How come you're not answering your phone he said I just got here a half hour ago. And I said I called you twice in the last 10 minutes. So I went and sat down to wait for my order. Which I didn't want to do in the first place. I decided while I was waiting. I'm gonna call them and see if they'll answer. It rang and rang. So I leaned over the counter and asked the crew. How come you're not answering the phone. I said I've now called you three times and I held up my phone to show them that it was ringing on my end. Everybody looked at me kind of dumbfound. Then somebody went over to the register where they usually keep the phone I guess and they couldn't find it. One of the others said, look under the register and there it was. The music was blaring, and the phone was out of sight. When I left, I gave them all a bit of advice that I learned when I was in customer service. When you hear that phone ring, you should hear the sound of money. And I don't think your boss would be happy because you're losing business by not answering the phone. On a good note the fries and burger was good as I remembered. I go there when I'm in a mood to splurge because their prices are a little high. But I will pay it when I want a really good burger. Food got five stars. Service got one star.

She must have sensed that we needed a modicum of hope for future nourishment. She said, "you're the next ticket and the food should be coming right up." Good news - it arrived in about 5 minutes. * Cheeseburger: Ordered medium (pink in the middle) arrived well done. * Reuben: Too much sauerkraut. One diner liked it and one disliked it. * Turkey burger: Not bad. * French Fry Side #1: Warm and pretty good * French Fry Side #2: Overcooked, the fries were actually hard. * Sweet Potato Fry Side #3: Tasty but limp Because of the wait time and since the cheeseburger was overdone, the waitress removed that item from the bill. Overall, I'd rate the food three stars and the service wait time one star. Thus, a two star review. We'll think twice before going back to a 110 Grill, and definitely won't return to this location.
