It's good. So, here's what I did. I bought two tacos, one carne asada, and one pastor. I did the same at a taco truck down the road. I did a taco for taco comparison. These tacos came in second or last depending on how you want to call it. Less flavor, lower presentation value and slower service. They did add a slice of lime and some radish slices but nothing else a napkin would of been nice. It just doesn't want me to run back and order anything else. The truck sets in a corner of strip mall that's very busy, be cautious. The truck itself is clean but seating in your car eating tacos worrying if you're going to get hit isn't relaxing for everyone. If you want a fast taco at an affordable price this is the place. The asada is lightly seasoned and I've only had minimal fat on my asada. I'm very particilar when it comes to my asada so I usually get the nachos with asada and cheeses and jalapeños only. They are pretty large serving so I always share them. The service is fast and friendly but depending on who takes your order English is limited. Fortunately for me Tacos are a universal language. After passing the little taco truck several times in Ceres I finally had a chance to grab lunch there with a coworker She had a few Carne asada tacos and I had the guacamole burrito Supreme without lettuce. I generally visit this truck when it is at my workplace and love it but today I went to the truck on Mitchell in Ceres. I ordered an Asada burrito no onions with cheese and hot sauce and got an Asada burrito with onions and no hot sauce and no cheese.... very disappointing. read more

We were actually headed to M&S Portuguese Bakery but they were closed. We spotted Guacamole Burrito and thought it would hit the spot. Short version: it hit the spot. Got two guacamole supreme burritos (they're huge, beware). One pastor and one asada. They crisp them up on the outside and fill them up with meat, beans and rice plus sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Everything's nicely seasoned and fresh. We were super happy with it! We've prolly been here 50 + times since they've been here and only 1 time my food wasn't right,, but still was good. I try different things and this time I got the asada fries. GOOD LORD!! They have good food. But sometimes depending on who is working the food is kind of sloppy or greasy. It's in an ok spot. Maybe if they were closer to the road it would be easier to see them. This is an amazing jewel of a taco shop in Ceres. The Guacamole was amazing, my father in law loved the taco salad and their quesadillas were bursting with flavor.
