I could check in prior to lunch and sit and wait or come back and check in. I decided to check in early and wait. She told me the staff would leave for lunch and would start calling people around 12:45. I said can I get something to eat too. She said no! You will lose your spot. Long (REALLY LONG) waits every time. It is really sad that they treat people with various medical problems this way. People who come here are often uncomfortable or in pain and yet we have waited HOURS. EVEN WITH APPOINTMENTS!! They have a captive audience, each who have no other option and we have to stay here. I do it recommend this location. They don't take appointments, and it is a very long wait. I have been here for over an hour. I have a broken knee and am on crutches, and cannot sit for a long period of time with my leg down. There appears to only be one tech working. I have no complaints as to how everything worked in the facility. However, I was told my doctor would get my MRI results in 2 to 3 days. On the third day I called my doctor and they had not gotten the results yet. They called me back on the fourth day and told me my results wouldn't be available until the following Monday, 11 days after the MRI. When I called the facility to ask why they said it was because the radiologist was off all this week. They need to have a back up radiologist. read more

And lo' and behold my appointment was CANCELLED and was moved to the 25th without my prior knowledge. Had to visit urgent care and was advised to go get an x-ray with Grove Diagnostics. I came to the Haven location that was completely empty except for two people behind the desk. I asked If I could be seen for my x-ray. They then informed me they do not do x-rays at this location, okay..... Immediately after I go to the location on Grove that was completely packed and told there would be a 2-3 hour wait time so the receptionist suggested I make an appointment at the Haven location. ???? I told her I was just there and they said they don't do x-rays there. On my way home I call back the Haven location to ask if they do x-rays there and the receptionist says, oh we do, just at these specific day and times.... I call to make an appointment today. First time I call the system is down, call back in 20 minutes. I call back a couple hours later and am told they don't make x-ray appointments. Since I received conflicting information a multitude of times, I asked the reservationist if they do x-rays at the Haven location, and she said no. Seriously, I never write reviews. I don't complain about anything, ever. But the amount of ineptitude/conflicting information coupled with the excruciating pain I've been in (that I still have no idea the cause of because I haven't been able to get an x-ray) is astounding. If you know one location is consistently full because it does x-rays after 4PM, maybe consider shelling out for an x-ray technician at your other location so your staff and clients aren't totally overwhelmed. I see this company is owned and operated by Radnet, Board Members & Management: Dr. Howard G. Berger, Norman R. Hames, Stephen M. Forthuber, Jeffrey L. Linden, Mark D. Stolper, Michael Murdock, Mital Patel, Patricia Blank, John Crues, David Swartz, Larry Levitt, Marvin Cadwell, Michael L. I walk into my appointment to see 9 employees gathered around front laughing like hyenas and worried about stuffing their face with food they had on back counter. I was appalled with this behavior. Waiting room was filled especially with elderly patients waiting. During COVID should we even be sharing food then touching paper work patients have brought in with them. Not so sanitary. Then there is no sanitation no one wiping down chair arms etc after each patient has touched. The sanitizer dispenser I'm waiting room had out of order signs on them. There was an older lady with short gray hair who had attitude like she did not want to be working. Called patients rudely rolling her eyes. The 2 older black females are extremely standoffish and rude with more attitude. This facility needs an adjustment to how it lets employees act. I called out the manager for one white girl who talked down to me as I was a kid when I was trying to figure out how to exit since my ultrasound girl left with me with no directions I'm sorry you WILL NOT disrespect me I don't care who you are! Management SuCKS!!! I'm sure no one was reprimanded for that attack on me. If a real person who cares about this company wants to know complete story on this send me a direct message I'll give me more details. I will not stand for a company to back such behavior and leave patients sitting and having to hear all the BS and laughing and endure dirty looks! If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a different one. You will be disappointed at their service. I have a 1.5 yr old child who required a chest x-ray for potential pneumonia. When I arrived at grove advanced imaging they told me the wait was 2 hours and to sign in and to wait. We did just that. After the two hour mark we asked when it was our turn, the new receptionist who took the other girls spot said,"there are no walk-in's for x-rays." Our baby was crying. The new receptionist did not want to apologize or accommodate us for their mistake. There was no handoff to the incoming receptionist. The entire staff was rude. We asked to speak to the manger and the receptionist went to the back room then came back and said,"she's out for the day." We had to leave and go to a 24-hour-urgent care all the way in Temecula. They had x-rays there and it turned out our 1.5 year old DID have pneumonia. By the way, I would give 24-hour Urgent Care Temecula 5 stars for helping us throughout this terrible day. read more

Very bad service. Had a referral for MRI. Called on Monday and was asked re metal implants, etc. Explained I had a mechanical heart valve and both knee replacements. Was asked re the valve make and supplied the information. Was told they had to get the approval of the Technician and would call back. No answer and called again on Tuesday only to be told they were still awaiting reply from the Technician. Still no reply and called on Wednesday only to be asked who was the Cardiologist and I again specified the make, & S/N of the valve. Here we are Thursday and still no reply. It obviously does not matter to them that I am in pain and need a detailed prognosis to be able to determine the next step. It is so frustrating as to their inability or "could not care less" attitude. A simple update from the staff would have been appreciated. Overall I wish there was another alternative to this company. read more

