Since I was a little early and there was junior classes going on , I was told to take a seat until my time started. The seating area had full view of the facilities , water available and a TV where a golf tournament was on. For the ten minutes I was seated , I was watching Steve WenPetren coach the junior class that was going on . He seemed very engaged with each of the kids during practice and seemed supportive while also providing advice. Now onto my lesson. It was undoubtedly 100% the best hour I have ever spent on my golf swing ever. We used the TrackMan to measure swing characteristics and swing data . Within minutes , Kelly had me hitting straighter , further and more consistent with my pitching wedge, all backed up by hard data/numbers. We moved onto putting , pitching , driving and full iron shots , all within the hour. He helped me engage parts of my body to help my golf swing that not only looked better on camera but I can see with the swing data myself. I was also given some tips to take to the range and putting green to improve my game outside of lessons. I was semi-doubtful of how much I could change in an hour, but I was proved wrong and I will be back in the future. I was given an email with the data of almost every shot I hit ( including a couple of videos ). 100% would recommend. Thanks Kelly !

It was really nice that each cart had a GPS map, a little cooler for drinks and you could order on there. Some of the green was muddy but only a couple of pockets. The terrain seemed like a nice challenge as there were hills, sand pockets and bushes. It was interesting to have to go across streets and see so many homes along the path but what can you do. My only feedback would be that after ordering food it took a very long time for them to get to us and we were almost finished by that time. Oh, and also the cart girl was friendly! All in all, I would definitely come back for a day outside at this golf course.

I have had several lessons at the Fairfax Golftec and I can say that it is truly the best set of…read morelessons I have ever had. The lead instructor, Andrew M. Is my coach and is awesome! He is a golfer who can demonstrate what he is looking for and can quickly find adjustments I need to make to hit the ball clean. My previous Golftec instructor at another location showed me the GOLFTEC model swing but I struggled to blend my current swing with the model. True experts like Andrew, not only know the GOLFTEC model swing but can also customize it to the individual level. Last year, when I took my first sessions at a previous golftec, my former instructor focused on hitting a draw via the GOLFTEC model. Unfortunately, I had a very strong grip and combined with the new model, I hit lots of duck hooks. Andrew adjusted my grip and I gained 15 yards by hitting it straight and with a slight draw. He also had me "stand up" on my downswing to drive the hips which also added another 10 yards. Go see Andrew M. He is fantastic!

There were doors to exit outside for fresh air which was nice as things warmed up fast once the dancing started. The food was good, serving its purpose. Everything was nicely done and laid out. It worked perfectly for the smaller wedding that we attended. This was a nice venue for a small/medium sized wedding. Each space that was used worked well. Overall a pleasant experience!
