He keeps us informed so we know what he is doing to resolve the issue. He arranged for the food trucks to come in. The park is important to him and it shows. I give Erich 5 stars QRV has nicer parks than this one. (all of them) Their lack of attention to this property is sad. The accommodations here are lacking. There is a heated pool that they won't heat. Many of the concrete lots are sinking and when it rains I have to trod through several inches of muddy water to get to my vehicle. There is no grass on any lot, it won't grow due to the overgrown trees so my dogs track in mud in after being in the yard. They discontinued the cable TV. We had an ice machine but it belonged to the manager at the time so they took it when they left. Most RVs have very small freezers and it is difficult to make enough ice for more than one person. I miss the ice machine!! The other parks rent golf carts to the residents. Not here. There is no hot tub and our rec room is nothing like the rec rooms at their other parks. QRV gets 3 stars

I knew the camper was a repo, but there were a lot of things the guy lied about like "everything works" Fridge not working, many lights not working, oven not working, breaks not working, water heater not working, and black tank was removed. The absolute worse thing is was after almost a year and three trips to the TX. DMV, I haven't gotten a title back which means I can't move it or store it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Cranked up antenna to get stations at Pueblo and Colorado Springs. Super nice guy. There were many trees and routes around them and it was pretty quiet. Restrooms/showers and laundry room were great. Full hookups were super easy. No pool but good views of the area (and prairie dogs). Coyote sang one night. Highway nearby not nearly as noisy as other parks. Park had signs on the highway and was easy to find. Many permanent campers due to no housing in Colorado but he keeps spaces open for actual travelers.

They claim they have a dog park. They DO NOT. There is a small patch of turf that isn't gated where your dog can go to the bathroom, that's it. They OVERCHARGE for the electricity. Most rv parks charge 7-10 cents a KWh while ridgeback is charging 17 cents. And the owner Cameron lies to people to get them in the property. We were planning on staying long term and when I spoke to him on the phone he informed me the electric bill would average 40-60 a month. When we received our first bill it was $200 and when I called him to see why it was so high he claimed he "helped us" by not charging for 300KWh. I spoke with other residents and he tells them the same thing. But when I asked for documentation of where the meter was at before we arrived he claims it was at 0 and refused to provide proof. And we worked most of the time and were barely home to use as much electricity as he claimed we did. They advertise that they have personalized gate codes. They DO NOT. The gate code is the same for EVERYBODY. Whether your staying a night or a month. When we informed him we were going to be staying long term he told us he would only charge us $650 a month. When our invoice arrived it was for $750. When I called and asked him why it wasn't the price he told us it would be, he said he'll just charge us full price and our last 2 months will be free. I asked for that in writing and he refused and said we have "his word". His word means very little, he will tell you whatever you want to hear to take your money. They advertise that they use AT&T fiber internet high speed internet. I ran a speed test on the WiFi and they use Xfinity and our speeds were 30MBPS, which is HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ashton our salesman was very patient while we looked through several trailers and even stayed past his scheduled work time. JP the finance manager was great at assisting us at getting a decent loan rate without blasting our credit all over the universe. I have to say that JP went above and beyond at getting us the travel trailer that we wanted. I will definitely be a repeat customer at RV Station.

I have been her student and leased her horse for 1 year and a half now. I could not be happier with the amenities on property and what I have learned from her lessons. Prices are very reasonable and you will get your money's worth. Property: Has 2 green pastures to ride(she keeps them green all year round). One has a dressage arena + open space and one has a jump course , covered arena, wash area for horses, tack room or lockers. As a Horse leaser: She is a very conscious animal owner, her horses and her boarded horses are healthy and very well taken care of (always shod and if they loose a shoe she takes care it of it ASAP). I have a great leasee/leaser relationship, very straight forward agreement and she lives on property so that is a plus. She has taught me everything from the basics of handling a horse (tacking, grooming) to taking care of a horse when you go to a show or schooling off property (Examples: Pine Hill, Meadow Creek Park, Greenwood Farm). As a Student: I take Dressage and Jump lessons with her and I have come a long way in all this time. She also participates in many off property events like schooling trips and schooling shows, shows in the Houston- Dallas area with her students. She will work with you constructively over lessons to improve on what you need as a rider. Great instructor, great property you really can't go wrong riding/boarding/leasing here!
