Stay away from this school with 2 brunches , it's owned by a husband and wife. My kids and myself were mistreated by the owner(the husband) and the director Nicole. I'm still documenting all that partnering with legal department but I wanted to warn everyone to stay away. Nicole is beyond rude, no surprise.. the owner is even worse. They pickup a phone and raise their voice and insult -just like that. My daughter came one day with a broken tooth, did I get a report? NO! Did anyone tell me about it ?? NO! I called and complained they answer was OH yes she fell in the gym!! REALLY!!!!!!! I went and picked up my kids immediately from the West RD location and pulled all their records and saw an investigation going on , looking at cameras, pulling days .. etc so apparently the story is bigger than this and I'm not the only one suffering. Stay away parents! Mr owner ... learn some ethics an use your manners when speaking to humans yes humans ! Before you see yourself out of business. My kids were accepted IMMEDIATELY at another school ( won't say name so you don't think I'm advertising here ) they're super happy and very well behaved. See picture as a proof!

We recently moved to Cypress and as you can imagine it was a little different starting our children at a new school during COVID-19. The staff at the Family of Faith Preschool have been so kind and accommodating to our family! It's truly like a little family here and we definitely feel blessed to have found a place like this. Our kids come home every day happy and are so happy to go to school in the morning! Could not recommend more. Thank you Family of Faith and staff for taking such good care of our family!

Our oldest graduated from here and had the best time at school and it prepared her academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten. We have had a great experience with our 3 year old as well, he's always happy to go to school and happy at the end of the day when I pick him up. I LOVE that they provide lunches here, are a smaller school so you can really get to know the staff and other families, and that they have outdoor playgrounds and large indoor spaces for play on rainy/cold days! The fact that it is Faith-based is what really sold us and was very important to us. Our children have all enjoyed and benefited from the chapel time everyday. The staff and directors get to know each and every family personally and communication is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and truly care about the children they serve. I could not recommend Family of Faith more!

There was not enough toys for each child to have 1 toy each. When I mentioned it, a couple days later I saw them dump a bucket of old dirty used toys onto the floor. My daughter got bit & scratched and they didn't know how it happened.( there was around 5 kids in her class). ( I only kept her there a couple weeks because I started noticing these things and found another daycare to put her in asap) . Also they didn't have a refrigerator in the classroom to keep milk in, so the milk would be left in sippy cups all day hot. They would play videos ( I'm guessing YouTube kids) on an iPad everyday for the kids to watch. What was worse is not all the kids could see it, and they didn't have any toys to play with. they would put the couple toys they did have away. So they were just in this room with nothing to do. Their arts and crafts consisted of them taking a picture of the child holding a marker etc and then they would take it back from the child and give it to the next one to take a picture with. It was truly awful. There were cops there one day. No one is ever at the front or able to answer the phones. The cameras are always down & they point them where you can't see the majority of the class rooms anyway. Huge staff turnover & shortages all the time. Please go check https://childcare.hhs.texas.gov/Public/ChildCareSearch before taking your child anywhere. This gives incident reports etc on registered daycares.

During my time with this facility, I experienced multiple situations that caused me serious concern about the way both parents and children are treated. I suffered a fall inside the daycare that resulted in injuries requiring months of medical treatment. There was no wet-floor warning sign where I fell. (I fell inside a room that was my daughter's room - I was told she had belongings in that room and went to retrieve them, never was I told that I was not allowed in that room or that the room was off limits) There were no signs or nothing of that nature stating the room was off limits or that permission was needed to retrieve my daughter's belongings. If teachers knew that room was "off limits" why did they allow me to go into the room to get my child's items? It took the owner of this business 2 whole days to contact me even though he was made aware of the situation when it happened. What was already a painful experience was made worse by how the situation was handled afterward. The situation ultimately reached the point where I had to retain legal representation. Despite attempts by my attorneys to address the matter, the owner has not responded to my attorneys. As someone who trusted this business with my children, the lack of communication and accountability throughout this situation has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, my concerns went beyond my own injury. After my fall & on multiple occasions, my infant's bottles were taken, and there was an occasion when I picked my baby up hungry and had to immediately feed her. I also had a teacher tell me that my son was "bad," rather than addressing his behavior in a professional and constructive way. When these issues happened, I immediately informed the director and was told that the issues would be taken care of. Another major concern was the high staff turnover I personally observed while my children attended the daycare. Teachers and staff seemed to change frequently, which made consistency difficult and was concerning to me as a parent. When you are trusting a facility with your children every day, stability and familiarity with the people caring for them matter. One of the most disturbing interactions involved a staff member making a comment to me about children being "born hypersexual" while discussing my young daughter. As a parent, that statement was completely inappropriate and something I have never forgotten. No daycare is going to be perfect, and children will have difficult days. What matters is how a facility responds when a parent raises serious concerns. In my experience, accountability, communication, professionalism, consistency, and compassion were severely lacking. Parents trust childcare providers with the people who mean the absolute most to them. I wish I had known before enrolling my children what I know now. I strongly encourage parents considering this facility to ask questions, pay close attention, document concerns, and advocate for their children. My family's experience here is one I would never want another family to go through.
