We had a emergency situation that our neighborhood had to evacuate on pick up day and I was able to reach the driver through the helpful dispatcher and he met us in a different address. They deliver the truck at exact day they promise and gave us a call a day before and an hour prior to his arrival.

With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.

After a deposit payment, things quickly went downhill. Communication was inconsistent, misleading & eventually nonexistent. My vehicle was never picked up & the carrier had a million excuses as to why he never showed up and stopped answering me. I was charged a $150 deposit for a service I never received. Attempts to resolve the issue were ignored & unresolved with both the carrier and the company. As a result, I lost money, time & trust. The entire process was stressful and unprofessional. After I told another company, they said if one company gives you a much lower quote, do your research, so I did! I told Eden I read you guys do a bait and switch technique and your BBB rating is terrible! He said its because he gives estimates. I said no one wants an estimate that's not close to the actual price. He gave me firm price 2 days later which was $800 (this was to move a few pieces of furniture- prob not worth that much as used furniture goes but was a tiny bit sentimental as its from my parent's home) but he says the truck will be there in 30 min! I said wo, not enough notice but then he said and hour could work. They maybe came 3 hours later. Obviously much more expensive that the estimate and was very last minute! (Decided earlier not to trust my parent's luxury SUV with the company after reading the BBB reviews btw.) Eden takes $250 but then wanted like $50 if I used credit card rather than Zelle, I negotiated to $40. But I told him most companies just charge you what the cc company charges, like 3% no? A good company should not milk you like this. Ugh. I liked the feeling of protection of the credit card so I paid it. Turns out the company they used, AP Haul'n was really good. I worked with Jamiel there. I will only recommend you use Breamway if you get a firm quote and not an estimate. The firm price is essentially the same as the other companies as they use those companies! They're not doing it for cheaper, they're just hooking in clients with the low estimate. Anyhow thanks to AP Haul'n and the furniture came up quickly and in good condition and the guys were super nice. I'd give Breamway a technical score of 5 stars. But I'd say buyers should do their research, get things in writing etc etc.
