After the pandemic, I called Elite Pro Home Cleaners and tried to restart our cleaning service. I sent a text message to the office staff. No response. I called the answering service several times and left messages to restart the cleaning service and, made sure my contact information was up-to-date and correct . Out of the three times I called Elite Pro Home Cleaners, over a six-week span, I received not one response. I even called the answering service to make sure that my messages were forwarded to Elite Pro Home Cleaners and I was assured that my messages were forwarded. Obviously, they do not want my business. Even during the time when we used the service from Elite Pro Home Cleaners, we always had a problem with the office staff not returning phone calls or answering questions. I read in the reviews about other clients of Elite Pro Home Cleaner having the same problem with the office staff not being professional with their communication. So, I am not the only one. (Please read the other reviews for yourself). I thought, why should I sign up for this again when it's obviously still a problem. So now, we moved forward with a new cleaning service since Elite Pro Home Cleaners couldn't be bothered to call us back . The new cleaning service cleaning is top-notch and this includes the added expected benefit of returning telephone calls and text messages. Our current cleaning service does not treat us like we are bothering them. We are very satisfied with our current cleaners cleaning ability and their communication.

About 10 minutes before a cleaning my son dripped coffee onto the floor in the kitchen. It was very obvious as it was almost in the middle of the room and I told him to leave it there. The spill was still on the floor after they left. He had also dripped creamer down onto the front of the fridge and that was also still there. Depending on the week there have been food crumbs left visible, dust and dirt that is obvious and visible to the naked eye, a toilet not cleaned....items clearly not dusted/vacuumed. They do not move anything that is on a counter or desk or dresser etc., they just dust around those items. So if you move anything you can see how dirty things really are. When I had my oven cleaned there was still visible grease/grime, and they did not remove the oven cleaner in all locations. I paid considerable extra for this. I tried someone else and realized how much they did not clean before---this team actually moves everything around and thoroughly cleans (not spot cleans) every surface. I realized other things: when my kitchen floor was mopped before the prior team did not move the rugs, this team picks them up, cleans them and replaces them once the floor is dry. My situation was a little tricky because the RH chairs are linen and white. They weren't stained, but definitely dirty enough for me to want them cleaned. Dave was honest about linen and how risky it is to clean them. I wish RH was as upfront about their furniture and how hard they can be to clean.
