Horrible for their scheduling and appointments- they give you appointments for mammograms 3 months out or more and then when I had a scheduled appt they must have input it into the system wrong since they called to tell me I missed my appt when in actuality my appt had not come yet! If I can give no stars, I would. Since this was my second time, I ignored the cold, stuffy attitude from the front staff but I guess it extended to the techs in the back as well. I arrived a few minutes early, hoping to get it done early. But the tech took woman who was 20 minutes late leaving me waiting for almost 30 minutes past my appointment. When I finally saw the tech, he was rude, rushing through the questions, that I had to just blurt out the answers only to have him ask me the same questions 4x. read more

I am very disappointed with these places where patients need to go and have urgent tests, the doctors send you there for something because they want to know if the patient is okay, you make an appointment and they make it for you and the next day they send you A text message only !!that They don't do that kind of CT Scan message. Only on weekdays. So when we made that appointment well, they have been very unprofessional and told us that they don't do those tests, they shouldn't give my husband appointment to check hes lungs. That is not right, gentlemen, that is very impressive there, that is why the People are dying, gentlemen, because there are people like these places, who don't care. I went there first time, I got 10 mins late due to heavy traffic around 330 pm , then had trouble to locate office. The lady on the front desk was so rude and cancelled my appointment. I drove more than 45 minutes to reach there. So disappointed. I left my little kids behind for this appointment they said they can't see me. However when we go and check in they make us wait more than expected wait time for a pre-scheduled time. read more

They also weren't helpful in answering any of my questions. Also I don't understand why I had to wait when there was nobody in front of me and I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. After my experience I wanted to see what others experienced. I wondered if I was the only one. On 3 different times I had appointments and a confirmation text/ emails you would think all would be well. How could I have an appointment ( predetermined date and time in which to go). Therefore go to a place that should be able to complete a task. That was set up in advance. I left there 3 different times without getting what I needed done. Grove Advanced Imaging is the only xray center that could help my sister since she can't move on to the xray table. I called over 20 xray centers and they all said no, can't do her xray in her wheelchair. The staff at Grove found a way to get it done! Sometimes techs need to think outside the box to help the patients, this staff worked as a team to get my sister's xrays done quickly. Front desk, I'm embarrassed for there suppose level of profession. This is a breast imaging location. Called ahead and was told they are walk in basis for X-rays. I explained I lived an hour away and asked for an appointment but obviously told no. So I drove to this location and as soon as I got in the rude front desk staff turned away an elderly women because they don't do xrays before lunchtime. It's just their policy. So she goes to tell me the same thing. Didn't even care about anyone's situation or how long they drove to get there. Been to three imaging companies for MRI's. Not much to rate as they're X-rays technicians. This place however makes it very difficult. They're are way to concerned that they're not going to get paid so they delayed it for hours to get it approved. They scheduled the wrong time and I called to change the time. Just the time. They refused to do it unless it was authorized again and for the new time. I guess if you have a 2 PM appointment and you have it done at 4 It mag void the bill. Regardless I rebooked at another place and life was easy! Safe your time these places are not hard to find and nobody will be as difficult! read more

I had an appt on a Friday evening at 6pm. I was told to arrive an hour early, for what I have no clue because I basically sat in the car for the entire hour. I was called back at 6:10. Changed into the wrap around gown and then taken into the exam room where I would receive my CT scan. I needed a CT scan with and without contrast, so I needed an IV. The tech who placed my IV was nice and the IV placement was painless. I was informed that when the iodine solution was administered I would feel a warm sensation in my arm and then eventually throughout my body. Warm is not what I felt. It burned and stung. My arm felt like it was on fire and was extremely painful. I have a high pain tolerance and this had me on the verge of tears. I've given birth 4 times without Amy pain meds/epidural and I'd rather do that then have this produced done again.. It hurt so bad. I could not wait for the procedure to be done. Today is the day after my procedure and my arm is really sore, its like a deep muscular pain, hurts to move. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. I had some really negative reviews for them and none of them fit the bill. I was treated very well and after the MRI the Tech was really helpful in getting up and making sure that I was okay. Thanks again! Update I came in today for a mammogram. I got here at 3:18 for a 3:30 appointment. What the French toast!! I waited for half an hour!! Ppl who came in after me were called in! Grr! That's not right. Went in for an appointment at 3:15 and got there 5 minutes late due to going to suite 120 because that's the address they gave me. After running up the stairs while pregnant. The girl rudely told me I "had" an appointment at 3:15 and would be rescheduled. While I was panting from going up the stairs to not be late, I let her know that I went downstairs to suite 120 because that's the address they gave me. She also told me to be an hour early to my next appointment,while smirking. The way she acted was very unprofessional and after reading other reviews, I feel like the office should've done something to fix their employees attitude. read more

