No better time to get an amazing watermelon margarita on the beltline and when it's super hot outside, Atlanta weather has hit us and it has hit us hard but this restaurant has the best watermelon margarita in town

One of my fiancés and I's favorite spots to grab tacos!! Right off the belt-line this little restaurant has amazing tacos and very strong margaritas that are SO tasty!!! Ask for Kai! He gave us great service. The environment is very causal and chill. We love this place. Pictured (tacos): Pork - pulled BBQ pork shoulder braised with Coca-Cola, served on a red cabbage, slaw and topped with pickled red onions. Shrimp - blackened shrimp on our lime sloth with fresh pico and chipotle aïoli.

The place was really busy folks were lining up outside the door. It's 15th of March 2025. My friend & I were walking around killing time & wanted something to eat coming from southern California, I ventured into trying Mexican dishes not close to the border. And was NOT disappointed. Tried the nachos & the offer 2 protein choices comes with tomatoes guacamole & cheese with a cheese sauce. And the flavor was a party on my tastebuds! Tried a shrimp taco also full of flavor. The place is cute & small with 4 tables, seating a the bar, seating by the window & outside seating. The drinks are nice I tried one called Smokey & the rabbit I believe it was . Service wasn't bad from the bartender he was awesome. The cashier he was irritated & it showed.

This is a GREAT spot to chill on the beltline and do some people watching. The margs are bangin, but the beer selection could use some work, but who goes here for beer? Food is awesome. Tacos were bangin. Quesadilla was bangin. Did I mention the food was bangin? When the weather is great, grab a marg and a table, you won't regret it!

My team at the office loves this location along the Beltline. I had to have the shrimp tacos because they raved by how delicious they are. I like the fact that the tacos have full shrimp as some spots give you pieces of shrimp instead of the full ones in the tacos. This was a wonderful Taco Tuesday and I will definitely be returning. I recommend them as an excellent option for lunch if you live or work in or near Old Fourth Ward.

I stopped by for a snack while walking the Belt Line. At first, it seemed like I made w great choice. The bar tender Sarah was really nice and enlightened me about the tequila used. My margarita was really delicious. However, my experience change for the worst when I got my food. I ordered the cauliflower and chicken corn tortilla tacos. They were not very flavorful and mid eating, I turned to the kitchen and saw the chef using his phone. I was very disappointed from a sanitation stand point.

GYM has some of the best tacos in the city and I love that they change up the options every few weeks. This visit I ordered the chicken and beef taco option. The beef was ground with a chipotle type sauce on top - absolutely delicious. Big shout out to Adan who player multiple roles . He bartended, bussed tables, ran good and, took orders. All while checking on those dining in and communicating order updates to those waiting.

If you're looking for the ultimate taco and trivia combo, look no further than Guac y Margys! My boyfriend and I stopped by for trivia night, and let me just say--this place knows how to feed your belly AND your competitive spirit. We ordered shrimp, pork, beef, and chicken tacos, and honestly, I wish I could show you how good they looked...but we inhaled them before the thought of a photo even crossed our minds. The shrimp taco? A masterpiece. Juicy, flavorful, cooked to perfection--basically the Beyoncé of tacos. The bartender was an absolute legend, running the whole show solo like a margarita-slinging ninja. Quick, friendly, and keeping the good vibes flowing all night long. Trivia was hilarious and surprisingly educational. Yes, the place is small, but it's packed with energy, amazing food, and a crowd that makes you feel right at home. We'll 100% be back--this time, I might even try to snap a taco pic...if I can resist devouring them on sight. Highly recommend!

**** I'm adding extra stars here! The vibe is chill and fun. Go with me here... it's taco Tuesday. I do a quick search of something I can walk to and stumble home. I find this place. Ready for tacos I asked the woman at the register what to get. She said her favorite was the "foldie." What a stupid....oh my gosh this is delicious. Cheese on the outside, cheese on the inside. Chicken was very tasty, like so flavorful! And pico!! Yum. It was so good I had to get another one. At $8 why not!!! The knife they gave me was crap! But I think you are just supposed to eat with your hands because they gave me like 100 napkins! So I did! I also grabbed a margarita because...well because, don't judge. I got a double classic. It was pricey, but delicious. So if you want a great meal that is affordable, only eat one foldie and maybe don't get the double margarita you drink, you! But maybe get the double and splurge, you deserve it!

