A nice 18 hole public course off the Dulles Toll Road. I've played here a couple of times. Nice course that is fun to play for all levels of player. Not many water hazards, sand traps are firm and the greens are fast and challenging. It has a small pro shop, nice snack bar and outdoor seating when it's nice. $30 for 9 and $45 for 18 walking. They have practice greens for putting and chipping plus an outdoor driving range. They do rent clubs if you need them to play a round. You play 9 in about 2.5 hours if walking. They do have golf leagues during the week.

I have always wanted to golf this course, and had an opportunity this past weekend. We opted for 9 holes instead of the treacherous 18 holes. With a tee time of 11:00AM, the weather had already gotten 'unbearable', but we were looking forward to playing this course. It's easy to find and they offer plenty of parking. Check-in was easy at the small pro shop. The course is just next to the WO&D trail, in fact you have a special bridge to cross if you want to play the remaining 9 holes. The 9 hole course is quite a bit longer than some of the courses I normally play. I went a full 3 hours with my 4 person group. Overall a nice course for walking.

Great Course! Tee Boxes, Fairways, Greens, Traps are in great shape. The layout is interesting, yet fair! Love it!

Overall good shape. Care of tee boxes (move them around) is needed. Lots of wear and tear.

Frost delay, 8:15 am, wouldn't even let us hit at the driving range. Very poor customer service. Not accommodating at all.

Quicken Tournament Review:…read more Kyle Stanley is the 2017 Quicken Loan Champion. We received an invitation to come watch the tourney & hang out in one of the VIP tents...it was good times. The Par 70 golf course is situated in the middle or amongst Avenel Farm, providing regal views of the residential, equestrian, swimming & tennis amenities. The landscape & upkeep was impressive throughout the golf course & surrounding greenery. The staff inside our tent were extremely hospitable, especially during the interment rain fall as they reset as many times necessary to accommodate everyone. The food & beverages were decent. I even popped my head into the Mad House to look around & the employees on hand were just as friendly. The only negative point of our visit was the interaction with the red shirt staff at the main entrance to the tourney if you did not have a parking pass...we opted to take Uber. Aside from their constant screaming that they work for the Tiger Woods Foundation, they were rude & boisterous to the Courtesy Shuttle Operators & individuals seeking assistance. Other than that, it was an enjoyable & entertaining 1st visit to watch championship golf.

The course keepers do a job that is nothing short of magical, and even in the winters the course is in beautiful shape. The pro shop always has great deals, and amazing people who work there to keep you updated on whatever might be going on, fashion wise. A must visit, if you ever have the chance

I hadn't ever been before and I really enjoyed my visit. You get a private room to yourself which is very nice. You can bring up to 4 people total for the $28. We did not know what to expect and left with a great workout, fun experience, and my wife, 4 year old daughter, and I all interested in golf. First off, the staff was amazing! Marquis has been golfing since he was 6 and gave us some quick tips that immediately improved our swing. They also had great cocktails and food and we loved having a private room where we could play music, watch the game, and play and learn at our own pace. They have multiple games including a driving range, courses, and a game where you aim at monsters (which our daughter really enjoyed). The staff provided great recommendations on each game. We immediately signed up for a subscription- the prices were really reasonable, hours are accommodating, and we envision going on our own to practice, bringing our daughter (she's been asking to go back), or going with friends. This would also be a lot of fun for corporate events or team building even if you don't golf and we are looking forward to bringing our teams in the near future. Fun, great for many audiences, and an amazing resource for improving your game!

I read some reviews where people cried because a ball bounced back. If you hit a ball into the ceiling, typically with a highly lofted wedge that naturally hits it high, then sometimes it bounces on the floor in front of the screen and then rolls out. Nothing dangerous unless you are a xxxxx. For me, I hit nothing but rockets and typically dead center or a nice draw or slight fade so the golf balls are like the ones in my pants, they stay in place. The service at no 1 golf is Number 1. Always welcoming, quick to help, great people. Food is ok, you can booze it up if you need aiming fluid and it is a pretty laid back place. If you are not as beautiful as me, that is ok, still come. Just dont be a douche. Example: If you are a girl or boy, do not see "bruh" every other word. If you do, you are a douche. Second, dont give lessons in the driving range area. Just because you can hit your driver 185 doesnt mean you have "figured it out". You are a douche. Third, to my young male friends, hitting the ball 300 yards is great, spraying it 200 yards left and right is not so great. When I see you smashing drives and then hear you playing 18 holes and every hole result is "double par", I laugh with a laugh of superiority. My 120 yard drive with my brand new Taylor Made driver is superior after all. Fourth, dont hit balls and talk to your friends and then every other word out of your both is "Bruh". Bruh, i am a douche. Yes, you are. Fifth, if you feel the urge to say "bruh" constantly, go outside and run into traffic, because you are a douche. That is all I have to say about that. Remember except for those that say "bruh", come to no 1 golf lounge, it will make your dreams come true.
