Now to the stuff they wont show or tell you in the leasing office. The rules here are strict, the amenities are constantly being turned off and back on (might as well flip a coin on whether the hot tub will work at any given time), and the staff express very little care. They will make it seem like they do- think President Snow from the Hunger Games smelling like roses but only to really cover the extent of his sickness. Pretty much any concern I brought in was met with the basic premise of, in the words of Gigi Goode, "I understand your concern but I do not share the same concern." For example they gave notice of road work and because I did not move my car in time it got towed to another part of the lot. Fine, I get it. They stated in the email a specific price for it (happy to pay). Later, they changed the price in a different email with no explanation. I had to fight to understand why it was changed. When I went to the office and pointed out the contradiction and email exchanges about differing statements of cost they said, and im not exaggerating, "You wouldnt be having this problem if you didnt get towed." Okay?? I didnt mind paying the initial COST (not estimate) given but why cant the change in cost be acknowledged as misleading? I recently moved out and after leaving we were given the final estimate costs. Oof. We are being charged $410 dollars for repairs/ cleaning. I had to call twice and my roommate once before they finally sent an email with pictures. Listen, I dont mind paying for some damages- you put something up here and there and chip paint. Normal. We were charged $175 for paint alone and told, "As for the paint charge we had to paint nearly every wall in the apartment." I was literally squinting at the pictures they sent to understand what damages they were talking about. I will attach photos they sent to me so dust off your reading glasses to see for yourselves. Again, I dont mind paying for damages- there really are some things that were put up that require a little painting. But $175 is ridiculous and I was greeted with this lovely retort when asking about the paint costs: "If we were to have hired a professional to come paint your apartment it would have been nearly $600." Anyway, nice rooms and spacious living but clutch your purses and dont touch the walls if you decide to live here.

I am here to update the review I gave on 8/18/24…read more I am happy to report that things have changed. After my review, the manager called me to let me know she had seen my review. She hadn't been the manager of this property long but she was looking to make improvements. I was glad for this as I felt like someone was listening. They hired a new maintenance supervisor by the name of JV. He's gold. And he really seems to care about the place. Pet waste receptacles always have bags and are emptied regularly. He keeps the trash off the ground and the place is looking amazing. In a nutshell - he CARES about the place. When I call in a maintenance request, there is now a follow-up call from management to ask if the work was satisfactory and if I was happy. Everything that was broken has been fixed. They had someone come out and spray my place so that was addressed as well. The Dwelo had stopped working and the manager pushed the vendor until a replacement was sent and everything was up and running. With all the changes, I absolutely love my apartment and will be her for a while. Giving them 5 stars now!

After his passing, my sister and I spent several weeks cleaning out his apartment. During that time, management was consistently unavailable, despite posted office hours. Calls were never answered or returned, and multiple visits to the office revealed other tenants also struggling to reach them regarding various issues. The level of disorganization was astonishing. Additionally, we discovered that my father was being charged for a garage he never had. When we were finally able to reach a manager, they insisted that he had a designated garage. However, when we went to check, we found another tenant using the space for his vehicle as it was HIS garage, not my dad's. Management then claimed there was no way to determine which garage was assigned to him without a garage door opener. After weeks of searching for the opener, we attempted to contact them again but received no response. When we finally located management at a different office, they informed us that any belongings that may have been in the garage were considered "abandoned" and would have been tossed out. During this time, management also changed the locks on my father's unit without conducting a final walkthrough, leaving us unable to access the apartment due to their ongoing lack of communication. This is just a BRIEF account of mine and my sister's experience, and it was nothing short of horrendous. Even at the corporate level. I would NEVER put anyone I love and cherish in a place owned or operated by a PEAK LIVING employee or employer.

Safety & Noise: It's chaotic here--too many people walk dogs without leashes, and there are loud parties after 10 PM with zero enforcement of quiet hours. Ridiculous Trash Policy: You can only take out trash between 5-6 PM, which is impossible. To make matters worse, the trash room downstairs is often locked; getting rid of garbage feels like a game of luck. Poor Maintenance: The elevator breaks down constantly (3 times in one month), and the hallways smell strongly of formaldehyde.