This place is a joke. The wait is stupid long and their system of taking walk-ins is broken...very poor service that leaves everyone frustrated and upset even before they get their results from their x-rays! I checked my son in at 3pm and was told the wait would be 3 and 1/2 hours! We returned at 6:15pm only to be told that his name was not recorded in their system and we would have to wait another 90 minutes. So, here we sit and wait ...it's 8pm now and still have not been called in. If this was some sort of public free clinic and we didn't have health insurance I would be upset but at least it would be expected. However, this is a for-profit company and we have good insurance. Totally unacceptable. Shame on this facility and I feel sorry for all the people that work there...they need new management and a better system (like reservations!). read more

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem like there are many imaging places in town, so we are stuck with companies that know this little fact. I can't really rate this place lower than 3 stars, only because I haven't "experienced better", which tells you how bad it is for consumers. So, let me begin. First off, this place does not take reservations for x-rays (but does for just about everything else. Go figure), which really sucks, because if you have an afternoon doctor's appointment where x-rays are ordered and you try to get them done that same afternoon, expect a wait. An excruciatingly long wait. You are better served by sucking it up and try to go there the first thing the next morning. I tried that technique and was able to get in and out of there fairly quickly. As a medical provider, I think a better business model would be to start taking appointments, rather than making patients wait hours at time in the waiting room. Chances are, things are not going in your favor if you need an x-ray, and it is just inhumane to make people wait that long. (As a side note, if they tell you that its a long wait, like a couple of hours, they recommend that you don't leave, just in the event they get to you sooner. Let's be honest, that never happens.) read more

First time I went, I was 15 minutes late, so I got rescheduled. I was fine with this because I understood they were just doing their job. It was my own fault for being late. Second time I went, I was running 5 min late to my 12:30 time slot and called to ask if I should just turn back and reschedule. They told me they'd accommodate me. GPS got a bit lost and turned me in a circle, so I ended up being 10 min late. Staff was annoyed, but let me in because someone at the 12:45 time slot hadn't showed up. While I appreciated getting seen after being late, I will say I didn't get to see a physician until 12:58. Bit unfair of them to require patients to be on time if they're not on time themselves. Staff member introduced herself, was friendly, and started my ultrasound. But then she left and had someone else continue. Seemed like it was an assistant, which made me nervous since she was now working on me unsupervised. If the first person introduced herself, she should've introduced her colleague and explained that she was gonna pass on the work to someone else. Unprofessional. At the end, they left my neck sticky from the ultrasound gel and I had to ask for wipes... I think they should automatically offer wipes instead of needing someone to ask. Overall, this is your standard rushed medical practice that makes you wait to be seen. I recommend they change the time slots to 20 minutes instead of 15 if they can't make 15 work. Be realistic and treat your patients a little better. read more

Appointment center is hit or miss, they use a scheduling service and have a hard time transferring to the actual facility if you have questions about your visit. They had a month to process my insurance and do the authorization and I am willing to pay out of pocket for visit, which I explained, just in case. I did all I could and I got a text message telling me my appointment got canceled the hour of my appointment due to still waiting on my authorization. I wasn't given an option to pay out of pocket. They just kept telling me "it's expensive". I feel that it was unprofessional and I lost out on my work day, I had to pay my babysitter and I'm still scared and in the dark about my health since it was an urgent MRI. I really hope they can work more efficiently in the future for other people and can help us with the answers we need. I put two stars because the actual front desk ladies were great and very helpful. But everyone else seemed to only work to help me when I became upset or on the brink of crying from frustration. read more

