Held up my phone with the order # on it and it told us which bin had our order and it popped open. Nice woman behind a small counter window helped us very nicely as we were a bit confused about how to do the pickup. This little "lobby" is tiny - maybe room for 8 people total? I also wouldn't order this again, but mostly due to personal preference (I don't like it when my churros are way too covered in sugar!) They're a little hard to find. They're behind a shopfront next to the dumpster with not too much parking. Although they do offer shaded outdoor seating, it's only two tables. The smell from the dumpster doesn't help either. It's definitely a pick up and go kind of place. You can order in person or make an account with a food ordering app (DoorDash, Grubhub, Ubereats) to order online. Theos Kitchen to Go definitely does its concept well if you're looking for a LOT of heavy food to hit the spot.
