Inland Mercedes Services is an outstanding facility for your MB maintenance and mechanical needs. Kevin and Sonia were extremely honest, professional, and completely upfront with repair costs and options. I received prompt telephone updates by phone prior to the start of any repairs. Kevin replaced my 2008 SL550 high pressure power steering hose from the ABC system quickly and at a fraction of the cost the dealer would have charged. I also requested they diagnose the soft close feature on the trunk. Kevin determined the actuator assembly was not functioning properly but rather than push an expensive repair, he suggested the option of simply continuing to close the trunk manually. That type of honest advice is rarely found these days but greatly appreciated. The shop and office are extremely clean and Kevin and Sonia are friendly, informative, and don't try to sell you on any unnecessary repairs or services. This will be the only independent Mercedes repair business I will use for routine maintenance or mechanical needs. read more

I'm very picky about my vehicles and I will be the first to admit that I'm a difficult customer and demand perfection. For years I've only take my 2021 C63 and 2022 E class to the dealership for all service and paid the premium for what I thought was the best service. Turns out all I've been doing is over paying. Sonia and Kevin were awesome. They took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explained what parts and service was going into my car, in this case breaks and rotors. My car was done before the estimated time and in perfect condition. The price Sonia quoted me was far less than what the dealership quoted with all original parts from Mercedes.