Staff is great! It can be a little scary being put into a tube for 30 minutes but the staff here were so comforting and professional, it really helped make the experience of getting an MRI go well. They were punctual and I didn't have to wait at all. Plus when I was done they didn't drag me out like a United Airlines flight, but rather helped me out and explained what the next steps were. I made an appointment on Sunday 05/06/2018 at 3PM upon arrival I was informed that they did not have a doctor available to administer the second half of the test. I did not receive nor did they even attempt to contact me reschedule. Upon rescheduling to the first available appointment 05/15/2018 then received a call today to confirm my appointment then a call from another employee 30 minuets later canceling and rescheduling. I attempted to contact their administrator and they wouldn't return my calls. Unless you don't mind having this company waste your time don't schedule with them for anything. If your doctor recommends them ask to be referred somewhere else. read more

We went into suite 220 for a pregnancy ultrasound for my wife. The ultrasound tech Sarah was amazing! Extremely friendly. At the end she spent some extra time showing us as much of the babies details as possible. We went back for a follow up and had to request her again. Extremely recommend her if possible. read more

I am heading there this morning for xray and based on my prior visits to the one on Grove I know it will be hours..they wont let you make an appointment walk in for xrays only..worse place ever and as far as the one on Haven for ultrasounds the front desk is so rude and treat you horrible. First time here and had a good experience. I suffer from panic attacks and was really nervous. I had an ultrasound done. Which upstairs. Suite 220. The people up front was super nice. The lady that did my ultrasound sound was super nice. She even had a himalayan salt lamp. Well don't know if it's hers, but in that room which calmed me down when i saw it lol. I wish i could remember all there names. I came 30 minutes before my appt. And was gone before my appt time. Which was awesome. read more

Came in for an X-ray for my son and they told me they are no longer taking x-rays due to the staff been at lunch. They have a sign by the front desk that says lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. I had to get two ultrasound s down today at grove imaging on Haven. Both of the girls were so warm and kind, I told them thank you so much for their kindness. It was so nice to be treated so differently than most of the doctors offices now. I'm used to how things used to be when the doctors weren't like an assembly line trying to just get you through. My appointment was at 7:30 am so please let the girls know how much this meant to me. And the music was soft and relaxing, thank you so much!!! read more

This is the WORST place ever. My first negative experience with them, I needed an ex-ray with contrast. They got me on the table, put an IV in my arm to insert the dye. Then, the tech said, I better check if the doctor is still in the building. They cannot shoot dye in you without a doctor on duty. The guy came back and said, the doctor leaves at 4 PM. He is gone and cannot do the ex-ray. I went home, called my insurance and said, get me an appointment anywhere else. I had the ex-ray done at Centrelake Imaging with no problems. Today, I was give an appointment to get a mammogram at Grove. I called my insurance because I don't want anything to do with Grove. They don't have a contract with Centrelake, so I was forced to go to Grove again. I was about 3 miles from Grove and 15 minutes before my appointment, and my phone rang to notify me my appointment had been cancelled. I HAVE HAD IT WITH GROVE. If I cannot go somewhere else I will not have the ex-ray. I GUESS, they will have to go out of business before, they learn how to treat their patients. They are expendable. The Worst Experience Ever! I was scheduled for an X-Ray at this location. Come to find out, the scheduling department made a mistake and the X-Ray was supposed to be done because this location does not do X-Rays. So I had to drive to another location due to this error. Next, my referring doctor scheduled me for an MRI of my lower back. I get a call telling me I could come in tomorrow at 8:15am. I walk in at 8:17am but due to a line of two people before me I don't see the receptionist until 8:20am. When I get up to the window I'm told that my appointment was at 8:15 and I'm late. I contest and explain I was only 2 minutes late. Wherein I'm told by the the receptionist Terry I was suppose to be here 30 minutes before my appointment. She was very unprofessional, aggressive and blunt with customers/patients. I have never been treated the way I was by a health care establishment. Terry went on to say that I received a text or call confirmation. I informed her I never received any confirmation. She advised me I should have. She is a very argumentative individual - even in the face of knowing she is wrong she will argue with you and stand her ground, not the offices. I'm the way I was treated was disgusting, I will inform my referring doctors office the way I was treated her and I will be sure to blog my experience here to my followers. Apart from being an Elite Yelper, I am a web designer and blogger. I manage and contribute to the 12th biggest blogging site in California. I will be sure I let everyone as I did you guys that they don't care for you as a patient here. They only care for themselves. On another note, I want to say this, the location is very clean inside, plenty of parking outside. This establishment could be something great. However with staff that don't "love their jobs" they will always be rated "D". I'm not happy, I sit here in the waiting room hoping to be seen because I took the day off.