Casual Mexican spot on the beltline. Good for reasonably priced Mexican food when walking. No fancy food, average food at a reasonable price. Lots of outdoor seating

If you're looking for guac and margs... this is the spot The trio is awesome and they give you a solid amount of chips plus a hearty serving of guac. We also ordered a pitcher of Margaritas (strawberry) and we easily got 6 drinks from the pitcher. Awesome deal for good food and drinks! The server even came out to explain the wifi password to us on the patio. Great to have outdoor seating. Bad to have a wifi password so complicated good news was we enjoyed the vibe and didn't use our phones anyways.

Service was ok, cool hand Luke margarita was good.. but the nachos were a soggy mess. The tortilla chips were not good either. Just bland overpriced bar food, really. I love the location on the beltline but that's about it.

The drinks were strong and the bartender Kyle was a whole vibe. He made the drinks well, and even gave out extra shots. Can't wait to come back again. The drinks were reasonably priced for the quality that was provided.

They hold a jazz night every Tuesday with live music for a nice chill, yet fun, vibe. Just a warning, the space inside is pretty small--typically there's optional seating outside, but it's really chilly at the moment (although they have heaters)--but there's more seating downstairs in The Victorian Atlanta plant shop. I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! Overall, this place had such a great vibe to it!

I know the word gets overused, but it truly was a whole vibe. What I loved most is that it's the kind of place where everyone feels welcome. There's no pressure, no strict dress code--just a come-as-you-are energy, and people genuinely receive you that way. Within five minutes of being there, I already felt comfortable. Everyone was so friendly--the bartenders, the people around us, even the random interactions felt warm and easy. The space itself is really cool too. They have artwork featuring icons like Prince, Tupac, and Biggie, which added to the overall atmosphere. We ordered the King Peach (I believe it had bourbon--I did take a picture of the menu, though it's a little cut off), and it was really good. Smooth, flavorful, and easy to sip. They're open until 2 AM, so it's a great spot whether you're grabbing a drink with friends, on a date, or even just stopping by solo to soak in the energy. It's one of those places where you can just be. I'd love to make this a regular spot--definitely somewhere I can see myself coming back to at least once a month.

I sat at the bar and had a little light banter with the bartender who is a brother looking to be in his late 30's-early 40's. When I asked about two fruity cocktails from the menu, he flat-out said he wasn't going to make them. That alone was off-putting. Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.

Italian Steakhouse Says It All - The Best of All Worlds…read more Walked into IL Premio on a Monday night and was told there was an hour wait for a table, so I headed to the bar- fortunately, a seat was open. I started with one of my favorite Reposados by Herradura. For my Crudi, I ordered the Ricciola alla Puttanesca, what i thought was going to be a classic Italian seafood dish that traditionally features ricciola (Italian amberjack) in puttanesca sauce. The menu noted it was made with yellowtail, which piqued my curiosity. I expected the ricciola to be pan-seared or lightly grilled and finished with the sauce, or served with the sauce spooned over the top. To my surprise, the dish arrived as thinly sliced raw yellowtail, presented sashimi/crudo-style. Each slice was topped with a small amount of sauce infused with capers, Taggiasca olives, Calabrese chiles, and possibly sun-dried tomatoes, all classic puttanesca ingredients. Microgreens completed the presentation. This could be described as a "ricciola crudo with puttanesca-style garnish" rather than a traditional cooked ricciola alla puttanesca. Essentially, the chef uses the puttanesca flavor profile (capers, olives, chiles, tomato, oil) as a raw topping instead of cooking the fish in the sauce. While it's raw, it's a modern, crudo-style interpretation inspired by puttanesca flavors and I'm a fan. I'll order it again and again. For my Secondi, I had the Risotto ai Funghi, a classic Italian dish featuring creamy arborio rice with shiitake and hen-of-the-woods (maitake) mushrooms and a hint of lemon. Served piping hot, it was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. For dessert, I enjoyed another Reposado by Herradura. IL Premio is so much more than a steakhouse. The food is thoughtfully prepared, the atmosphere is refined, service by Janlan was excellent and it is a fitting restaurant for an outstanding hotel property.
