    I had been going to this uniform store for years. I had always loved the patches I received and…read moreusually they were on point with everything. However, the reason I am giving them one star is because of a very basic order that they should have gotten right and the lack of communication from them. Last February I dropped off four polo shirts, I needed them embroidered and my name placed on them. They told me a few weeks and I was happy to hear to pay and have them done. A few weeks I get a phone call that they were ready and I go to pick them up in May. When I arrive there I look at the shirts and noticed that my name is spelled WRONG! After the owner had written it down correctly and I had been a customer there for years. As asked what they could do to fix this and the owner reassured me that they were either going to order new shirts or fix the misspelled ones. Over the next few months I called and called about my shirts and well they still were not ready. The last time I called was in October and they said they were still waiting on the right shirts... It has now almost been a year and I still do not have the 4 polos back or anything. No calls, no follow ups, no customer service at all. I have come to the conclusion that I will never get a call, nor my shirts and I will need to take my business else where.

I'm sorry, even I can see that CVS made the mistake, same prescription and they fill it differently. Rules may change but, if so, they should explain it, but not blame the customers and doctor and argue about it. Do they have a responsible higher up, a "manager". Yes, but he told me he would follow up to tell my doctor what was needed and never contacted him. News alert! my doctor is busier than you are and has people's lives in his hands. Yes, you have peoples lives in your hands also, but you don't act like it. I am talking about a specific incident but it continues to happen too frequently. Same story, lack of communication and blaming the doctor! If they talk to the doctor they probably blame the patient. I also notice that getting questions answered when you have questions about how to take a medication or side effects sometimes is good sometimes not. Why should I trust it then? The greatest thing is the location and hours.

That is, until I received my 5/23/2026 CPAP mask and air filters wadded up and crammed into a thin manilla envelope that was no bigger than the size of a greeting card. My mask is a lifeline that keeps my oxygen saturation from dipping to dangerously low levels while I sleep. To see the callous way in which this critical item was shipped was shocking. Though I forwarded a complaint, along with the picture, there has been no response. I'm still having to get by with an older mask.

I asked for them to send me my supplies one week early because I had a doctors appointment and needed to have the new style mask to make sure It worked OK. I even offered to pay for it the prior month and they still would not send to me. I told them I was moving the end of this month and to reschedule my appointment with the doctor would've been two months out so I could not do that because I would already have moved. I am looking for a new supplier. I couldn't tell you how many times I had to explain the situation to them and even asked to speak to the owner or manager, and they refuse me that as well.
