We have trusted these guys with our Volvos for over 10 years. Their prices are fair and they take the time to explain everything so that even I, a complete car novice, understand what they are doing and why. Our daughter's Volvo was purchased with a pre-paid service to 100k miles, but you have to bring it to the dealership. I took my BMW in this morning to have a mileage service done. I was helped by the owner Scott and the customer service was amazing! He took care of me very quickly and had my car up in the air for service in about 15 mins! I opted to wait there as my service was about an hour or so job. While sitting I was greeted by his lovely wife Laura and his mom....they all conversed with me as I waited and made sure I was comfortable. As more customers entered the establishment, they were greeted with the same spirit as I. The mother was wiping everything down with sanitizer and placing actual bottles of sanitizer throughout the waiting room...they even had a cup labeled dirty/clean pens for signing due bills! Given the times we are in, that was refreshing to see! I was offered drinks as well. The atmosphere and personable service here is top notch for sure! My car was done in the time promised and they even fixed my blinker bulb malfunction for free! The tech noticed it was showing failure so they threw that in! Keep it up guys, you are doing a great job at giving outstanding service both personal and technical....I will definitely be a repeat customer.....thank you so much for this awesome experience! read more

And the team here cares about doing good work and making sure you don't need to come back. I appreciate they take the time to drive my car and make sure everything was done correctly. I am beyond disgusted with this place. I brought my car in for an oil leak, which ended up to be a valve cover leak. Even though they were higher that their competition I agreed to have the car fixed. I brought it home and the next day it died on me on my way home from work, they paid(thankfully) for the tow and proceeded to tell me that now my alternator and battery needed to get fixed. Again they were more than 500 over priced, so they towed my Range Rover to inland rovers(excellent service). They took me to their work area and showed me the leaking that was still happening coming from the valve cover that was supposedly fixed and the oil leaks had the alternator saturated which made it fail. I called GT Imports and was given the option to fix the new leaks, pay for the alternator, and have it re towed to them for their re inspection of their work. On top of that when I brought it the second they scratched the hood of my car... Shameful, I would discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to this place. read more

I walked in with a coupon and wanted an oil change they told me to come back in a hour then this chick named Laura took my coupon, and when I came back she said I never gave it to her she ripped me off they told me my oil change was going to be $70.00 and after Laura and John did me wrong they charged me $185.00 and the argued with me and told me they were going to hold my car till I paid them I told them if I was told the amount of $185.00 I would not have left my car there!!!! What kind of people do that!!! I'm never coming here again and I'm going to have to fine another place to go work on my car needs. read more

GT is family owned and operated and they are nothing if not honest. They have never talked down to me about what was wrong with my car, instead they clearly explain the issue and all of my options. They are always willing to answer my questions, no matter how silly and everyone is friendly. Took my son's car (BMW 325i) in for emissions-related repair. It was my first visit to GT Imports. The guy behind the counter was really nice and very helpful. I've been to other shops, they were like "okay fine, give me the keys. I'll see what I can do" attitude. But not that guy at GT Imports. He took all of his time to talk with me about the car stuff, such as maintenance, recommendations, etc. They (GT Imports employees) put customers first. I will recommend this place to friends. My wife took probably 10 business cards from the countertop, she will pass business cards to her coworkers. Highly recommend. I brought my grandfathers 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 turbo diesel in for a diagnostic , they found that I needed a transmission job, and a differential overhaul , after getting the work done I had some leaks coming from the bottom of truck , I called GT imports , they asked that I tow the truck in asap for them to inspect it , I got the truck to the shop they took a look at it and showed me what the causes for the leak originated from , they took care of it right away the leak was coming from an oil cap that I cracked by tightening it too much . There were a lot of things found to be wrong with the car and ended up costing way more than was expected, however I was worked with and given discounts where they could be given. After taking my vehicle home there were some additional issues and between management and staff all was taken care of. This is a very respectable and understanding company, would recommend to all. Had a couple of services done with them. The last service didn't go so well. After the oil leak, water leak, and turbo was fixed the cars inner fender and intake was not put back together all the way. On the way home the inner fender got messed up. After contacting them and towing my car back to them they did replace the inner fender at no cost. The car was also having other issues that it wasn't having before I took it there and they diagnosed and repaired that issue to. They washed the car for free and updated the computer system.
