Super busy on a Friday night but still got a seat within 15 minutes. Only thing is we had to wait to get seated but wasn't offered the bar, and a couple came in after us and asked if there was seats at the bar and they were seated earlier. Wish we were told the option before waiting the 15 minutes to be seated at a table. Ordered our usual, a rotating tapped burger- which was a burger with potato chips. It was good but a bit plain. Also got the market salad as usual with toasted almonds and apples. Delicious as always. read more

I hate to give 2 stars when the service and atmosphere is great. But the food was super disappointing. There is something for everyone here but the food was basic and bland. Fish (pollock) and chips - meh. Caesar salad- meh. Onion rings tasted frozen and fake. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing? If we go back, I might try a burger. After poking around Viola looking at properties we decided on an early dinner. Grand daughter's hubby recommended Tapped. GREAT beer choices ... in fact beer, cider, etc, etc. I had a Spokane Brewing Kinetic Energy NEHIPA and it was really good. Serving staff were quite helpful with choices. After a spell we ordered an early dinner. Wife had a burger, I had Gumbo and it turned out to be a great choice. The flavors in the Gumbo were outstanding! It had pickled red onions which was a great taste touch. Wife had a great burger. String fries were good as were the sweet potato fries. Tapped calls itself a 'gastropub' and whereas I might not know entirely what that means I do know the menu was eclectic and broad. Everything was excellent ... super-Tasty. Tapped is located on Main street in downtown Moscow. A quaint little area with an old 1950's feel. We stopped into Tapped on 3 separate occasions. Once for drinks, wait twice for drinks and once for dinner and drinks. The staff is overly helpful and you can sample any flavor on tap to make sure it's to your liking before you purchase. I believe at one point I had 5 samples in front of me. 2 of which ended up being winners (think espresso coffee beer nitro brew). The bartenders are nothing short of amazing when it co es to recommendations. The dinner special was their take on a Cuban sandwich. I was very skeptical as I have struggled to find a good one outside of Miami and south Florida. Let me tell you what, this was a huge win. Sourdough bread, toasted, plenty of pork and ham and pickle and it was truly spectacular. And I am a picky SOB when it comes to a Cuban sandwich. It had amazing flavor and was cooked to tender perfection. The wife had a soup and salad combo with gnocchi potato soup. It also was very delicious. Creamy soup with gnocchi bites, how can you go wrong. The beers, ciders and cocktails were fantastic. The food was delightfully good, and the staff was truly the shining star here. 5 stars for a great experience, 3 times in a row. read more

I'm a single man, early retired in a comfortable situation. I eat out frequently. I know Moscow/Pullman restaurants. The Thai peanut chicken dish at Tapped is the finest meal in the region, right now. It's $17 - do not forget a run through McDonalds or Taco Bell can easily be $12-$14 today. It's perfect. It's filling. It's got some bite but not anywhere near the heat that too often substitutes for flavor around here. Simple too, in presentation but complex in flavor. Two crispy chicken thighs on a bed of rice and other tasty bits. So good! Exceptional and a good price. Try it. read more

Fantastic. Last time I was in town, I really wanted to visit, but I couldn't leave my dog in the airbnb. This time while our dog was at the vet we made a quick trip. The food was delicious and the beer on tap was a guest brewery from Colorado that I had tried previously. The food was really good and I would highly recommend visiting. A ton of taps and solid food. Accidentally showed up on a tap takeover night, big crowd and new beer menu. Tried several beers, all delicious. Had a burger and my spouse had the fish tacos, both very well prepared and full of flavor. The huckleberry cheesecake was delicious, but the peach cobbler was the real star, amazing. Only constructive elements would be the kitchen speed, which may have been due to a larger than normal crowd, and the hostess. She was clearly seating folks according to convenience instead of their preference, and had a hard time keeping up. read more

I have been back a few times over the years and the food has always been great. This time, I had the BBQ pork hoagie with a side of the current market salad. It tasted awesome, although it was very messy to eat. I made do. The service was quick and efficient. We had menus and waters brought to the table within a minute of seating ourselves. One of my favorite Moscow gems! I brought my friend who lives out of town and she was in love! She's GF, and she loved the selections on the menu. The market side salad was her favorite (wish they fried their fries in a separate fryer for GF options though!) and her burger was the perfect amount of spice for her! I had THE BEST chicken burger I have EVER had in my life ! It was one of the rotating weekly sandwiches and it was a Korean BBQ chicken sandwich with cucumber, pickled carrots, and a sesame aioli. The Swiss Miss Burger was so delicious, one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time! We had two infants with us and they were very accommodating and we loved the ambiance! My wife and I came here at the end of September. It had really good reviews and the photos of the food looked great. We were happy we stopped here. It seemed like they were a little under staffed, but our service was really fast. We were greeted by our server within a few minutes and he brought our drinks right out. One of the best late night restaurants in the West Vancouver area. We are used to eating out late in the Seattle area and we're surprised to find most places closed by 9 or 10 pm where we were staying. We were very grateful this restaurant was open so late and also had delicious high quality food. The happy hour started back up from 9 pm to close so we got the sierra salad, truffle fries and 2 pizzas for a very reasonable price. My favorite was the sierra salad - grapefruit, beets, Pumpkin seeds, chicken on a bed of frisee. The pizzas also hit the spot. Went here to support a local community grieving the inexplicable loss of 4 college students. The community is still active and present, restaurants and Main Street still buzzing. I came here with my brother and was pleasantly surprised with the selection of beers and food. Wow, the burger was top notch and hard to put down, even though an oversized bite consumed the next few minutes with chewing. Flavored are wildly good for a "typical" bacon burger. Looking for places to eat today. I found this 4 star rated restaurant in my list of Gastropubs to eat near me. What a huge disappointment it was. I was suggested to order the southern chicken sandwich from the establishment reiterating that it was a "fan favorite". I honestly don't know what fan enjoyed that bitter tasting burnt chicken sandwich. My picture can give you a clear description of what I just ate. Absolutely disgusting I'm sorry to say but not really. The only reason why I gave it a 2 star was the fries. Sad to say it was the only thing decent enough to wash that sandwich down. read more

This place is amazing! Found THE most delicious beer here, and the food was so good I had to come back 2 more times. Had the salmon the first night and WOW. It's hard to find perfectly done salmon but this was immaculate. As were the sides. The next night I had scrumptious mac n cheese and the cheesecake. To top it off they have a fantastic beer selection. I wish I'd eaten there one more time before I left! Thankfully I visit several times a year, so I'll be back. read more
