This will be an honest review from a customer who has dealt with almost every kind of repair/collission/shop: GT doesnt even show up at TOP on yelp (how?). I received updated notifications on the progress of the repair, it was continuous.. Loved it GT went above and beyond to help me with my accomodations. I asked to come and get stuff out of my car TWICE. No issues from them at all. The work and outcome? Above and beyond what I expected. My estimated completion date was 01/29/2026 (today) but something came up and I HAD to have my car done before because of a new job opportinity 400 miles away. I asked if it can it possibly be done before 01/26/2026. They said they will TRY. They didn' TRY, they DID it and I got my TESLA Y back on 01/23/2026. NEVER HEARD OF. Usually shops will ask for MORE time... This is customer service, professionalism, and all around what other shops should strive to be (but may never reach), at its finest. Absolutely appalled at the lack of accountability this shop takes. They repaired my vehicle in October of last year after being referred to by State Farm. I thought everything was great until my vehicle sustained minor damage in the same area. I then realized that an excessive amount of filler (bondo) was used on my Lexus for the repairs. The repairs should not have cracked since the area that was damaged is metal. When I contacted the shop, my emails went unresponded to. I then called and sent photos to which Jack tried gaslighting me to believe that there were no cracks. Incredible since I circled in the photos the cracks. Please do not use this shop. They will default to cheap repairs on your vehicle and then refuse to stand by their work. ***Update*** I did request an estimate from GT and they never even mentioned the failure of the prior repairs although it was in the same area-and repaired by their shop. They were fine with charging me $2,300 dollars more on their poor repairs. Had I never taken it to another shop, I would have been unaware of their substandard repairs. To reiterate, they are defending using an excessive amount of bondo on a luxury vehicle. The repairs may "look" good but take this as your warning that they are not quality repairs. GT was exceptional. Jack and Hilda were affable and kind. I was involved in a hit and run. They understood my stressed and helped me every steps of the way. There was another gentleman there who also helped me with the insurance process. It's hard to find a shop that is reliable and honest. The most amazing thing for me is that my Model 3 was fully charged, waiting for pickup. I didn't have to charge before going to work. I can't stressed how important this fully charged thing is!!! Other shops or Tesla centers don't charge your car or forget to do it. They also washed and vacuumed the car. The car looks brand new. So I recently brought my Audi A4 to GT Collision Center in Huntington Beach after it was hit on the left side but mainly the driver's door, and I couldn't be more impressed with the work they did. I was referred to them by some friends and other people that had work done on their cars. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and exceeded all expectations. The damage to the driver's side was pretty upsetting, especially that it happened before a trip I was going on. But the team at GT Collision handled everything with precision and care. Tbh, they even helped with a few other tasks I needed done that had nothing to do with the accident. On the other hand, not only did they flawlessly repair the door, but went above and beyond by polishing the entire left side of the car, since it had some rubber marks from the other car's tire. They ended up blending everything seamlessly so you'd never know there had been any damage in the first place. Also a new side skirt will be going on. Anyways, they didn't stop there. When I picked up the car, I was blown away. They had washed it thoroughly, and it honestly looked better than it did before the accident. The paint was gleaming, the bodywork was perfect, and it felt like I was driving away in a brand new vehicle. And I must say, the turn around on my car was very fast. With that being said, what really stood out was the pride they take in their work and the attention to detail. It's rare to find a shop that cares this much about both the car and the customer. From the woman at the front desk, to dealing with Jack, the new owner (along with his son), our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Both my wife and I are sort of old-fashioned in that if you can't pass the common courtesy test, giving attention to and answering questions, well then we'll take our business elsewhere before we even get started. The low quality work of theirs is even more evident after 2.5 years. Even more of their poorly prepped clear coat is flaking off on areas that they did their so-called "blending". These flakes come off from wiping or just washing. If they were actually cared about quality they would have reached out and offered to fix their "work". I can see jagged edges of clear coat all along the panels that they have resprayed. I still havent forgotten how their front desk person wanted me to give them the check that was for the difference in my deductible, that check wasnt even in their name but she was convinced that I had to give it to them. How would you even cash that check because I definitely wasnt going to endorse it for them lol. Word of advice: pay with a credit card to do chargebacks for their garbage water work. read more

Service was amazing! I called due to a loud whistling noise while driving on my passenger side. GT collision was able to order the part Monday morning, they called back Tuesday to let me know it had been received, and had time for me to come as soon as the next day! (I didn't make it until that Friday). When I got there they quickly took my car, changed out the part while I waited, and even shined my very old and very dingy headlights! I didn't get her name, but she was very nice and helpful. After that, I was told that Steve would do my estimate. Steve was very professional and personable. I told him about my accident. He was so nice and took his time to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond. My car was in the shop for 15 days for front end damage. When my car was ready, I went to pick it up and it didn't start. It took me 3 tries to get my car running. I didn't notice my taillights/brake light weren't working until it got dark. I brought it back to the shop the next day. They claimed they never touched my taillights, but telling its aftermarket. They're OEM. I brought my car in good running conditions. I'm sure they can check their cameras. I ended up having to fix it myself replacing the entire assembles. My hood paint was peeling at the latch. There's paint bubbles on the front bumper. My front lip fell off as I was driving. My left side deflector weren't properly installed, it was dangling off. Also, my house key that's attached to my car key was bent. read more

Beyond horrible service... I don't even know where to start. Left garbage and parts in the back seat of my vehicle. When I went to P/u my vehicle after being called 24 hours prior it looked like a child to a white out sponge to the car. The owner 'waxed it' and now it just looks goopy. I found out the hardest that for whatever reason they unplugged my break lights and did not plug them back in. There was no damage to the back end of my car (I was side swiped). Lastly, whatever they did to the window (they must have taken it off) it is now so drafty and does not fit in the frame properly.
