Only issue and it's not a small one, they left a piece of plastic that came off the front on top of the battery. I've been a loyal customer, regularly bringing my three vehicles here for service. Today, I had two of them in, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Melvin chose to publicly reprimand my wife in front of other customers, insisting she wasn't changing the oil soon enough and that we must follow their sticker. He also claimed he had repeatedly told me my car needed new motor mounts--something I've never even discussed with him regarding my Mercedes. I will never go back to the BMW dealership ever again. I was at a complete loss when the dealership wanted to charge me $2000 for a belt, battery, and a screw for my coolant bottle. I searched online and found Glenn. I called and he was very knowledgeable on the cars and the game the dealership plays. He helped me so much. Turns out I didn't even need two things. I got a new battery within an hour and everything was good as gold! The customer service was great! There's no fluff just a human interaction and quality. The dealerships offer some fancy new tech that is basically all fluff just to rip you off. Do it the old school way and go to Glenn. Tell him your problem and let him do his thing. You also won't be ripped off. Prices were fair and he guarantees his work. His worker who put in my battery and showed me under the hood was also very nice. Took my car here to get the radiator replaced in May. Just had a major leak in it end of September. Took it back here to European Car Care and Glenn told me a fan broke and punctured the radiator and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. Glenn doesn't offer financing so I had to take it to my other mechanic regardless. My mechanic tells me he finds no broken fans and that it's impossible that the fan even caused the leak in the radiator because the leak is coming from where the metal meets the plastic. It's a faulty radiator! I go back to Glenn and he starts changing up the story about what he told me and he tells me a faulty radiator would break in less than 4 weeks but my mechanic says that's not true it can happen a whole while later after the fact. It was also very dinged up from poor installation. Glenn raised his voice at me when I went back to talk to him about the situation and handled it very unprofessionally. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they got no response twice from the business. Not only that but they put in a lower quality brand radiator and charged me almost $800. My mechanic that I love who is honest charged me $653 and put in a higher quality brand! Taking this one as a loss but I shouldn't have had to since it would have been covered under warranty! read more

This place is a rip off they say they specialize in European cars so I tried to skip the dealership and find a good honest shop that I could trust my 2015 bmw 750li I love that car so what ever it needs fix it so I needed a rear differential bushing that I was going to have the bmw dealership fix for $1500 a lot but if it needs it do it but glen didn't have a clue what that was I showed him the video from the bmw dealership so he said it's gust a little crack don't need to be replaced so I asked him about my front end swaying a little bit at highway speeds glen said it was my tires in the front the tires measured at 6 mm tread dept all 4 said they were wearing funny so I trusted him and said fix it so I told him I want the replacement tires to match the ones that came off and I want my old tires back he said of course than 10 minutes later he called and said he has no connections for tires to just come pick up the car I asked him if he replace the spark plugs also he said there good don't need to be replaced until 100k miles I'm @80k wanted them replaced but glen always had an excuse for not performing the job I'll never take any of my cars there a rip off so I paid an hour of labor for nothing all I got from that place was excuses and reasons why they couldn't do what I wanted them to do this place is not trustworthy that's everything in a repair shop read more
