I thought the guide rails on the trailer were a little flimsy since I've had to replace them. The staff was very responsive, and when I called back to get some replacement parts and a new rim for my trailer, they were quick to help and got me in and out in a hurry.

It was just Mother Nature reminding me who's really in charge. Like most people, I wasn't exactly excited about taking my trailer to a dealership for repairs. We've all heard the stories.