Dated 10/21/17 I am very upset with the misinformation I have received and the problems it caused. The problem stemmed from misinformed appointment schedulers and a rude clerk at the Grove diagnostic X-ray facility on Haven Avenue. I needed to schedule an ultrasound and an X-ray and as a planner I tried to make the appointments at the same time at the same facility. I was informed that X-rays were done on a walk-in basis only and were open on Saturday. When I arrived an hour prior to my ultrasound to have my X-Ray I was informed they were by appointment only. I explained what I was told. The clerk at the counter stated "I don't know why they told you that". I stated maybe that they should inform the appointment people regarding that policy and she stated "we have". She was extremely rude in her tone and attitude. My time, as your time, is extremely valuable to me. Obviously there has been prior issues and Grove diagnostics is still having issues with this. I was trying to do the right thing by scheduling my appointments so that I would be able to complete them in a timely manner. I am also employed and would never speak to a client or treat the public in this manner. An apology and acceptance of the miscommunication would have been more than enough to make me feel as I am a human being who is valued. I was treated poorly unnecessarily for a situation that did not have to happen. I experienced unnecessary stress and wasted time because of a couple of individuals. I applaud Grove diagnostics on Grove Avenue as their customer service was excellent. Maybe they should train Haven Avenue facility in appropriate customer service when dealing with the public and the unprofessional image you are displaying which represents your company and profession. read more

I wanted to write this review for Grove Advanced Imaging on Haven because Dr. Esmaili is extremely professional, thorough and has excellent bed side manor. Dr. Esmaili will take the extra time to explain everything to you so you feel comfortable and know what's going on and what will happen next, your not just another patient, he treats you like family. I had questions after my pathology report came back that my regular MD was not able to answer so I called to see if I could talk to Dr.Esmaili and he took my call and answered all my questions putting me at ease. I would also like to say that every MRI professional I came in contact with was very nice and made me feel like I was in good hands. If you are scared and nervous like I was, know your in excellent hands and that they are there to take good care of you. I would also like to say a big thank you to Liz the Mammography tech, she is the sweetest, kindest person!! I was so nervous during my MRI biopsy and she was there to hold my hand and reassure me I was ok. I can't even explain how much all the compassion she gave me meant! They are all a huge blessing to me and I don't want to know what that experience would have been like without them. Was sent here by doctor for X-ray "stat". Was told by receptionist that it was lunch time at 11:50 and they couldn't take me in til 12:45 and I can try their other place on Grove. Went to the Grove Ave faculty after a 20 minute drive. Place was packed with people and wait was close to 2 hours. Should have stay at their Haven facility and saved myself the drive and extra time. I don't really know where to start with this imaging center. I have had three terrible experiences with this center. One from the x-ray department and twice from the breast/ultrasound department. The employees here are terribly unorganized and rude. The technicians here have no right to inform the patient on what imaging is going to work and what isn't. Starting with the x-ray tech's...I had to have an x-ray performed on my shoulder because thats what MY DOCTOR wanted done. When I went to have the x-ray done, the technician that was doing it proceeded to tell me that the x-ray isn't going to show the problem nor will it give me an answer. They are completely out of line for speaking to me in that manner, they are NOT my doctor OR a doctor in general. Next, my ultrasounds. My referrals were for some reason lost after being faxed over two different times. Why? I have no clue, but it absolutely frustrating when you need a test done by a certain period and can't have it because employees lose the referral. I was hassled and questioned, "why are you back if you were here last year?" "why get both sides looked at if there is only pain in one area?", "I don't really know why your doctor is requesting both sides, it doesn't make sense", all coming from employees at the front desk and the technician. Not to mention, in front of an entire room of people. Complete bullshit. I do what my doctor requests, it is none of there business other than to do what the doctor is requesting and leave it at that. They made me feel dumb and that my problem didn't matter. It was saddening and stressful. For a patient who is trying to sort out personal issues, these technicians should not be allowed to do anything other than perform the test that is being done. I can't even comprehend why the technician is allowed to tell the results of the test. I should be able to speak with the actual doctor who is reviewing the imaging at this center. I sincerely hope that this center fixes these issues and places better rules and regulations for technicians and who ever works at the front desk. I have an authorization from my doctor for an x-ray but can't get in at Grove Advanced Imaging on Haven Ave in Cucamonga. I tried online and by phone but X-ray is by walk-in only, so I walked in. X-ray walk in hours are 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm Monday through Friday. 1st attempt was at 2pm, x-ray tech had no patients so they sent them home at noon, sorry no appointments, try between 8 and noon. 2nd attempt, 11:40am, no go, too many patients and tech must lunch at noon to 1pm, come back at 1pm. 3rd attempt, 12:50pm...ok hand over picture ID and insurance, at 1:20pm, we don't take your insurance. -but I have an authorization? No, that piece of paper is only an "order" (but my doctor received authorization before I left her office)...she did not even try to call anyone about it. Extremely rude receptionist who casually wasted my time and the time of many others. I over heard her tell other patients same things, no appointments, walk-ins only, but can't walk in right now. read more

I have been here before for other exams and I'll admit I wasn't excited to go back but I was able to get my appointment for the same evening . The woman that assisted me over the phone was exceptionally thorough. I was very surprised to find the waiting area at this location to be as quiet as it was, perhaps because I was there for an mri. I was actually very surprised this facility was open as late as it is. The gentleman that performed my exam was very polite and answered all my questions. This facility was very convenient for what I needed. I cannot recall the name of the gentleman that helped me but if I have to go back for another exam I'm hoping he's availiable to assist me again. read more
